This paper considers the test of money and income causality. Jeong (1991, 2003) developed a nonparametric causality test based on the kernel estimation method. We apply the nonparametric test to USA data of money and income. We also compare the test results with ones of the conventional parametric test.

The paper aims to investigate the impact of the gap between domestic and international gold price on money demand in Vietnam, an emerging economy in the Asian region. We use a quarterly database collected from the first quarter of 2004 to the fourth quarter of 2016. The time-series database includes 52 observations. The money demand is represented by M2; Domestic income is the Gross domestic product at the constant prices of 1994; Inflation rate is calculated by the Customer Price Index from the General Statistics Office of Vietnam. The result confirms the existence of a long-term cointegration relationship between the money demand and the gap between domestic and international gold price as well as some variables including domestic income, inflation, and real exchange rate. The regression results also show that the gap between domestic and international gold price has a positive impact on money demand in the Vietnamese economy. Besides, the domestic income and international gold price have positive impacts on money demand while the inflation and real exchange rate are negatively related in the long run. This proves that the gap between the domestic and international gold price really has a positive impact on money demand in Vietnam during the study period.
The purposes of this study were to identify money altitudes of college students and to examine both socio-economic characteristics and clothing purchase behaviors by different money attitudes. For this study, guestionnaires completed by 2-year and 4-year college students (n=426) were analyzed by factor analysis, cluster analysis, X²- test, and ANOVA. The results of this study were as follows: First, the money attitudes were composed of five factors and they were categorized by three clusters: cluster of considering the money as a tool for future safety, a way of approval and filling up emotions, and inclination toward stinginess and distrust. Second, the factors which were associated with money attitudes were academic level, education level of parents, household income, students' own income, and the economic level of their households. Third, in each type of attitudes, the clothing purchase behavior had four steps of decision making: problem recognition, information search, evaluation of alternatives, and the purchase. There were significant differences in the clothing purchase behavior among the money attitude styles.

The study intends to investigate a short-run and a long-run causality among money, income, and prices in the Keynesian and Monetarists framework. This study emphasizes the importance of unrecorded money, which exists alongside legal monetary assets and plays a dual function in determining economic prosperity. The underground economy, which is a hidden component of aggregate economic activity, is determined using Tanzi's monetary approach (Tanzi, 1980). This research uses a time series of annual data from 1990 to 2019 for this purpose. The data is extracted from the World Bank database for the monetary and development indicators. The study keeping in view the trending nature in data follows a unit root testing followed by the Autoregressive Distributive Lag Model (ARDL) to assess the long and short-run dynamics of causality among the variables. In both the pricing and income equations, the study finds a significant level link among the variables; however, there is no evidence of the presence of a level association in the money equation. The short-run causal relationship provides evidence of bi-directional causation between the supply of money and national income. The outcome of this study advise that though the view point of both the Monetarist and Keynesian school holds in both short and long run, however, in Pakistan only the Monetarists' role of money supply and income holds in Pakistan. This evidence would be of precise interest to the policy-makers.

They perceived the spending in time-saving consumption items, child-rearing consumption items, and personal consumption items to be decreased, if they were not working. Their work was helpful in saving, insurance and investment, debt payment, money for old life, money for housing, money for emergency. About $69\%$ of working married women perceived their income contribution to their household income as being high.

Research design, data, and methodology - Quantitative research is applied in this study, and data are collected by using cross sectional approach. Survey questionnaires are obtained from 270 respondents, which represents 79% response rate. The multiple regressions are used to examine the influence of attitude towards money, financial capability and debt management towards financial wellbeing. Results - The result of the multiple regression indicated positive influences of attitude towards money and financial capability on financial wellbeing. However, debt management found no significant influence on financial wellbeing. Conclusions - Research findings show that people have different attitudes towards money and different trends of expenditure. It is also crucial to be highlighted that employees' attitude and financial capability have a greater influence on overall satisfaction with employees' financial wellbeing. Some would want to show off their luxury items they bought to close friends or relatives and some are very prudent in making expenditures even for necessity items.

This study aims to investigate the Effect of Money Rush on Entrepreneurial Opportunity Recognition for college students in Busan and Gyeongnam area. We also examine whether Entrepreneurship has a mediating effect between Money Rush and Entrepreneurial Opportunity Recognition. Since the outbreak of COVID-19, digital transformation of the industry have greatly changed the world of work, and job insecurity is becoming more prevalent. As income inequality expands due to the disparity in asset income, the Money Rush phenomenon, which prefers to increase asset income through investment rather than earned income, is becoming common. Money Rush secures an income pipeline and is divided into side hustles and investments that actively utilize Leverage to maximize profits. The findings of this study confirm that Money Rush has a positive effect on Entrepreneurial Opportunity Recognition and a partially positive effect on Entrepreneurship. Entrepreneurship has a partial mediating effect between Money Rush and Entrepreneurial Opportunity Recognition. The study analysis is expected to contribute to strengthening college students' competencies in Entrepreneurial Opportunity Recognition and presenting the policy and practical directions necessary to promote Start-up.

This study investigated the effect of the money resource on the resource use behaviors of undergraduate students. The aim of the study was the examination of the relationship between undergraduate income and clothes-purchasing behavior. A total of 415 undergraduates residing in Gwangju City and Chonnam Province were interviewed by means of a questionnaire. SPSS 12.0 software was used for statistical analysis. Cronbach's $\alpha$, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Duncan's multiple range analysis and chi-square analysis were all conducted to acquire the results. The main results of this study are as follows. First, the average undergraduate income average was relatively high. Second, the motive for clothing purchases by undergraduates was to buy clothes similar to those which they already had. The undergraduates acquired their purchasing information from past experiences of buying clothes and considered design, quality and color when choosing their clothing. They purchased their clothes at retail stores and on average bought clothes about once a month. Although theaverage monthly expenditure on clothes was over 100,000 won, in general, the undergraduates spent between 50,000 and 100,000 won a month. They mainly paid cash when they purchased their clothes. Third, by analyzing the income, clothes-purchasing behavior, and clothes purchasing frequency of undergraduates, significant statistical differences in average monthly clothes expenditure and payment methods were detected. The results of the study can be used to understand the patterns of undergraduate money resource usage behaviors and can be utilized as an educational resource at home and within educational institutions.
