  • MND(Ministry of National Defense) has developed .nm AF(Ministry of National Defense Architecture Framework) to guarantee interoperability among defense information systems. Users can easily and consistently develop architecture products through MND AF. There is necessity for development if CADM(Core Architecture Data Model), which facilitate exchange, integration, and comparison for architecture data, to store architecture data from architecture products and reuse them. We developed CADM from defining entities and relationships that satisfy data requirement of each architecture product from MND AF. After we developed architecture products about MIMS(Military Intelligence Management System), and inserted these architecture data to CADM repository. we verified CADM entities and relationships through query. Through CABM which provides common data model for the whole my architectures, interoperability and integration among defense information systems ran be improved, and integrated defense information resources efficiently can be managed.

  • In an Internet of Thing (IoT) environment, entities with different attributes and capacities are going to be connected in a highly connected fashion. Specifically, not only the mechanical and electronic devices but also other entities such as people, locations and applications are connected to each other. Understanding and managing these connections play an important role for businesses, which identify opportunities for new IoT services. Traditional approach for storing and querying IoT data is used of a relational database management system (RDMS) such as MySQL or MSSQL. However, using RDMS is not flexible and sufficient for handling heterogeneous IoT data because these data have deeply complex relationships which require nested queries and complex joins on multiple tables. In this paper, we propose a graph model for constructing a graph database of heterogeneous IoT data. Graph databases are purposely-built to store highly connected data with nodes representing entities and edges representing the relationships between these entities. Our model fuses social graph, spatial graph, and things graph, and incorporates the relationships among them. We then present a case study which applies our model for representing data from a Smart Campus using Neo4J platform. Through the results of querying to answer real questions in Smart Campus management, we show the viability of our model.

  • There are several ways to assess the value of personal data, but there is no standard for evaluating data value. In the case of medical my data utilization platform services, it was found that when the platform company received the user's consent and received data for the purpose of data utilization, an average of about 4,000 credits was paid per user as compensation. As in the previous case, the value of personal information is mainly measured based on the value of each individual, not on specific items of personal information. However, as the number and type of personal information increases, the value of personal information must be measured by type. This study focuses on measuring the value of unstructured personal information, especially images, and proposes standards for unstructured personal information. By measuring the value of images, we will be able to help platform companies set credit standards for compensation per person when providing data and support objective and reasonable pricing when selling B2B data.

  • This study was conducted in order to find out protective factors on adolescent's social withdrawal. The purpose of this study was to test the mediator effects of adolescent's ego-resilience in the relation between affectionate parenting attitudes and adolescent's social withdrawal. The data were collected from 586 students of high schools located in 'D' city, Korea. Adolescents completed questionnaires on 'My Memories of Upbringing(EMBU-short)', ego-resilience, and 'Korean Youth Self Report(K-YSR)' scales. The correlation and structural equation model were conducted to examine the relations between the variables by using the SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 21.0. The results are as follow: First, while the affectionate parenting attitudes did not directly affect the adolescent's social withdrawal, the ego-resilience had a direct effect on the adolescent's social withdrawal. Second, there was a significant mediator effect of the adolescent's ego-resilience between the affectionate parenting attitude and adolescent's social withdrawal. In conclusion, these results can be used as basic data to prevent social withdrawal of adolescents and increase their ego-resilience.

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze traditional stereo images (stereopsis), and study electronic methods to create stereo images using computer graphics technology on visualization of computer. Computer system can process image data and show results on its display. In the early days of computer era, most scientific research data was printed on paper as a procession of digits. These days, the visualization of computer graphics has a precise and realistic quality in its imaging technology. Some technological advances have been developed to not only display 2-dimensional geometry but also 3-dimensional stereo images to simulate virtual reality. In this study, [ have discussed the history of stereopsis, principles of stereo images and technological developments. Also I analyzed the components of stereo images, optical and electronic methods and visual systems which are used in computer graphics technology. I developed my own theories on possibilities for new methods of 3-dimensional stereo images.

