The purposes of this study are to explore the effect of the network characteristics of Healthy Family Support Center on its performance, and also to investigate the mediating effect of the organizational properties on the performance. We used the data from 148 healthy family support centers in National Survey in Korea. The analytic sample for this study consists of 102 responses.(response rate=68.9%) Multivariate regression model estimated the effects of the network's structural, interactive and functional characteristics and the interaction between the network's characteristics and organizational properties on the performance The findings of this study demonstrate that healthy family support centers with higher closeness centrality and with better functional characteristics reported more performances. Moreover, Centers that are more independent in organizational properties showed higher performances. However, the findings did not show that the interaction between the network's characteristics and organizational properties mediates on the performance.
The police, as an advance guard for performing governmental functions, should conduct their duties to protect lives, physical bodies, and properties in the nation against various kinds of crimes, prevent from a public risk by detecting a factor that can menace public safeguard and public order and suppress it when a risk factor occurs. Practically it is impossible to protect lives, physical bodies, and properties in the nationprovided that social stability is not taken as security. The roles of the criminal investigation police that take a countermeasure to prevent a risk in prior by detecting hindrance factor of social stability and process any occurred crime in conformity with pertinent laws could control a successful performance in each of the police activities themselves. The study assumes that the organizational capabilities of the criminal investigation police exercises a significant influence upon organizational concentration. In spite of the fact that it is natural that the organizational capabilities of the criminal investigation police exercises a significant influence upon organizational concentration, until now it is very deficient in studies of this field. It is a viewpoint that an organizational concentration would be improved when a capability of the organizational staff will be improved, they would have a targeting capability for sharing organizational goals and vision and a systematic capability would be supported by the dimension of the criminal investigation police. The study was aimed to deduce a developmental method for the criminal investigation police by conducting an analysis on the impact of the organizational capabilities of the criminal investigation police upon organizational concentration that it suggest method that the criminal investigation police will make a contribution for maintaining a social order.

This study was conducted to investigate the organizational climate of the agricultural extension education agencies and its influence on their educators` attitude toward job in Korea. The specific objectives of the study were 1) to identify the educators` perception of the organizational climate in the agricultural extension education agencies, and 2) to determine whether or not the educators` perception of the organizational climate influnce on their attitude toward job. Organizational climate has bees defined by many scholars as the properties of the social psychological environment perceived by organization members. There are various theoretical interpretations offered by die scholas about the effect of organizational climate upon organization members` behavior. Through a series of the theoretical reviews, this study could draw more than twenty variables in four types of organizational climate which might be perceived by the educators of agricultural extension education agencies and might influence upon their attitude toward job. The data were collected mainly through questionnaires sent to the responsible officers for administering the questionnaires for all adult educators of 30 agricultural extension education agencies randomly sampled from the population of 190 agencies. After data cleaning, a total of 629 responded questionnaires were analyzed for the study. The statistical methods used in the study were percentile, correlation, one way analysis of variance and multiple regression analysis. The two major findings of the study were as follows : 1. The organizational climate of agricultural extension education agencies were classified into four types : 1) democratic-autonomous, 2) cooperative-friendly, 3) achievement-oriented, and 4) bureaucratic-authoritarian. Among these of organizational climates, the cooperative-friendly one was most positively but the bureaucratic-authoritarian one was least positively perceived by the educators. 2. The educators` potion of the organizational climate and their attitude toward job were significantly correlated. The educators` perception of the organizational climate explained 41 percent of the variance of their attitude toward job in a multiple regression analysis In particular, the perception of the achievement oriented type of the organizational climates alone explained 34 percent of the variance of the favorable attitude.

The purpose of the study was to investigate differences in job satisfaction, organizational commitment and intent to leave the job according to the characteristics of employees of korean fashion companies. For the study, the questionnaire was developed by the authors and distributed to 350 employees of Korean fashion companies. A total of 315 questionnaires was collected and used for the final analysis. Data were analyzed by frequency analysis, reliability analysis, factor analysis, independent sample T-test, ANOVA and Tukey's test, using the SPSS 18.0 Package Program. First, men showed higher scores in job satisfaction and organizational commitment, and lower score in intent to leave their jobs than women. Second, those who were in their fifties or older had higher job satisfaction and organizational commitment and lower intent to leave their job than those who were in their twenties. Third, those who work in the sales department or merchandising department had higher job satisfaction and organizational commitment and lower intent to leave their job than designers. Fourth, managers and executives had higher job satisfaction and organizational commitment and lower intent to leave their job than lower position employees. Fifth, those with 15 years or longer job experience had higher job satisfaction and organizational commitment and lower intent to leave their job than those with less than three years. Finally, those who had a monthly income of three million won or more had higher job satisfaction and organizational commitment and lower intent to leave their job than those who had a monthly income of less than one million won.
Organizational culture has been, by and large, regarded as one of the most significant factors to manage organizations. Especially the understanding of empowerment is pivotal, leading to explain organizational cultures. For hospital workers whose services are closely related to quality and performance of their hospitals, empowerment is now called upon more than ever before. This study is intended to investigate the relationship between organizational culture types and hospital workers' empowerment levels. The data were collected from 589 hospital workers at one university hospital and two general hospitals using the self reported questionnaire from Jan.9 to Jan.20 in 2004. The findings were as follows: 1. Empowerment levels were significantly different among the four organizational culture types. Developmental culture group showed the highest empowerment score(3.74), and next were group culture(3.64), rational culture(3.62), and hierarchial culture(3.46). 2. There was a significantly positive correlation between group culture and empowerment(r=.298, p<.000), between developmental culture and empowerment(r=.295, p<.000). But there was not a significantly correlation between hierarchial culture, and between rational culture. 3. According to the multiple regression analysis, self-esteem(${\beta}$=.417, p<.001), position (${\beta}$=-.190, p<.001), self-control(${\beta}$=.185, p<.001), and age(${\beta}$=.169, p<.01) were significant among general properties for organizational empowerment. As for organizational cultures, developmental culture(${\beta}$=.165, p<.001), group culture(${\beta}$=.099, p<.01), and rational culture (${\beta}$=.063, p<.05) were significant other than hierarchial culture. In conclusion, it is necessary to promote group culture and developmental culture to enhance hospital worker's empowerment level, and this article elucidates that understanding the organizational culture embedded in each organization is important for efficient management of organization.
In some sense an aggregated total of individual companies' competitiveness makes up industrial competitiveness of a nation. However, there are various competitiveness factors that a single company or a small group of companies can not create or overcome Inter-organizational electronic commerce has many of such properties. That is why the role of government is important. In this research, we focus on the efforts that require industrial level efforts. We borrowed various industrial-level analysis frameworks for analyzing the adopt ion and effects of informal ion technology, and applied them to inter-organizational electronic commerce. Based on such analyses, we attempted to draw implications and guidelines for the pursuit of industrial level electronic commerce.

