실험결과와 예측식을 통한 고강도 고성능 콘크리트의 크리프 및 건조수축 특성파악 (Creep and shrinkage properties using concrete test results and prediction models for high strength and high performance concrete)

  • 최근 국내에서는 철근콘크리트 초고층 건물이 계획 또는 시공 중에 있다. 콘크리트가 가지는 시간의존적인 재료특성인 크리프 및 건조수축 특성파악이 초고층 건물 시공에서 이슈화 되고 있는 부등축소량 해결의 출발점이 되고 있다. 본 연구는 잠실 제2롯데월드의 부등축소량 해결을 위한 사전단계인 재료연구를 포함하고 있으며 당사 프로젝트 코어부 콘크리트 배합 50, 60, 70MPa에 대한 재료연구의 첫 번째 단계로 진행 중인 콘크리트 테스트 프로그램의 결과 값과 예측 모델식에 의한 결과 값을 전체 건조수축 변형과 단위 응력당전체 크리프 변형(Compliance)에 근거한 분석이 이루어졌으며 사용된 예측 모델식은 ACI209R Model,Ba${\check{z}}$ant-Baweja B3 Model, CEB MC99 Model, 및 GL2000 Model등과 같다. 그리고 사전설계 단계에서 재료실험 없이 콘크리트의 크리프 및 건조수축 특성을 간단히 파악하는 데 도움이 될 수 있도록고성능 고강도 콘크리트에 대한 적절한 예측 모델식을 제안하고자 하였다.

  • Viscoplastic deformation and sheet forming behavior of multicomponent Zr-based bulk metallic glass alloy has been investigated. From a series of mechanical test results, basic processing maps based on Dynamic Materials Model have been constructed to establish feasible forming conditions. Stamping in laboratory scale was then performed at the various stroke speeds and temperatures using a hydraulic press. Failure in macroscopic level was examined to check the validity of constructed processing maps.

  • KESCO performed periodical inspection every 1${\sim}$3 years to check the status of maintenance and performance of electric installations for general use (less than 600V in voltage and 75kW in capacity in residential homes) but recently a resident have been avoiding periodical check due to increase of sex crime and empty house, which more and more difficult to secure electrical safety of installation. In order to solve non-inspection problems and improve efficiency of inspection, this paper introduce the model of remote monitoring system that check electrical facilites for general use and we are developing remote monitoring device for reliability test.

LCT에서 선박용 상호반전 프로펠러 상호작용 특성의 시험적 연구 (Experimental Study of the Interaction Characteristics for a Marine CRP in LCT)

  • In order to develop test and performance analysis techniques for a CRP propulsion, a CRP dynamometer which can be installed inside the model ship was designed and manufactured. The object ship was the 16000TEU container carrier, which has test results for the single propeller. The design concept of the present CRP is that forward & after propellers have the same power ratio and their RPM ratio is 0.75:1. To begin with, we checked the performance of the CRP dynamometer through the calibration and then installed it inside the model ship. After the model ship setup including the design CRP and the rudder in the Large Cavitation Tunnel(LCT), a series of model tests composed of power ratio check, propeller behind wake(PBW) test, cavitation observation and pressure fluctuation tests was conducted. Through the model test and data analysis for CRP, the experimental technique was established and the improved method for CRP design was suggested.

Numerical simulation of unsteady galloping of two-dimensional iced transmission line with comparison to conventional quasi-steady analysis

  • Most of the previous works on numerical analysis of galloping of transmission lines are generally based on the quasisteady theory. However, some wind tunnel tests of the rectangular section or hangers of suspension bridges have shown that the galloping phenomenon has a strong unsteady characteristic and the test results are quite different from the quasi-steady calculation results. Therefore, it is necessary to check the applicability of the quasi-static theory in galloping analysis of the ice-covered transmission line. Although some limited unsteady simulation researches have been conducted on the variation of parameters such as aerodynamic damping, aerodynamic coefficients with wind speed or wind attack angle, there is a need to investigate the numerical simulation of unsteady galloping of two-dimensional iced transmission line with comparison to wind tunnel test results. In this paper, it is proposed to conduct a two dimensional (2-D) unsteady numerical analysis of ice-covered transmission line galloping. First, wind tunnel tests of a typical crescent-shapes iced conductor are conducted firstly to check the subsequent quasisteady and unsteady numerical analysis results. Then, a numerical simulation model consistent with the aeroelastic model in the wind tunnel test is established. The weak coupling methodology is used to consider the fluid-structure interaction in investigating a two-dimension numerical simulation of unsteady galloping of the iced conductor. First, the flow field is simulated to obtain the pressure and velocity distribution of the flow field. The fluid action on the iced conduct at the coupling interface is treated as an external load to the conductor. Then, the movement of the conduct is analyzed separately. The software ANSYS FLUENT is employed and redeveloped to numerically analyze the model responses based on fluid-structure interaction theory. The numerical simulation results of unsteady galloping of the iced conduct are compared with the measured responses of wind tunnel tests and the numerical results by the conventional quasi-steady theory, respectively.

