본 논문에서 제안하는 원격교육 시스템은 정보 통신 기술과 멀티미디어 기술을 이용해서 사이버 스페이스상에서 열린 교육을 위한 교육자와 피교육자간의 상호 참여를 통한 동기 및 비동기의 학습이 모두 가능하도록 개발된 원격 교육 시스템이다. 특히 기존의 원격 교육 시스템이 갖는 생소함과 불편함을 가능한 느끼지 않도록 개발하였고, 면대면 효과를 최대로 지원하는 멀티미디어 기술상의 상호작용이 가능한 실시간 동기모드의 학습모드와 사용자 위주의 비동기 모드의 자율학습을 진행하다가 필요한 자료의 지원을 받아 원하는 선생님의 학습자료를 다운로딩 할 수 있고, 선생님과의 동기 학습 모드 변환이 가능한 시스템이다. 본 시스템은 응용 공유기술, 화이트보드, 다양한 비디오 윈도우 표시, 비디오, 사용자 인터페이스를 지원하고 있으며, 또한 세션관리, 통신제어, 각 미디어 제어의 제어 기술이 지원되고 있다．

The modern development of higher education in Ukraine is the result of two main factors. One of them - the factor of social progress - reflects the transformations inherent in modern Ukrainian society. These include, first of all, the processes of democratization and the development of civic responsibility. European the choice of Ukraine, the integration of our state into the European space determine accordingly, the second factor influencing the development of domestic higher education - the trends that guide the progress of the European Higher Education Area (European Higher Education Area (hereinafter - EHEA) and the European Research Area Research Area, hereinafter - ERA). The strategy of information support of the educational process (approved by the European Commission in 2010) recognizes the leading role of higher education as a driver of social progress, accordingly states the priority - the development of free economic education and identifies indicators of such progress - the achievement and international attractiveness of European free economic education. The information support of modernization challenges in higher education are aimed at the educational process, the leadership position of students, in particular through promotion and implementation of leading achievements and best practices in the context of globalization.

최근 들어 스마트 TV나 안드로이드 셋톱박스의 보급이 확대되면서, 기존 컴퓨터에서 구동되던 Skype등 인터넷 전화를 스마트TV나 셋톱박스를 통해 사용할 수 있으며, 이를 활용한 다양한 화상 교육 프로그램이 출시되고 있다. 하지만 기존 웹캠을 활용하게 되면, 사용자는 스마트TV나 셋톱박스 앞으로 이동하여 사용 해야만 한다. 본 논문에서는 사용자의 환경 변화에 따른 기존 웹캠의 문제점을 근본적으로 해결할 수 있는 기술을 제안한다. 제안기술은 기존 컴퓨터 앞이 아닌 거실처럼 사용자와 TV간 거리가 떨어져 있는 경우 사용이 가능한 무선 웹캠 구현에 관한 기술이다. 실험결과 다소 거리의 문제에 대한 단점은 존재하였으나, 거실과 같은 근거리 사용상에서는 높은 신뢰성을 가지는 것을 확인할 수 있었다.

Virtual Reality simulation enables immersive 3D experience of a Virtual Environment. A simulation-based VE can be used to map real world phenomena into virtual experience. This research studies on the use of Newton's physics law to demonstrate the effects of forces upon object's falling movement, and their effects towards other fallible objects. A reconfigurable simulation enables users to reconfigure the parameters of the objects involved in the simulation, so that they can see different effects from the different configurations, such as force magnitude and distance between objects. This concept is suitable for a classroom learning of physics law. Preliminary implementation is done on a PC with a joystick for 4DOF movement. The graphics is implemented by SGI OpenGL Performer. A middleware called NAVERLib that consists of Performer's modules for easy XML-based configuration is used for management of visualization, network and devices connection, and where the engine of this domino simulation is attached.

The article deals with the theoretical and methodological foundations of innovative approaches in the modern education system. The issues of introducing computerized and telecommunication technologies are characterized, which allow switching to distance learning (DL), which is a promising form of the system of open education support in the modern educational process. Special attention is paid to the study of practical technologies of vocational training and the activities of a teacher and innovative areas of vocational training of students.

