공진형 직류 링크 인버터의 공진 펄스 제어기 (A novel resonant pulse control in resonant DC link inverter)

  • A novel resonant pulse control technique which generates high-quality sinusoidal output voltage from a resonant dc link inverter is presented for UPS applicatons. The proposed control technique limits resonant voltae overshoot without any passive or active clamp circuit, resulting in resonant pulses iwth uniform amplitude and high efficiency. The output voltage is controlled by the third order contorller iwth an inner loop of th efilter inductor current and the feedforward controller. Analysis and design of the proposed control technique are illustrated and verified on a 5kVA experimental unit.

  • A two dimensional (2-D) finite-difference time-domain (FDTD) method based on a novel finite difference scheme is developed to eliminate the numerical dispersion errors. In this paper, numerical dispersion and stability analysis of the new scheme are given, which show that the proposed method is nearly dispersionless, and stable for a larger time step than the standard FDTD method.

A Novel Soft-Switching Two-Switch Flyback Converter with a Wide Operating Range and Regenerative Clamping

  • A novel soft-switching two-switch flyback converter is proposed in this paper. This converter is composed of two active power switches, a flyback transformer, a blocking diode, and two passive regenerative clamping circuits. The proposed converter has the advantages of a low cost circuit configuration, a simple control scheme, a high efficiency, and a wide operating range. The circuit topology, analysis, design considerations, and experimental results of the new flyback converter are presented.

  • The general toxicological study of new platinum(II) compounds, KHPC-002, KHPC-005 and KHPC-006 were investigated in rats. The effects of these Pt(II) complexes on renal, hematopoietic and hepatic system in rats showed lower toxicity compared with cisplatin. In the consideration of the maximal dose of these Pt(II) complexes using in this experiment is 4-8 times higher than cisplatin, these novel compounds will have the less general toxicity in vivo.

  • This paper proposes a novel UPFE based on H-bridge modules, isolated through single-phase multi-winding transformers. The dynamic performance of proposed system was analyzed by simulation with EMTDC, assuming that the UPFC is connected with the 138-kV transmission line of one-machine-infinite-bus power system. The proposed system can be directly connected to the transmission line without series injection transformers. It has flexibility in expanding the operation voltage by increasing the number of H-bridge modules.

  • The novel oligomers were synthesized by Grignard reaction, the suzuki coupling reaction, etc. The oligomers were characterized by Infrared (IR), Mass spectrometer (MS). Their thermal properties were investigated by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and Thermogravimetric analysis (TGA). The new oligomers showed high thermal stability above $300^{\circ}C$.

  • This paper presents novel self excited DC-DC converters such as Buck-boost type, Buck type and also non-inverting Buck-boost type. The proposed converters has the following advantages: simple topology, small number of circuit components, easy control methode. Therefore, these converters are suitable for the portable appliances with battery source. Theoretical analysis and experimental results for SOW class Buck-boost type self oscillation DC-DC converter have been obtained, which demonstrate the high efficiency and good performance.

  • Field sequential display has some advantages but color breakup (CBU) is the significant problem. Many researches had introduced several methods to reduce CBU phenomenon, however there are no reliable methods to measure the degree of CBU. In this report, a novel CBU measurement technique which was based on the image processing method and subjective analysis results had proposed to evaluate the degree of CBU. Color Breakup Index (CBI) was presented to be a useful index to recognize the CBU phenomenon in the different field sequential technique displays.

영화 <우리들의 일그러진 영웅>에 나타난 원작소설과의 미적 거리 연구 (Research of Aesthetic Distance on the Cinematization of Novel )

  • 최근 서사학자들의 주된 논의는 '누가, 무엇을, 어떻게 이야기하느냐'에 대한 관심으로부터 더 나아가지 못하고 있는 듯하다. 아리스토텔레스 이후 아직도 '시학'이라는 대전제 하에 서사학 분야의 논의선상에 놓여있는 일부 학파에 의존하고 있다. 이런 이유로 본고는 주로 이런 서사학적 논점을 다루기보다는 소설과 영화와의 서사적 특성으로 인해 발생한 화자, 초점화자, 시점에 주목한다. 본고에서 다루게 될 "우리들의 일그러진 영웅"은 1인칭 소설이다. 감독은 화자의 논평적 서술이 많은 유사 자전적 소설을 영화 텍스트로 재현하기 위해 voice-over를 통한 서사자아와 경험자아를 구분하여 자신만의 이데올로기를 보여준다. 즉, 소설 속 서술자아와 경험자아의 미적 거리를 드러내기 위해 화면 내 공간과 voice-over 공간으로 구분하여 대상 간의 미적 거리를 관객에게 제시한다. 과거의 장면에서 voice-over는 주제를 설명하거나 장면을 전환하는 기능을 주로 하지만, 성인이 된 현재 병태의 voice-over는 독백의 기능을 함으로써 과거 자신의 경험자아를 관조한다. 이 과정에서 '거리화' 즉, 감독의 해석 가능성이 발생한다. 이 '거리화'를 밝히고자 하는 논문이다.

A Novel Endo-β-1,4-xylanase from Acanthophysium sp. KMF001, a Wood Rotting Fungus

  • Acanthophysium sp. KMF001, a wood rotting fungus, produces a strong crude enzyme complex that efficiently produces simple sugars from wood. The transcriptomic analysis of Acanthophysium sp. KMF001 identified 14 genes for putative glycoside hydrolases. Among them, isotig01043 was expressed heterogeneously in Escherichia coli BL21(DE3), and the expressed protein exhibited an endo-${\beta}$-1,4-xylanase activity which showed the optimum reaction at pH 5.0 and $30^{\circ}C$. The enzyme kinetic values of $K_m$ and $V_{max}$ were 25.92 mg/ml and $0.628{\mu}mole/mg/ml$, respectively. The enzymatic characteristics of the expressed xylanase showed a typical fungal xylanase. However, the bioinformatics analysis suggested that the protein encoded by isotig01043 was a novel xylanase based on a low identity when it was compared with the closest protein in the NCBI database and a similar protein domain with GH16_fungal_Lam16A_glucanase, which had not been earlier suggested as a xylanase.
