커뮤니티센터 모델 개발을 위한 동사무소 시솔 및 프로그램 분석 (Public Service Facilities and Programs of District (Dong) Office as a Community Center)

  • The purpose of this paper is to analyze the service facilities and activity programs of district(Dong) office so as to develope a model of a service integrated community center Various research methods were used for this study: Field research and interviews with the managers have been done in four offices during July and August, 2000. The facilities and programs of twenty district((Dong) offices were analyzed and ninety visitors of two district(Dong) offices were surveyed. The results showed that most visitors crime to the district(Dong) office for administrative services associated with the registration for citizenships. Visitors of district(Dong) office with activity programs were more Likely to factor to the service integrated community center than were those without. The size and kinds of facilities among district(Dong) office centers were varied and contrained by the size of the building but the activity programs were very similar and mainly arts and crafts, sports, music, and health for young housewives. Several implications from the results were suggested to the model of a service integrated community center.

업무공간의 조명 환경 실태 조사 연구 (A Study on the Status of Illumination Environment in Workplaces)

  • The purpose of this study is to examinethe present illumination conditions in office environment and to suggest an efficient illumination plan in office planning process. Illumination conditions in work environment were surveyed in 6 offices to investigate whether the present illumination conditions were appropriate to the work type. The results of this study are as follows: Most of the general Illuminance level in the area of work were all at an adequate level, except one. The average Illuminance level in the all meeting rooms were met for the standard. Illuminance in the all reception area were extremely over the standard, The illuminations of this area were rather designed according to the image of the company than the standard. As for the illumination method in the area of general work, four offices used a general lighting by a direct lighting type, while two offices used a general lighting and a task lighting at the same time. This survey suggested that first, each company should consider illumination plan in the building planning process, second, illumination plan considering the type of places is needed, and third, illumination environment may be differentiated according to the work type. In conclusion, efficient illumination environment should be considered in office building planning process, especially In terms of illumination materials and methods.

농촌지역 보건지소 건축의 특성에 관한 연구 - 익산시 보건소 관할 지소를 중심으로 - (A Study on the Architectural Characteristics of the Health Care Center Branch in Rural Area Ik-san city)

  • There are an increasing number of healthcare facilaties, especially branch offices, in rural areas to serve the aging population living there. However, there has been a gradual decline in the ratios of recognition, satisfaction and utilization by people who live in the regions. A significant reason of declining the ratios should be the population decline, but the most of population hierarchy shows the groups of elderly people over 60. This result appears to be limited to visit the public health centers. According to the result of population hierarchy, a branch office of public health center has been re-established as a complex welfare facility which can be fulfilled in the functions of basic medical supports and cultural supports. This research is focused on collecting the meaningful information of the status of physical facilities and utilization with 15branch offices of public health care centers in the rural regions near the city of Ik-San city. In addition, this research has a purpose of getting fundamental data for future architectural plans of the branch offices in rural regions with the results about the status of facility operation systems and users' needs.

지체장애인의 편의증진을 위한 동사무소 물리적 환경 분석 및 개선방안 (An analysis of the Physical Features for the disabled of Civic Service Offices in the City of Daegu)

  • This study is to promote barrier-free environment to accommodate the request and the need for accessibility and convenience of disabled people including pregnant women, children and the elderly in using civic service offices which are supposed to play a role as community centers. This study researches the current state of facilities for convenience and analyzes the result according to the type of reasons which prevent disabled persons to get the accessibility and convenience for the information as well as the facilities. Sample cases are 15 civic service offices which are newly built after 1998 in the city of Daegu. There are found three types of problems about convenient facilities, which are the first cases with facilities not installed, the second cases with facilities not properly installed according to the rule, and the third cases with facilities installed properly according to the rule but inconvenient for the actual use. This study proposes a more critical process for the building permit to promote the rate of proper installation of convenience facilities, and the supplementary law with more specific regulations to improve the physical environment for the actual use of physically disabled people.

  • 오늘날, 타통적인 사무대은 사회.경제적 환경의 변화에 따라 사무실로서의 제 기능을 제대로 수행하지 못하고 있다. 이러한 현상은 21c에 들어서면서 더욱더 심화될 것으로 예상된다. 여기에, 그 대소의 하나로 ${\ulcorner}대체 사무기{\urcorner}$이라는 새로운 유형의 사무실을 제내하고자 한다. 대체 사무대이란, 전통적인 사무실과 대체할 수 있는 새로운 형태의 사무실로서, 팀 사무실, 호텔링, SOHO, 위성형 사무실, 가상 사무실 등이 여기에 속한다. 이들 사무실은, 강력한 정보기술을 기반으로 사무실로서의 제 기능과 그 역할을 효율적으로 수행할 수 있으므로, 정보화 사무실의 뉴 패러다임으로서 정립되고 확산될 것으로 예상된다.

