Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the factors related to blood-borne infection prevention behaviors based on the risk perception of the health belief model among operating room nurses. Risk perception factors included perceived susceptibility, barriers, benefits, and perceived severity. Methods: Data were collected from 121 operating room nurses working in four different hospitals in Daejeon and Seoul from June 30 to May 11, 2016. Results: The mean age was 31.2 years, and the average years of clinical experience in operating room was 7.9 years. The mean score of knowledge was 13.15. The mean score of perceived susceptibility, barrier, benefit, and perceived severity were 3.76, 3.70, 3.95, and 4.64, respectively. Blood-borne infection prevention behaviors had positive correlation with perceived benefits (p=.010), but negative correlation with sensitivity (p=.009) and barrier (p=.012). The hierarchical regression model on infection prevention behavior was statistically significant (F=4.85, p<.001). The sixteen percent of variance in behavior was explained by age (${\beta}=.18$, p=.038), perceived benefit (${\beta}=.20$, p=.030), perceived susceptibility (${\beta}=-.25$, p=.005), and perceived barrier (${\beta}=-.18$, p=.042). Conclusion: In order to increase infection prevention behaviors among operating room nurses, there is a need for developing specific education program focusing on appropriate management of equipment, instruments, and environment in operating room. In addition, support from the hospital organization level need to be provided as well.

Industrial processes are normally operated by skilled humans who have the cumulative and logical information about the system. Fuzzy control has been investigated for many application. Intelligent control approaches based on fuzzy logic have a chance to include human thinking. This paper represents modeling approach based upon operators knowledge without mathematical model of the system and optimize the controller. The experimented system is constructed for sending a ball to the goal position using wind of two DC motors in the predefined path. A vision camera to mimic human eyes detects the ball position. The system used in this experiment could be hardly modeled by mathematical methods and ould not be easily controlled by conventional manners. The controller is designed based on the input-output data and experimental knowledge obtained by trials, and optimized under the predefined performance criterion. And this paper shows the data adaptation for changeable operating condition. When the system is driven in the abnormal condition with unconsidered noise, the new optimal operating parameters could be defined by adjusting membership functions. Thus, this technique could be applied in industrial fields.

본 연구는 초등학교 고학년생의 학교구강보건예방사업에 관한 구강보건지식에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 보호자와 학생의 구강보건행태와 학교구강보건실 운영과의 관련성을 검토하고자 시도하였다. 연구대상은 학교구강보건실을 운영하는 전라남도 무안군 소재의 1개 초등학교와 학교구강보건실을 비운영하는 목포시 소재의 1개 초등학교 고학년 학생 178명과 동일 학생의 보호자 178명을 대상으로 연구하였고, 자료수집 기간은 2014년 5월 2일부터 5월 26일까지 구조화된 무기명 자기기입식 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구결과, 학교구강보건실의 비운영은 학생의 학교구강보건실 구강보건예방사업에 관한 지식과 음의 관계를 가졌지만 통계적으로 유의하지는 않았고, 학생의 학교구강보건예방사업에 관한 구강보건지식에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 보호자의 구강보건교육경험이 있을수록, 학생의 구강보건교육에 대한 참여의사가 높을수록, 주관적인 구강건강수준이 건강할수록 지식이 높아지는 것으로 나타났으며, 이는 32.6%의 설명력을 보였다. 이와 같은 결과는 학생의 구강보건지식에 관한 영향 요인으로 학생의 구강보건행위, 보호자의 구강보건행위가 관련되어 있고, 학교구강보건실 운영이 학생과 보호자의 구강건강관리를 위한 구강보건지식에 긍정적인 영향을 미침을 시사한다.

This paper presents the development of a knowledge-based control system operating via the Internet. With the synergy provided by the Internet, the central expert controller with its knowledge-base has the potential to serve a multitude of front-end clients located anywhere in the world provided they have Internet access. In this way, the operational span of the knowledge-based control system can be expanded to virtually anyplace within the reach of the Internet. This configuration has positive implications in improving the efficiency of distributed operations, thereby enabling plantwide optimization and costs savings. Datasocket technology is adopted to facilitate a more efficient data exchange between the knowledge-based central server and the front-end clients. A specific application in the remote monitoring and fault diagnosis of machines using the proposed control configuration is presented in the paper.