뉴스 헤드라인에 제3자의 발언을 직접 인용해 전언하는 이른바 '따옴표 저널리즘'이 언론 보도의 객관주의 원칙을 해치는지는 언론학 및 뉴스 구독자에게 중요한 문제이다. 이 연구는 온라인 포털사이트를 통해 실시간 유통되는 한국어 기사의 정확성을 판별하기 위한 기계학습(Machine Learning) 모델을 제안한다. 이 연구에서 제안하는 모델은 Edit Distance와 FastText 기법을 활용해 기사 제목과 본문 내 인용구의 유사성을 측정하고, XGBoost 모델을 활용해 최종 분류한다. 아울러 이 모델을 통해 229만 건의 뉴스 헤드라인에 대해 직접 인용구가 포함된 기사가 취재원의 발언을 주관적인 윤색없이 독자들에게 전하고 있는지를 판별했다. 이뿐만 아니라 딥러닝 기반의 KoELECTRA 모델을 활용해 기사의 제목 내 인용구에 대한 감성 분석을 진행했다. 분석 결과, 윤색이 가미되지 않은 직접 인용형 기사의 비율이 지난 20년 동안 10% 이상 증가했으며, 기사 제목의 인용구에 나타나는 감정은 부정 감성이 긍정 감성의 2.8배 정도로 우세했다. 이러한 시도는 앞으로 계산사회과학 방법론과 빅데이터에 기반한 언론 보도의 평가 및 개선에 도움을 주리라 기대한다.

최근 지식, 정보, 기술의 새로운 패러다임으로 대표되는 지식정보화사회에 대응하기 위한 준비가 전 세계적으로 추진되고 있으며, UN해양법 발효, WTD체제 출범에 따른 어장축소와 수산물수입 전면자유화 등 많은 어려움에 처한 수산업을 고부가치적인 수산업으로 육성하고, 경쟁력 있는 산업으로 육성하기 위해서는 어업인 상호간 지식정보교환, 수산기술의 보급 및 교육을 위한 평생교육 체계, 어촌관광자원의 홍보 및 활용을 통한 국민에게 사랑 받는 어촌건설이 필요하며 특히 현재 급속도로 진행되고 있는 사회 전반적인 정보화의 물결이 어촌에는 확산되고 있지 않으며, 정부의 정보인프라정책에도 소외되고 있어 어업생산기반인 어업인에 대한 정보화마인드 함양 및 어업에 대한 정보인프라 조기구축이 시급하다. 본 연구는 급속히 보급되고 있는 인터넷을 이용하여 정보화에 소외된 어업인이 정보화 격차의 해소와 보다 신속하고 살아있는 정보와 지식을 제공하고자 시스템을 구축하였다.

현재 기술은 각 그룹간의 작업을 더욱 가깝게 연결할 뿐 아니라 오늘날 사회에서 보여지는, 먼 거리와 격리된 장소에서의 공동작업을 더욱 강조한다. 산업의 영역인 실체적 모델에 근거를 둔 인간의 영역에 대한 해석이 더 이상 확고하지 않음에 따라 공간에서 존재하는 새로운 커뮤니티의 자극으로 인한, 귀속의식(歸屬意識)은 영역에 대한 새로운 인식에 대응하고 있다. 새로운 미디어와 기술의 사용으로, 한 장소의 어린이가 다른 장소의 어린이들과 어떠한 방법으로 실제 공간을 연결하는 커뮤니티의 감각을 만들어 내는가가 본 논문의 요지이다. 따라서, 본문의 논제는, 지구상의 두 학급을 연결하는 학습을 위한 커뮤니티 개발을 위한 시스템을, 먼 거리의 어린이들로 하여금 좀 더 가까워지도록 디자인하는 것이다. 그 내용은, 상호진화를 위한, 지역에 제한이 없는 학습 커뮤니티 개발과, 그 커뮤니티를 위한 컨셉츄얼 모델의 시스템 디자인에 관한 연구이다. 본 연구의 결론으로써, 사용자가 그 시스템의 정확한 멘탈 모델을 개발할 수 있는 실체적 인터페이스의 디자인이 제시되고 있다.

