Next generation wireless receivers demand low computational complexity algorithms with high computing power in order to perform fast signal detections and error estimations. Several signal detection and estimation algorithms have been proposed for next generation wireless receivers which are primarily designed to provide reasonable performance in terms of signal to noise ratio (SNR) and bit error rate (BER). However, none of them have been chosen for direct implementation as they offer high computational complexity with relatively lower computing power. This paper presents a low-complexity power-efficient algorithm that improves the computing power and provides relatively faster signal detection for next generation wireless multiuser receivers. Measurement results of the proposed algorithm are provided and the overall system performance is indicated by BER and the computational complexity. Finally, in order to verify the low-complexity of the proposed algorithm we also present a formal mathematical proof.
Opportunistic scheduling provides the capability of resource management in wireless networks by taking advantage of multiuser diversity and by allowing delay variation in delivering data packets. It generally aims to maximize system throughput or guarantee fairness and quality of service (QoS) requirements. In this paper, we develop an extended proportional fair (PF) scheduling policy that can statistically guarantee three kinds of QoS. The scheduling policy is derived by solving the optimization problems in an ideal system according to QoS constraints. We prove that the practical version of the scheduling policy is optimal in opportunistic scheduling systems. As each scheduling policy has some parameters, we also consider practical parameter adaptation algorithms that require low implementation complexity and show their convergences mathematically. Through simulations, we confirm that our proposed schedulers show good fairness performance in addition to guaranteeing each user's QoS requirements.

In wireless ad hoc networks the nodes focus on achieving the maximum SINR for efficient data transmission. In order to achieve maximum SINR the nodes culminate in exhausting the battery power for successful transmissions. This in turn affects the successful transmission of the other nodes as the maximum transmission power opted by each node serves as a source of interference for the other nodes in the network. This paper models the choice of power for each node as a non cooperative game where the throughput of the network with respect to the consumption of power is formulated as a utility function. We propose an adaptive pricing scheme that encourages the nodes to use minimum transmission power to achieve target SINR at the Nash equilibrium and improve their net utility in multiuser scenario.

We consider a power controlled code division multiple access (CDMA) system with multiple flow types. At each of the N nodes, there are F flow types with different signal-to-interference-and-noise-ratio (SINR) requirements. To keep the complexity of the transmitter low, we assume that each node uses the same power level for all its flows. The single flow case has been fully solved and is well-understood. We concentrate on the multiple flow case, and use a novel and different approach. For the uplink problem with N = 2 and F arbitrary, the necessary and sufficient conditions to have a solution are found and proved. For the general N > 1 uplink problem, we provide a necessary condition for the problem to have a solution and an iterative algorithm to find the optimum solution. For the downlink case with F > 1 some properties of the optimal sequences are obtained.
Recently, there has been an increasing demand of high data rates services, where several multiuser multiple-input multiple-output (MU-MIMO) techniques were introduced to meet these demands. Among these techniques, vector perturbation combined with linear precoding techniques, such as zero-forcing and minimum mean-square error, have been proven to be efficient in reducing the transmit power and hence, perform close to the optimum algorithm. In this paper, we review several fixed-complexity vector perturbation techniques and investigate their performance under both perfect and imperfect channel knowledge at the transmitter. Also, we investigate the combination of block diagonalization with vector perturbation outline its merits.

In enterprise environments, file owners are often required to share critical files with other users, with encryption-based file delivery systems used to maintain confidentiality. However, important information might be leaked if the cryptokey used for encryption is exposed. To recover confidentiality, the file owner must then re-encrypt and redistribute the file along with its new encryption key, which requires considerable resources. To address this, we propose a key management server that minimizes the distribution of encryption keys when critical files are compromised, with unique encryption keys assigned for each registered user to access critical files. While providing the targeted functions, the server employs a level of system resources comparable to that of legacy digital rights management. Thus, when implemented in an enterprise environment, the proposed server minimizes cryptokey redistribution while maintaining accessibility to critical files in the event of an information breach.

In this paper, the performance of DS-CDMA system and FH-CDMA system has been comparision analyzed in a channel environment which is characterized by Multi-User environment and Rayleigh fading environment. The techniques of improvement of the performance has been comperision analysis evaluated when adopting MRC diversity techniques. In same condition, We are analyzed the BER(Bit Error Rate) as increase Use's number due to comparing performance of two systems by Same communication band(300KHz), jamming signal(JSR) 10∼20dB, user data-rate 300bps. In the result, the performance of DS and FH systems in multiuser and Rayleigh fading environment is improved performance when adopting MRC diversity techniques. Especially DS system has been improved performance about 9.5 times than FH system when adopting MRC diversity techniques.

In this paper, the new multi-beamforming is proposed for Multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) Multicarrier-Code division multiple access(MC-CDMA) systems to overcome the decrease of performance due to multiuser interference and multiple-antenna interference. Installing the number of multi-beamformer which is equal to the number of multi-transmitter antennas and exploiting the proposed approach at the receiver of MIMO MC-CDMA, the multi-beams are formed toward each multi-antenna of desired user and null beam are formed to other interference. Therefore, the performance of MIMO MC-CDMA system is improved as removing the interference signal. BER performance improvement is investigated through computer simulation by the proposed approach to MIMO MC-CDMA system.
