  • RFID(Radio Frequency IDentification) is appearing by point technology by Ubiquitous environment of new paradigm and Logistics' application But, RFID chip of this is high price and short bandwidth, low power and interference etc. can become technological problem This is getting into obstacle in common use. Reader and tag, Embedded software etc.. that are accomplishing standardization are imported paying most expensive royalty. This paper deals with a RFID cognition system that use PDA under ubiquitous environment to apply to Logistics system A RFID cognition system processes input/output of fundamental information attaching a tag onto products. And a RFID cognition system supports quick, correct and sqfe synthetic Logistics managerial system through construction of database. This can minimize logistics costs and improve the quality of customer service. A RFID cognition system has advantage that can widen range of application to area that cognition system of existent fixing style can not do. Also, it can expect economical effect through inexpensive system construction.

  • Geodetic surveying using precise GPS equipment are used without analysis with a statistical verification of GPS observed value and it was preformed by necessity to integration projection of digital topographic map and nautical Chart for integration geographic information system construction. The purpose of this study proposes method that improve accuracy of GPS observed value and direction that integrally manage digital topographic map and electronic nautical chart in analyzing the boundary line error between digital topographic map and nautical Chart. For improvement of the precision of GPS observed value, the author studied precision-analysis of GPS observed value by geometric strength and variance factor in 3 control points used in GPS network adjustment. And like this, produce EDM measurement using this GPS observation results and compare the whole boundary point error when set digital topographic map and nautical chart by these boundary.

Thus, companies are trying hard to construct effective logistics and operation system to achieve high customer service quality and saving cost. Also the ec-friendly idustrial complex is needed. Busan is in process to construct GILC(Global Industry Logistics City) in west Busan province to achieve high competitiveness and support lack of industrial complex. To construct this kind of logistics industrial complex, it needs logistics system through proper policy and freight transportation co-operation. Especially, efficient management through logistics hierarchy construction in industrial complex is very important for low cost and eco-friendly point of view. Therefore, this paper aims to analyze logistics system and suggest operation model to present logistics complex construction base data.

  • Corrosion resistance steel has been widely used for port and offshore structures exposed to harsh coastal and oceanic environments, due to lower corrosion rate. New higher strength corrosion resistance steel tubes named STKM500 in KS D 3300 were recently developed by domestic technology and expected to replace foreign ASTM A690 steel. In this study, tensile test results are included to show higher yield and tensile strength of STKM500. Then, buckling test results obtained from 2m, 6m, and 12m steel tubes are demonstrated, based on which an allowable axial compressive stress curve for STKM500 steel tubes is suggested.

  • Through Korean Smart-Navigation Project we are tasking with a VDES test network construction and service solution development. In this task, we design a structure that interoperates the VDES network with the service host/client simulator which is communication framework for efficient and reliable and seamless service. The proposed structure includes interface design between VDES test equipments which is VDES shore station, mobile station, gate way, service host and client. And detailed design includes message definition, interface design, operation scenario, equipment design and implementation for VDES test network. After implementing these test equipments with proposed design, we will firstly proceed the test equipment integration and interface test indoors for VDES test network. After fully verifing the VDES test network through indoor tests, we will construct the VDES shore station and mobile station and conduct the sea area tests by 2020.

  • We have been developing an underwater robot for harbour construction using a parallel mechanism The robot is attached to the rope of a crane, which curries a large stone into the undersea The robot's yaw and pitch are controlled by hydraulic cylinders but its roll is uncontrollable. We mount propellers in both side of the robot to generate the roll motion This paper studies on the control for the roll motion of a underwater robot. A gyro-sensor is used to measure the angle in a roll motion We develop the dynamic model to describe the robot's roll motion by a second order non-linear system and identify the model parameters by recursive least square and adaptive identifier. PD control, recursive model based control and adaptive model based control are applied with the dynamic model which computes the control input to compensate disturbances. This paper introduces the underwater robot system and presents the simulated and experimental results of the proposed controller.

Design and Construction of the Cylindrical Slit Type Shore Structures

  • In this study, a series of laboratory experiments were carried out to investigate the weak reflection of regular and random water waves over a train of protruded permeable shore structures. A cylindrical slit type breakwater and the alternatives are employed and compared for reflecting and transmitting capabilities of incident waves including wave forces. A series of random waves were generated by using the Bretschneider-Mitsuyasu frequency and directional spectrum. Measured spectrum of irregular waves without breakwaters is verified by comparing with those of the input waves generated. Weak reflection is occurred at the breakwater center of the peak frequency. If the row of breakwaters is fixed at three layers and the relative height of breakwater is fixed at 0.6, around 45% of incident wave energy is reflected to offshore. It is also found that the transmission of directional random waves increases as the maximum frequency parameter increases. A very good agreement is observed. Reflection coefficients of permeable submerged breakwaters are less than those of impermeable breakwaters. The upside-down L shape is recommended for a small fishery harbor mooring in terms of reflecting capability and of practical application. The final design was applied to the wharf of a small beach of Seolly, near Namhae at the southeast coast of Korea.

A Study on the Development plan of Logistics Competitiveness of Hunchun Region (훈춘지역 물류경쟁력 발전방안 연구)

  • The Hunchun area is the only development and opening line in Jilin Province and the Changchun-Jilin-Tumen Developmental Plan area, and as a hub area for regional logistics, promoting the logistics competitiveness of the Hunchun area is an important factor in promoting economic development in the Northeast region. The purpose of this study is to derive the factors for activating logistics competitiveness in Hunchun area by applying SWOT analysis and to present them to policy-makers by drawing priority of factors for promoting logistics competitiveness in Hunchun area through AHP survey of Chinese and Korean logistics experts. According to the analysis, the weighting was high in order of opportunity factors and strength factors, and the priority was high in order of factors such as promotion and expansion of One Belt, One Road policies, active support through national policies, construction of international logistics center cities, construction of logistics centers, and supply of bulk cargo. Finally, from a comprehensive perspective, this study presented policy implications such as SO Strategy (Strength-Occupancy Strategy) and ST Strategy (Strength-War Strategy) focusing on the strengths of the Hunchun Region for the strategy of strengthening the logistics competitiveness of the Hunchun area.
