This research was conducted to find out about the effects of a perceived usefulness and a perceived ease of use on the viewer's attitude and their intention to use of the Terrestrial UHD Broadcasting. The survey was conducted with 191 respondents while innovativeness, relative advantage, active engagement, accessibility and affinity were considered as the external variables for this research. As the result shows, the external variables that affect the perceived usefulness are affinity, relative advantage, and innovativeness. However, it was confirmed that the accessibility has no major effect on the perceived usefulness. Among the external variables, the innovativeness has the highest level of effectiveness on the perceived usefulness of UHD broadcasting. Relative advantage, active engagement, and affinity were followed in orderly fashion. Especially, the perceived ease of use on UHD broadcasting has a major effect on the perceived usefulness. Also, the perceived usefulness affects the viewers' attitude and their intention to use. And the research verified that there is no correlation between the perceived ease of use vs. attitude and between attitude vs. intention to use. Therefore, we can safely say that the perceived usefulness of UHD broadcasting has main effects on viewers' attitude and their intention to use of UHD broadcasting.

The Social Economy including social enterprise is solving various social problems of our society by innovative business Nevertheless, social economic companies have limited investment ingrowth due to insufficient capital. There are various attempts to solve the limit of capital investment by social finance. Social iImpact bonds that introduced performance-based compensation into financial system is recognized as a new means of procuring that capital lacks. 89 social impact bonds were issued in 19 countries around the world. )f the 22 social impact bonds reporting performance, 21 bonds report positive performance. The twelve bonds paid incentives to investors. It can be said that the government provides incentives to review the issuance of social impact bonds at the government level, which is difficult to expand the social welfare budget. This study confirmed the performance of the social impact bonds and confirmed the possibility of introducing it in korea. There is a limit to continuously increasing the government's social expenditure to meet demand. Therefore, in order to support the growth of social economy based on private investment, the issuing of social impact bonds should create a virtuous circle of social financial market.

Several game developers or publishers adopt open innovation strategies to reduce R&D costs and increase user loyalty about their games. User communities play an important role in increasing users' interests in the game because they can share game information and skills in user communities. In this regard, this study explored key antecedents of game user participation intention in user community. We developed a research model by integrating perceived risk into theory of planned action. The theoretical model was tested by using survey data collected from 110 "Suddenattack" game users. Partial least squares (PLS) was utilized to analysis the research model. The findings of this study indicate that both perceived usefulness and perceived enjoyment play an important role in forming attitude toward community. However, contrast to our expectations, perceived risk has no signifiant effect on perceived usefulness, perceived enjoyment, attitude toward community and participation intention. While attention toward community significantly influences community participation intention, social norms are not significantly related to it. The analysis results help game developers or publishers establish effective strategies and policies to increase user participation intention in user community.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of CELL curriculum participation on learning flow, learning motivation, academic self-efficacy, and self-directed learning ability. To this end, in the first semester of 2020, 386 students from K University conducted a pre-post survey and analyzed using SPSS. The main research results are as follows. First, participation in the CELL curriculum showed statistically significant improvement in the student's learning flow, learning motivation, academic self-efficacy, and self-directed learning ability. Second, the analysis by gender showed significant improvement in learning flow, academic self-efficacy, and self-directed learning ability only for female students. Third, in the analysis by grade level, the sophomore showed significant improvement in learning flow and self-directed learning ability, the junior in all variables, and the senior in academic self-efficacy and self-directed learning ability. Fourth, participation impressions and improvements were summarized through interviews of participating students. This study is significant in that it examines the effectiveness of the CELL curriculum and suggests practical measures for systematic operation and support.

The KBO League is held over a long period of time due to the large number of games. Also, Korea has a diverse and distinct climate. Therefore, this study analyzed the relationship between the daily average temperature and the record of batting power such as home runs, triples, doubles, number of bases, batting percentage, and net batting percentage, and a third baseball record was defined. For this study, the correlation between the daily average temperature data and the batter who entered the standard at-bat in the KBO League in 2019 was analyzed through the SEMMA method. From the results of this study, it was found that the average daily temperature had an effect on a batter's hitting power. In particular, it was found that a batter's hitting power decreased on the day of temperatures recorded between 20.0 degrees and 24.9 degrees, and it was discussed that this may have been related to the physical condition of the pitcher the batter was facing. Therefore, it can be expected that players, coaching staff, and the front desk can use them in the game through conditions outside the game. In addition, it is expected that it will be a more useful analysis model by analyzing the records of pitching, base running, and defense as well as subsequent batting records.