  • The purpose of this study is to identify U.S. Baby Boomers' intention to move and their reasons for moving after retirement, and to examine the associations between their socio-demographic characteristics and housing characteristics, and their reasons for moving after retirement factors. A total of 403 usable data were collected through an online survey using a self-administrated questionnaire. For data analyses, descriptive statistics, factor analysis, t-test, and ANOVA were used. Almost 30% of the total respondents considered moving and 15% were strongly agreed to move after their retirement. The most frequently mentioned reasons for moving after retirement were 'a place with good weather', 'being close to leisure activities', and 'a change or decline of my current neighborhood'. Four factors of reasons for moving after retirement (quality of residential environment, need assistant, proximity to activities, and proximity to family/friends) were identified. Age, marital status, number of household, housing type, homeownership, length of residence, and number of bedroom were significantly associated with the four factors of reasons for moving. The results of this study provide a better understanding to U.S. Baby Boomers' housing behavior after retirement which is 10 years faster than Korea, and suggest insights of housing plan for Korean older adults.

  • Together with the previous reports, my computer survey revealed that several bacteria contain six copies of the type group II intron IntA. The sequence analysis of IntAs showed the high level of homology in the nucleotide sequence (91.9-99.8%). The consensus sequence, 2,270 base pair long, was derived from the nucleotide sequences of all IntA members. The size of the open reading frame intA was 502 amino acids long, that is homologous to reverse transcriptase-like proteins encoded within the group II introns. It was reported that EPEC.IntA and Sf.IntA were inserted into IS911 and IS629, respectively. The sequence of the flanking region IntA was analyzed here. The data show the insertion of EC.IntA into IS629, the insertion of EHEC.IntA into IS3, the insertion of Yp.IntA into IS904-like sequence, and the insertion of EK12.IntA into IS911. Interestingly, these IS elements nested by IntAs were the members of IS3 family elements. The sequences of the IS3 members correspond to the OrfB with the DDE motif conserved in retroviral integrases. Alignment of the flanking sequences of IntAs revealed that the flanking regions -25 to + 10 of insertion sites, that are generally believed to be required for the retrohoming, were not strongly conserved. The data presented here suggests that the retrohoming pathway of IntA seems to differ from those of other group II introns.

  • The exchange rate is a very important macro variable that has influence on the whole economy and has, therefore, been the topic of many discussions amongst policymakers, academics and other economic agents. The issue of whether to have a fixed, pegged or floating exchange rate regime was highly debated during the 1970s. The purpose of this paper is to investigate what factors determine the exchange rate in Somalia. Quantitative research methodology has been employed to develop regression model using time series data for the period of 12 years. The regression model has been developed based on Quantity theory of money, purchasing power parity and uncovered interest rate parity theory. Somalia is on the countries where the highest exchange rate volatility exists; for example in 2012, the rate jumped 29% percent and two weak later dropped 21%, when Turkish humanitarian aid agencies injected the market a lot of U.S dollar. Based on my study using regression model for time series data of 12 years, the four factors are mainly attributable for the exchange rate volatility of Somalia; these factors include the balance of payment, inflation rate, money supply (mostly come from remittance and NGOs) and Bank profits.

  • It is widely known that the Japanese alveolar nasal (n) is affected by adjacent vowels in most positions, that is, the variants of the alveolar (n) occur conditionally. The Japanese (n) is palatalized under the influence of vowel (i) or palatal (j). In the articulation of (ni), for instance, the tip and sides of the tongue make wide contact with the palate. It is interesting to know how palatalization occurs and varies during the production in different contexts. In my presentation, the actual realization of the palatalized alveolar nasal in different contexts is examined and clarified by consider me the Electro-palatographic data and examining the articulatory feel ins and auditory impression. As a result, palatalized (equation omitted) occurs either word-initially or inter-vocalically. (equation omitted) in (equation omitted) and (equation omitted) has great palatality. When conditioned by (j), the (equation omitted) in (equation omitted), (equation omitted) and (equation omitted) has full palatality. In each sound the average number of contacted electrodes of the Electro-palatograph at maximum tongue-palate contact is 63 or 100% of the total. To summarize the experimental data, articulatory feel ins and auditory impression, it can be concluded that the (n) followed by or hemmed in (i), (j) is a palatalized nasal (equation omitted).
