In recent years The importance of information security management for securing information collection and analysis, production and distribution is increasing. Companies are assured of confidence in information security through authentication of information Security Management System. However, level assessment and use of domains that make up the management system is limited. On the other hand, the security maturity model is able to diagnose the level of information protection of the enterprise step by step. It is also possible to judge the area to be improved urgently. It is a tool to support goal setting according to the characteristics and level of company. In this paper, C2M2, which is an example of security maturity model, is compared and analyzed with Korea Information Security Management System certification. Benchmark the model to check the level of information security management and derive the priority among the items that constitute the detailed area of information security measures of ISMS certification. It also look at ways to check the level of information security management step by step.

Objectives: The purpose of this study is to identify the general characteristics of manufacturing workplaces and the characteristics of safety and health organizations, and to determine the impact of safety and health-related communication within these organizations mediated by supervisory safety and health management personnel. Methods: This study is based on the Korea Occupational Safety and Health Agency's 2018 Occupational Safety and Health data targeting 1,486 manufacturing sites. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test and ANOVA, and mediator variable regression analysis using SPSS 25.0. Results: The average score on communication levels related to safety and health was 11.20 out of 15. The average score of the safety and health management level was 31.04 out of 40. As a result of mediation regression analysis, it was found that safety and health-related communication had an effect on the safety and health management level (𝛽=0.434), and the number of safety and health supervisors was found to mediate the effect of this variable (𝛽=0.069). Conclusions: The level of safety and health-related communication affects the level of health and safety management, and the number of supervisors mediates this influence. Therefore, the role of the supervisor is important in safety and health communication. It is expected that the level of safety and health management can be improved through management and supervisors.

In this paper, we propose new methods which is to determine level of noise factor. Even Taguchi give level of noise factor which is best(or maximum) and worst(or minimum) condition, we give level of noise factor which is representative value by observing noise factor frequency. Sometimes level of noise factor is given one, two and three. We know this method is more fit in real fields.

The purpose of this study is to explore the effect of cognitive Presence on Flow according to the level of interest among the most important factors that have an effect on academic achievement. This study targeted 162 people who took the teaching course of B University. For the study, data were collected through a survey on the level of interest, cognitive Presence, and Flow. In order to verify how cognitive presence affects flow according to the level of interest, multiple regression analysis was performed by dividing the collected data into low and high groups based on the average of the level of interest. As a result, the level of learning management of cognitive presence was .071 in the high level of interest, and the level of learning management was .143 in the low group of interest level. As a result of this, the effect of the level of learning management of cognitive presence on flow according to the level of interest was confirmed. Through the results of this study, a instructional design strategy that can be flow was suggested through supporting cognitive presence according to the level of interest.

After scrutinizing the actual conditions of labor participation in management decision makings through analysing the collective agreements and the regulations of labor-management committee at the affiliated companies of Korea's top-five Chaebols, we could get some conclusions as follows. First, because the labor participation in management decision makings is in very inactive situations at the long-term management strategy level and the workplace practice level of industrial relations, both parties of the industrial relations in those companies surveyed show the serious lack of abilities to tackle the new and rapidly changing business environments as nowadays actively and cooperatively. Second, we could find the fact that in the surveyed companies the device of collective bargaining was used more commonly at the collective bargaining level of industrial relations and the device of labor-management committee was often used relatively at the long-term management strategy level and the workplace practice level. Third, we could conclude that the separating type of the labor-management committee which was able to keep a safe distance from the more antagonistic device, the collective bargaining, was much more efficient device of the labor participation in management decision makings.

Recently, construction projects have emerged in the form of program management, which is complicated by the large-scale of construction, and requires astronomical construction costs. In particular, projects that absolutely require management at the program level, such as large-scale construction projects, require overall control of the planned schedule and cost as a set of various projects, including infrastructure. But in Korea, there is no specific management standard for delays in construction. In order to avoid the risk of cost increase and project delay in the program-level construction project, it is necessary to apply more systematic management standards to prevent delay and to take a more preemptive response in the construction process. Therefore, in this study, a delay management index (DMI) was developed to successfully carry out large-scale construction projects at the program level and prevent delays in advance. In addition, case studies were conducted for large-scale construction projects, and a delay prevention system was established for program-level construction projects.

There have been a lot of researches about KM(knowledge management) in domestic and foreign countries since 1990. Especially, there have been a lot of researches about enabler of KM, knowledge asset etc. but these are insufficient researches about performance measure of knowledge management considering maturity of KM. In addition, performance measure and maturity considering enabler to manage successful knowledge as well as knowledge asset which can be the following result are not the sufficient situation. Therefore, this study makes developmental levels of the inside and outside of the corporate by observing previous studies about the maturity of knowledge management and classifies enabler of knowledge management and measure item about knowledge asset by level, considering the features of each developmental level. And it is designed to propose maturity measure methods considering maturity level of actual knowledge management item by drawing indicator to measure classified items.

IEC 60300 series, the international standards on reliability management system are newly developed and introduced rapidly worldwide. In order to meet this fast-changing situation, it is necessary to apply them to the Korean industries effectively. It includes the establishment of the infrastructure such as documentation of Korean Standards, introduction of test equipments and test manuals, accreditation of the certification bodies and training of the specialists etc. IEC 60300 is upgraded management system of the ISO 9000 and ISO 14000. In this regard, the Korean companies which were certified with the ISO 9000 or 14000 should endeavor to find new strategies and methods to be certified with IEC 60300. This paper introduces a Quantitative method of estimating the level of the reliability management system by applying the MIR(Maturity Index on Reliability) technique. This enables the estimation of the operation level of the system and can upgrade the maturity level of it.

Egyptian construction firms (ECF) started recently to adopt quality management system (QMS) as a way to develop and improve their performance as previous studies have shown. However, considering all the firm's aspects in a competitive way is a crucial process for the ECF's culture. This research is trying to indicate the role of the QMS implementation in measuring performance (MP) through developing a model for measuring performance at the organizational level, and to explore its impact on the organizations that adopt QMS. This model is based on specific elements and their related indicators which have been derived from national approaches and models of MP. This model determines the performance level (PL) of the organization that is measured by means of a point system. Weights of the elements in the point system considered both the elements' importance in the international models and its real practice in the ECFs. This model has been validated using another questionnaire and the majority of surveyed experts agreed that the proposed model can be applied effectively.