초기 계획 단계에서 선박조종성능 해석에 대한 정도향상 연구 (Improvement of Analysis of the Ship's Maneuverability at Early Design Stage)

  • In this paper, we studied to improve Inoue's[1] and Kijima's[2] model used to predict ship's manoeuvrability in initial design stage. To perform this work, we had PMM(Planar Motion Mechanism) test and rudder open water test for 12 Models of low-speed blunt-ship which have horn type rudder and bulb in afterbody. Using MMG(Mathematical Modelling Group) model, we analyzed hydrodynamic and MMG experimetnal coefficidnts used to search sensitivities and to estimate ship's manoeuvrability, adn the results are performed by the regression analysis of principle parameters. We varified them to analyze ship's manoeubbrability , had simulate manoeubrability to check revised MMG model and compared them wiht Inoue's method. the result of PMM test and sea trial. Then it is found that the revised method can predict the maneuverability more accurately even for an unstable ship.

콘크리트의 기건단위질량을 고려한 콘크리트 압축강도의 크기효과 (Size Effect of Concrete Compressive Strength Considering Dried Unit Weight of Concrete)

  • 현재까지 발표된 크기효과법칙은 보통중량 콘크리트에 기반하고 있어 파괴특성이 다른 경량골재 콘크리트에서는 그 활용성이 의문시되고 있다. 따라서 이 연구에서는 콘크리트의 기건단위질량이 압축강도의 크기효과에 미치는 영향을 예측할 수 있는 모델을 개발하고 기존 연구결과들을 모아 데이터베이스화하였다. 그리고 비선형 파괴역학에 근거한 Ba${\check{z}}$ant와 Kim and Eo의 예측모델 및 이 연구에서 제안한 식에 대한 실험상수들을 결정한 후, 상호 비교 분석하였다. 그 결과, 콘크리트의 기건단위질량을 고려한 본 연구의 예측모델이 Ba${\check{z}}$ant와 Kim and Eo의 예측모델보다 경량골재 콘크리트에 대한 실험결과를 더 잘 예측하고 있음을 알 수 있었다.

수중폭발충격에 대한 수중음향 트랜스듀서의 내충격 특성 해석 (Analysis for Anti-shock Characteristics of Underwater Acoustic Transducers to the Explosive Shock)

  • Underwater acoustic transducers can be exposed to a underwater explosive shock caused by various types of underwater weapon. So, a robust anti-shock design is required for transducers to endure the underwater explosive shock. To check the anti-shock characteristics of a transducer, underwater explosive shock test is needed. The conditions of underwater explosive shock test are set up referring to various oversea explosive shock test specifications, and the explosive shock pressure values are calculated according to those conditions. Transient analyses art: carried out for two kinds of underwater acoustic transducer model to verify the anti-shock characteristics. The applied model has robust anti-shock characteristics enough to endure the explosive shock up to 2300 psi. In the future, the transducer design should be certified through the fields test, and modified if needed.

가속수명시험을 이용한 쇼트피닝가공 알루미늄 합금의 신뢰성 평가에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Reliability Evaluation of Shot Peened Aluminium Alloy Using Accelerated Life Test)

  • In this paper, the concept of accelerated life test, which is a popular research field nowadays, is applied to the shot peened material. To predict the efficient and exact room temperature fatigue characteristics from the high temperature fatigue data, the adequate accelerated model is investigated. Ono type rotary bending fatigue tester and high temperature chamber were used for the experiment. Room temperature fatigue lives were predicted by applying accelerated models and doing reliability evaluation. Room temperature fatigue tests were accomplished to check the effectiveness of predicted data and the adequate accelerated life test models were presented by considering errors. Experimental result using Arrhenius model, fatigue limit obtain almost 5.45% of error, inverse power law has about 1.36% of error, so we found that inverse power law is applied well to temperature-life relative of shot peened material.

  • The seismic response tests of a spent fuel dry storage cask model of 1/8 scale are performed for an typical 1940 Elcentro earthquake. This paper focuses on the seismic response test data generation to check the overturing possibility of a storage cask and the slipping displacement on concrete slab bed. A simplified cask model is used to take into account the variations in seismic load magnitude and cask/bed interface friction. The test results show that the model gives an overturning response for an extreme condition.