The article is devoted to substantiation of theoretical and methodical bases of formation of the organizational-economic mechanism of maintenance of stability of development of region on the bases of influence of potential-forming space in the conditions of formation of creative economy. It was found that the organizational-economic mechanism due to its multifaceted nature does not have a single generally accepted definition, and its acceptable scale and complexity is reflected in the structure, which is very dependent on the scope and conditions of its application, can be very different and contain different elements. In view of this, in order to highlight the characteristics that are inherent in the organizational-economic mechanism of sustainable development of the region on the basis of potential-forming space in the formation of creative economy, the article examines the properties and characteristics of direct organizational and economic mechanism. The necessity of basing the process of formation of any organizational-economic mechanism, including the organizational-economic mechanism of ensuring the sustainability of the region on the basis of the potential-forming space in the conditions of creative economy on the system of principles. In this context, the author's vision is proposed and a set of principles for the formation of organizational-economic mechanism for sustainable development of the region on the basis of the potential of the potential-forming space in the creative economy, as well as revealed the essence of each. According to the structural aspect, the organizational-economic mechanism of ensuring the sustainability of the region's development on the basis of the potential-forming space is proposed to be presented as a set of seven stages, which are implemented in a certain sequence. Within the limits of this research the sequence of realization of the stages making process of formation of the organizational-economic mechanism of maintenance of stability of development of region on the basis of influence of potential-forming space in the conditions of formation of creative economy is defined and their maintenance and essence is presented.
Marketing strategists believe that the best way to satisfy customers is through satisfied employees. In fashion retail businesses, salespersons play a pivotal role for the success of business, since fashion products have emotional properties and customers' emotion is largely affected by personal selling at the point of purchases. The present study aims to examine relationships among internal service quality, job satisfaction, and organizational performance in fashion retail businesses. Specifically, the study will test the validity of applying service quality concept to the internal service targeting the sales person of fashion retailers and identify dimensions of internal service quality. Data were collected from salespersons of women's wear and imported brand stores at four major department stores. 205 survey responses were used for the final analysis. The factor analysis extracted empathy/tangibility, assurance, responsiveness and reliability factors. The structural path analysis and effect analysis indicated that the importance of assurance and responsiveness of internal service quality had significant direct effects on job satisfaction and significant indirect effects on organizational performance. Reliability dimension of internal service quality had a significant direct effect on job satisfaction. The importance of empathy/tangibility dimension, however, was relatively weak in the model.

The purpose of this study is to verify the role of moderating effect of pay system on the relation between organizational justice and employee's pay level satisfaction. By default, it would be a justice find out a positive impact on pay levels satisfaction members feel. It will examine the mediating effect of the wage system the main purpose of this study is to prove their relationship. A survey was conducted to examine the role of moderating effect of pay system on the responses of 218 employees. sex, education, status, and service type were chosen as control variable, and the regression model which treated the distributive justice and procedural justice as independent variable was set. A pay system was supposed as moderating variable of the relation between organizational justice and pay level satisfaction, In addition the pay system have a dummy variable (if pay system is lower than the average, pay system is 0, else pay system is 1). The result showed that the relation of organizational justice and pay level satisfaction are significantly unique. This means that pay system moderates the relation of organizational justice and pay level satisfaction. These results are different from the prior researches which had treated pay system as mediative variable of organizational justice and pay level satisfaction. This difference may be from the property of attitude variable. For example, pay satisfaction is individual-based attitude. Moreover, organizational committment has the instrumentality for future reward, while pay satisfaction does not. The future study should consider the properties of these variables and other employee's attitude variables.
Through the research, we found that the organizational systems of social enterprises in Europe have both properties of limited companies and stock companies in traditional organizational structures such as cooperatives, mutual companies and associations. However, social enterprises pursue interests of entire community, allowing the interested parties to join them in comparison with cooperatives. And for finance, most of the countries mainly use public fund such as national grants, but they are using more sales revenue. However, in our country the organizational systems of social enterprises have been introduced as the government and academic circles discussed expansion of social employment within a short period. So Korean enterprises tend to depend on national support rather than profitable activities for finance. Therefore, we need to develop a Korean convention or social agreement for the organizational systems of social enterprises. Furthermore, it is important for social enterprises to secure safe finance through development of social services and social cultures such as donation.