In this paper, we proposed a parametric estimation method for estimating H/W cost by using the development data of professional service robot in Korea. In addition, we derived the factors and weights that we can estimate the costs depending on the application environmental conditions of the robot. For the analysis, we developed the equation of professional service robot cost estimation using parametric method. We also derived the adjustment factors and following weights through FGI and Delphi for environmental conditions. We have developed a cost estimation equation that reflects the weight, volume, and manufacturing difficulty, and can derive a relational equation that reflects the environmental factors(dust/water, heat/cold, safety, test, technology innovation). This provides an objective basis for estimating the cost of professional service robots and will lead to ongoing research for estimating the H/W development cost of professional service robots. In the future, we will increase reliability by collecting abundant data, and will strengthen models through finding functional factors.

Patents are the sources reflecting technology development by research and development(R&D) as well as the tools to secure economic benefits in the market, so using patent information is crucial for decision making processes in formulating technology development strategies. Intellectual property(IP) portfolios including a set of patents related to products and individual technologies are the basic unit that has the economic meaning in making national policies and technology strategies. Therefore, this research develops a total of 69 measures to identify the collective characteristics for IP portfolios("characteristics index"), by incorporating the patent indexes that have been widely used and the patent indexes that developed recently, and applying the concepts to patent analysis that have been used in interdisciplinary studies including economics and library and information science. The results of this research produced a characteristics index manual which helps experts to identify characteristics of technological innovation systems from various dimensions. We expect that the characteristics indexes can be used as a supportive tool for comparative analysis among IP portfolios in the technology policy making process.

The purpose of this study is to analyze drum performance techniques, focusing on the representative artists of funk music, who had a revival starting in the 1970s. The purpose of this study is to analyze the creativity shown in David Garibaldi's playing technique, which had a great influence on drum majors with his funk drum playing technique. As a research method, 'James Brown', 'Earth, Wind & Fire' and 'Tower of Power' with David Garibaldi as drummer were selected as representative bands. For the study period, the drum performance was examined by selecting two representative songs from among the songs released between 1965 and 1975, when the development of the corresponding funk music began. David Garibaldi's creative performance in this study is as follows. First, we tried to create a new rhythm in the form of changing the beat or resting the beat out of the frame of contemporary drum performance. Second, the 'Paradiddle', 'Accent', and 'Swiss Army triplet' rudiment techniques were applied to the entire drum kit, bringing innovation to the rhythm. Third, the samba pattern of Latin rhythm and the form of 'Afro-Cuban' were grafted onto funk music. Fourth, the idea of Unison Rhythm obtained from the structure of Latin music was applied to funk music. Based on this study, it is hoped that research on drum performance techniques of various genres will be conducted.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of the strategic role of the human resources department in the manufacturing industry on organizational effectiveness through education and training satisfaction. Among the data from the 7th human capital company panel survey, data from the manufacturing industry were used and analyzed through a structural equation model. The results of this study are as follows: First, the strategic role of the HR department has a positive effect on satisfaction with education and training. Second, satisfaction with education and training and the strategic role of HR departments have a positive effect on job satisfaction among organizational effectiveness. Third, it was confirmed that education and training satisfaction has a mediating effect on the relationship between the HR department's strategic role and job satisfaction. The results of this study are expected to become the basis for expanding the authority and responsibilities of the HR department, which is an important factor in overcoming the crisis faced by SMEs as well as innovation, and redefining their role.

According to the equity home bias theory, foreign investors are considered to have less information than native investors. However, as the economy becomes liberalized and overseas economic innovation has a great influence on the local economy, it is possible for foreign investors to invest as informed traders. This study analyzes whether information on trade amount by nationality has specific characteristics. The findings are summarized as follows. First, the increase in trading by foreign investors has negative effects on stock returns. There is no significant difference in these negative effects by nationality. This means that foreign investors show strong herd behavior regardless of nationality. Second, foreigners' investment activities increase stock price volatility, but the impact is not significant. Third, the behavior of foreign investors is still positive feedback. However, there are signs that positive feedback behavior may be changing, especially for funds from the United States and the Cayman Islands. Finally, tax haven zone funds have different investment strategies than other foreign investors. However, Cayman Islands funds, which are estimated to be closely related to Korea, are different from Luxembourg and Ireland funds. These findings undermine the fundamentals of the equity home bias theory.
