Moreover, communication, status, and education level turned out to be most influential background variables. Secondly, the score for job satisfaction that is recognized by the workers appeared to be less than average. It seemed that relative comparison in the level of life, communication and education level were the most influential variables. Indeed, the result of stepwise regression analysis showed that transformational leadership made a comparatively high contribution to job satisfaction. Therefore, it is important to keep in mind that a worker's leadership development is a main source of maintaining job satisfaction.

  • The aim of the present study is to investigate the structural relationships of organizational work-family support, job satisfaction, organizational commitment and turnover intention among Korean hotel employees. In order to achieve the study goal, frequency analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis and covariance structure analysis were undertaken using SPSS(18.0) and AMOS(18.0). The result shows that organizational work-family support has a significantly positive effect on job satisfaction and it also positively impacts on organizational commitment. However, it doesn't have any significant effect on turnover intention. This study also suggests that each of job satisfaction and organizational commitment has a significantly negative effect on turnover intention. Through the abovementioned results, we can find out that each of job satisfaction and organizational commitment can completely mediate the relationship between organizational work-family support and turnover intention.

If a different type of job is followed by prior job. a family setup is incurred. A two phased heuristic is presented for minimizing the sum of weighted tardiness. In the first phase. using roiling horizon technique. group each job into same family and schedule each family. In the second phase. assign each job to machines using schedule obtained in the first phase. Extensive computational experiments and comparisons among other algorithms are carried out to show the efficiency of the proposed algorithm.