조선시대 조경행정기구로서 장원서의 기능에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Function of "Chang-Won-Seo" as a Government Organization in charge of Landscape Architecture during Chosun-Dynasty)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the function of "Chang-Won-Seo" which is one of government organizations in charge of landscape architecture during Chosun-Dynasty This study is based on the analysis of historic documents published by the government offices during Chosen-dynasty. The landscape architectural administration during Chosun-Dynasty was mainly undertaken by the Ministry of Industry in both central and local government. Especially, the government office titled "Seon-Gong-Gam" under the Ministry of Industry was in charge of landscape construction. There were seven divisions under the "Chang-Won-Seo" and three divisions such as "Kwa-Won-Saek" , "Saeng-Gwa-Saek" and "Keon-Gwa-Saek" took charge of main part of the work. "Kwa-Won-Saek" was In charge of the management of public fruit gardens and lotus ponds constructed in Han-Yang(Seoul) in order to harvest fruit and edible lotus seeds. "Saeng-Gwa-Saek" was responsible for the supply of fresh fruits to the royal family and the government offices while "Keon-Gwa-Saek" took charge of supplying them with dried fruits. In view of the responsibilities of three divisions, it is concluded that the function of "Chang-Won-Seo" was not to construct and manage the pleasure gardens controlled by the government. but to manage the public fruit gardens and to supply the royal family and the government offices with fresh and dried fruits.

세무회계사무소(稅務會計事務所) 종사자(從事者)의 생산성(生産性) 인자(因子)에 관한 연구(硏究) (A Study on the Productivity Factor of Employees in Tax Accounting Offices)

  • This research is aimed at grouping for the extent to which the workers' job satisfaction influences productivity with a view to improving theirs, shedding light on the difference between the workers' concepts of job satisfaction and those of the executives of the matter in terms of the statistic characteristics of individuals and coming up with efficient measures to put the Korean tax accounting offices into smooth operation. The paper is suggesting a total of eight hypotheses, and the researcher tested those with the help of difference analyses and a regression analysis. The findings reveal that there was a difference in productivity in accordance with academic background, positions and total number years of work, etc. but tat there was no difference in gender. And superiors and pay among the factors of job satisfaction influenced productivity, whereas promotion and coworkers didn't. The worker subjects and the executive subjects turned out to differ in terms of pay levels, the welfare of the works, and the level of their ability to carry out their business in regard to the actual situation of tax accounting offices in Korea.

The Impact of Audit Quality on Tobin's Q: Evidence from Jordan

  • Audit quality encompasses the key elements that create an environment that maximizes the likelihood that quality audits are performed consistently. This study aimed to identify the impact of auditing quality on the market value of the manufacturing companies listed on the Amman Stock Exchange (ASE). The analytical method was adopted in this research to extract and collect the necessary data. This study hypothesizes that audit quality leads to an increase in the market value by the offering of high-quality services. The study used the panel data approach to analyze cross-sectional data for 41 industrial companies that included time series data for the period (2019-2019). To test its hypotheses, the study used the fixed-effect model. The study found that the audit quality factors (audit office size, client retention period, auditor's fees, and linking with international audit offices) did not have a significant impact on market value. It found also the positive impact of the audit office size on the market value of the listed companies on the ASE for the period from 2009 to 2019. The study recommended the management of the company realize the importance of contracting with audit offices of large size and good reputation because these offices are more capable of increasing their efficiency, qualifying their employees, and thus be fully prepared for the audit process efficiently and effectively.

  • Background: Severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) causes serious acute respiratory diseases including pneumonia and bronchitis with approximately 2.3% fatality occurrence. Main body: This study argues the main concepts that need to be considered for the gradual reopening of dental offices include treatment planning approaches, fundamental elements needed to prevent transmission of SARS-CoV-2 virus in dental healthcare settings, personal protection equipment (PPE) for dental health care providers, environmental measures, adjunctive measures, and rapid point of care tests in dental offices. Conclusion: This article seeks to provide an overview of existing scientific evidence to suggest a guideline for reopening dental offices.

국유림도(國有林道)의 노선선형(路線線形)과 지형(地形)과의 관계분석(關係分析) (The Analysis of Relationships between Road Alignment and Terrain Conditions for National Forest Road)

  • 본 연구는 5개 영림서(원주, 강릉, 안동, 남원, 공주영림서)의 국유림도(國有林道)를 대상으로 임도노선선형(林道路線線形)의 특성을 파악함과 동시에 노선선형의 평가치간의 관계, 평가치와 지형과의 관계 등에 대해서 검토하였다. 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 임도우회율(林道迂廻率)은 강릉영림서 및 원주영림서가 직선거리 100m, 200m 및 300m에서 0.3~0.5, 안동, 남원 및 공주영림서는 0.2~0.3으로 나타났다. 2. 평면선형(平面線形)은 강릉과 원주영림서, 남원과 공주영림서 및 안동영림서가 각각 다른 3개 유형으로, 종단선형(縱斷線形)은 전 영림서가 유사한 경향으로 나타났다. 3. 임도노선선형(林道路線線形)의 평가치간의 관계에서 직선거리에 대한 임도우회율 및 평면선형 평가치(곡선장률, 곡선반경의 역수의 합 및 교각의 합)의 상관관계는 낮게, 평면선형(平面線形)의 평가치간의 상관관계는 높게 산출되었다. 4. 임도노선선형(林道路線線形)과 지형(地形)과의 관계에서 경사는 평면선형과, 곡빈도는 임도우회율과 밀접한 관계를 보여 주었다.