대규모 플랜트에서 조업자 안전훈련 모델의 전제조건은 조업에 관련된 다양한 위험의 상세분석 및 지식표현으로 얻어진 운영절차의 범용성과 정확성이다. 본 연구에서는 조업절차의 생성을 위해 인공지능 플래닝 기법을 고려하여 조업자의 일반행위와 조치행위 그리고 기술용어 등을 분류하고, 지식의 공유 및 재사용을 고려하여 플랜트의 운영과정과 관련된 조업행위 및 용어의 확장을 지식표현 온톨로지 형태로 정의하였다. 또한 조업의 일반적인 행위의 구체화를 위해 Hierarchical Task Network (HTN)기반의 행위계획을 적용하여 목표와 실행이 가능한 수준까지 분할하여 여러 상황에 따른 절차를 생성하도록 설계하였다. 이후 실제 보일러 설비의 사례연구를 통해 조업조건과 운전상태 그리고 장치들 간의 운전목적에 따라 구성설비의 역할을 분류하고, 비상정지절차를 생성하였으며, 제안한 방법의 실제 플랜트 적용 가능성을 확인하였다. 체계적인 지식표현에 기초한 지식베이스 구축은 일반적인 플랜트 운영절차 및 조업자 안전훈련 시나리오의 생성에도 활용이 가능할 것이며, 향후 자동생성 등에도 활용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

Technology standards have gained importance as global market becomes more competitive. Since a technology acknowledged as a standard brings significant benefits to the developer firm, firms in the IT industry tend to pursue standardization for the technology, being it proprietary or open. However, the paths or strategic implications are seldom discussed in academia. Therefore, our study uses iPhone of Apple, one of the proprietary standards successes, to further understand corporate strategies over two standard choices. Our case study suggests that iPhone's entry timing was optimal for creating a new mobile environment. Design excellence and user-friendly interface increased networking effects and switching costs among consumers. Apple developed independent mobile operating system (iOS) through improvement on the existing operating system. During the process, Apple chose proprietary standard and, by installing the same UX on its sibling products such as iPod Touch or iPad, overcame the subsequent problems that might arise from the limited use of iOS. Based on the capability of concurrently developing both hardware and software, Apple connected operating system, machine, and contents, which deems to contribute to its proprietary standards success. We argue that this strategy should be considered for firms which plan proprietary standard strategy.

Conventional P/PI speed controller of today's servo drives should be manually tuned the controller switching set-point by trial-and-errors, which may translate the drive system down-time and loss of productivity. The adjustable drive performance is heavily dependent on the quality of the expert knowledge and becomes inadequate in applications where the operating conditions change in a wide range, i.e., tracking command, acceleration/deceleration time, and load disturbances. In this paper, the demands on simple controls/setup are discussed for industry servo drives. Analyzing the frequency content of motor torque command, P/PI control mode switching is automatically performed with some prior knowledge of the mechanical dynamics. The dynamic performance of the proposed scheme assures a desired tracking response curve with minimal oscillation and settling time over the whole operating conditions. For comprehensive comparison of traditional P/PI control scheme, extensive test is carried out on actual servo system.

The goal of this study is to improve the competitiveness of professional librarians in society. To this end, we analyzed domestic and international LIS curriculum, determined demand from field librarians through a survey, carried out job analysis by library types, and developed an operating model for LIS curriculum by synthesizing all of these results. Finally, we suggested a course of study for civil service librarians based on this model. As a result, the six required courses for civil service librarians are: Introduction to Library and Information Science, Information Organization, Information Services (Reference and Information Services), Library Management, Information Retrieval, and Field Work. The four core courses for the civil service concentration are: Collection Development, Information Sources by Subjects, Public Library Management, and Digital Libraries. Suggested electives best suited to this career path include Using Web Resources, Information Literacy, Information Services in Culturally Diverse Communities, Library Marketing, Libraries and Cultural Programs, Reading Guidance, Library History, Small Library Management, Studies in Library Buildings, Library Cooperation, Managing Digital Collections, and Information and Communication in a Digital Age.

High unemployment rates repeatedly cause recurring social problems such as fewer employment opportunities and employment insecurity. Following this trend, various programs related to employment have been provided through various government and institutions. However, they have established overlapping policies and programs and there is no one stop gateway to find effective and efficient way to find relevant information. For this purpose, this study aims to provide employment and job search subject gateway development. The study has carried out case studies, literature reviews, and user survey. Based on this study, it suggested a linked metadata model to organize and link scattered information together, and a digital gateway operating diverse information services. It is expected to provide a basis to develop comprehensive information service model for employment.

오늘날 많은 기업들은 경쟁우위를 확보하기 위한 수단으로 지식경영을 도입하고 있으며, 이에 필요한 지식관리시스템 구축에 많은 투자를 하고 있다. 조직 내에서 지식관리시스템의 효과적인 사용은 조직 구성원들의 지식수준 향상과 업무의 비효율성을 제거시킴으로써 조직의 경쟁력을 증가시킬 수 있다. 본 연구는 조직의 지식관리시스템을 성공적으로 구축하기 위해 파워 프로세스의 관점에서 지식을 제공하는 지식근로자, 특히 기업 경영자의 리더십에 따른 성과분석을 통해 지식관리시스템 구축에 필요한 정보를 제공하고자한다.