Recently, by the popularization of computers and the development of many kinds of information transmission software, the living pattern in business offices and in home-life have changed rapidly. Because of the great progression of today's science technology, the influence of social education on the children is larger than that of the traditional school.. By a rapid change in the social atmosphere, there are some people who insist the traditional school education system is of no use any more. There have been many calls for reform of traditional schooling and in particular there has been major rethinking of school mathematics. The initial demand for change in elementary school mathematics is because of the poor achievement of students. There are even more compelling reasons for change. For example today's science technology society requires a different mathematical literacy for its citizens than that of the past. The importance of problem-solving based on interest and progress is more important than just paper-pencil computation in elementary schools. And also the increasing information wave of today's society demands that the school accept the long-distance education which could not be imagined in the past. Taking account of this variety, school education in the future should willingly introduce and apply the open education system to keep pace with today's society. To accept society demands actively, today's schools are going to accept and apply the idea of the open education. In this viewpoint, the purpose of the paper is to analyze the causes of under-achievement in mathematics teaming, the directions of school mathematics education, the system of textbooks and the problems of teaching-learning programs and paper-pencil test.

This survey study was aimed at identifying the degree of educational need of the KNOU(Korea National Open University) nursing students defined as admission purposes, satisfaction of distance learning education, learning methods, and courses after graduation. Among randomly assigned 1000 students, 320 KNOU nursing students who allowed to participate in the study completed the questionnaires. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, chi-square test, and t-test, Results of this study were as follows : 1. The admission purposes of the KNOU nursing students were 'in order to get a bachelor's degree(83.8%)', 'to acquire knowledge for task(61.3%)', or 'to be admitted for the graduate school (53.1%)' etc. Comparing the admission purposes by age, tow items- 'to explore new possibilities for myself' and 'excellent curriculum' showed statistically significant differences. These two items were also found to show significant differences by marital status. 2. For the media maintenance, the results showed that students use their own cassett radios(96.3%), VTR(49.4%), TV only for the study (44.1%), personal computer (3.31%), or joining Hitel (6.3%). 3. Listening rates of the radio lecture were 'over 80%(9.1%)', '50-80%(9.1%)', '20-50%(18.1%)', 'below 20%(30%)' and 'never(33.1%)', And record lecture showed listening rates as follows : 'over80%(17.2%)', '50-80%(15.9%)', '20-50%(24.4%)', 'below 20%(27,2%)' and 'never(14.4%)'. 4. The difficulties with KNOU life were 'listening radio lectures(38.8%)', studying by following teaching schedules (37.8%)', 'isolated self-study(10.3%)', and 'appearance in the attending classes(8.1%)'. 5. As for satisfaction with teaching methods, the data showed that 81.2% of the respondents were satisfied (or very satisfied) with 'attending classes' and 75%, with 'paper lectures'. On the other hand some of respondents were very dissatisfied with 'recorded lecture(12.8%)' and 'radio lecture(10.9%)' 6. The results also showed that the students want to have 'video conferencing lecture(77.2%)', 'cable TV(64.1%)' and 'CD ROM program' to improve learning effects. 7. Concerning learning attitudes, 48.8% of the students reported 'study mainly for examnination', and only 4.1% answered 'study every day with plan'. The learning attitude showed significant differences by marital status and age. The students also evaluated themelves as 'study very hard(5.9%)', 'study hard in general(41.6%)', 'study a little(40.3%)' and 'study little(11.9%)'. 8. The students responded the most effective learning material was the 'textbook (92.2%)'. 9. For the purposes of using the local center, the results showed 'for the attending classes(76.3%)', 'for the use of references(14.7%)', and 'for the study group(66.7%)'. 10. The results revealed that 20.3% of the respondents had ever experienced unregistration or temporary withdrawal, and 53.4% among them did not register more than one time. The most common reason for the unregistration was 'due to family affairs or their job (70.8%)'. 11. 88.1% of the respondents answered 'they will graduate without fail'. 12. Regarding the benefits from the KNOU graduation, respondents indicated 'graduate school admission(38.1%)', 'self-confidence in social life(17.5%)', and understanding social problems (10.9%)'. 13. 64.4% of the students showed that they have intention to enter the graduate school. The item 'changing work place' showed statistically significant differences by marital status and age.
