The purpose of this study is to develop indicators to establishing the education system, focusing the curriculum in each department of H University for quality management of the curriculum. The indicator was developed based on previous studies and cases studies of other universities, and the validation of them was confirmed by the Delphi survey method. The Delphi surveys were conducted by two times, and 16 and 15 people participated for the first and second survey, respectively. We derived the following major results through developing the indicator. First, in order to conduct an education inspection of major courses, , , , , and are required. Second, the checking factors should be evaluated based on the contents in each stage, and can be regarded as a core activity in the curriculum. Accordingly, the checking factors becomes the basis for the establishment of the indicator to establishing the education system, and the indicator can be an expression method that represents the basis data for determining the factors to be evaluated.

Purpose of study: The purpose of this study is to develop a major education system to realize the identity of a Christian university. Research content and method: For the study, I searched for previous studies and found studies that developed the capabilities of Christian universities. and through prior research, a content system was created to educate the identity of a Christian university. The content system was created in low-medium-high stages. The content system consists of achievement standards according to stages. First, 24 achievement standards were organized for the low stage, 31 achievement standards for the medium stage, and 33 achievement standards for the high stage. and this study developed a curriculum operation model that can operate the content system. The curriculum operation model was composed of a major curriculum, mentor curriculum, general education curriculum, and non-curricular curriculum using the 4C/ID model. Conclusions and Suggestions: This study developed a major education system by developing a content system and a major curriculum operation model that can embody the identity of a Christian university. Through this, it is expected that a practical major curriculum that can embody the identity of a Christian university can be operated.

In the upcoming super-aged society, it is predicted that the increasing role and duties of dental hygienists will be required in the healthcare and welfare industry. There are the dual major education system in 4-year curriculum of dental hygienist training institute in Japan. Systemically, Japan has established the social services by lnking healthcare and Social welfare sevices. The purpose of this paper is surveying on the trend of achievable licences for Japanese dental hygienist and operating the pleural major education system. Therefore, in order to introduce the pleural major education system in Korea, three implications are suggested. We developed a remote control system for the 16" reflecting telescope at KNUO (Kongiu National University Observatory). This system is a close loop system. The electronic control part used TCS-196 of the Korea Astronomy Observatory, the mechanical part was developed directly in this research. The pointing accuracy of this system was ${\pm}$50" in the hour angle direction, ${\pm}$40" in the declination direction after mount modeling. The tracking accuracy was about 1"/min. This pilot test result means that this system is suitable for research or education of astronomical fields.

The purpose of this study was to develop instructional programs for 10th graders to facilitate their creative thinking abilities and understanding concerning the scale of the Solar System. The programs were based on four major themes and composed of eight lessons which dealt with the relative scale of the Solar System. The programs were applied to 155 students at G high school in Gumi City. The results showed that the programs were helpful to students in that they facilitated easier understanding of the relative sizes of planets within the solar system as well as creative thinking abilities including divergent thinking and convergent thinking.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of social support of students majoring in physical education on their major satisfaction and intention to continue learning, and to prevent dropout of students majoring in physical education in the credit banking system and to find effective management methods. The research tools were verified by confirmatory factor analysis, concentration validity, discriminant validity, average variance extraction (AVE), concept reliability, and Cronbach's coefficient for validity and reliability verification of the research tools. The data processing method was conducted by using IBM SPSS Statistics 21 and IBM AMOS 21 to verify reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and structural equation model (SEM) through frequency analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, concentration validity, discriminant validity, Cronbach's coefficient calculation. The results are as follows. First, the study model was tested and the criteria were met for verifying the suitability of the relationship between social support, major satisfaction and learning persistence intention of the professors majoring in physical education in credit banking system. Second, as a result of the verification of Hypothesis 1, the social support of the professor of the physical education major in the credit banking system has a significant effect on the major satisfaction. The results of the verification of Hypothesis 2 showed that the social support of the professor of the physical education major in the credit banking system affects on the learning persistence. As a result of the verification of Hypothesis 3, it has been shown that major satisfaction has a significant effect on the learning persistence.

This study aims to analyze the differences in major satisfaction among college students by gender and university type(public, private), and what are the college education service factors that affect major satisfaction. Using data from the Korean Children & Youth Panel Survey, a total of 1,220 students' data were analyzed using SPSS 23, and descriptive statistics, t-test, and multiple regression analysis were performed. As a result of the study, first, there was no significant difference in major satisfaction by gender or university type. Second, it was found that the service factors of university education had a significant influence on major satisfaction in the order of curriculum, educational content, student support system, and faculty and educational facilities had no significant effect on major satisfaction. Through this, in order to increase major satisfaction of college students, which is the competitiveness of the university, it is necessary to reorganize the curriculum and educational contents to improvement the quality of education and develop competence based on the needs of society and students.

This paper will examine the service quality of online education on service value, learning immersion, major satisfaction. The result structural equation model show that service quality of online education had a positive impact on service value. Marine casualties and environmental pollution have increased recently. Especially, the rate of incident of Coastal tankers is higher, but the assessment tool for safety management system is lack in this fields. However Oil Major Vetting System being professional assessment tool for tanker is widely applied in ocean going tanker by the worldwide Oil Majors. According to the analysis of the marine tankers' incidents which applied Oil Major Vetting System, the incidents were reduced rapidly for recent about 5 years. Using Oil Major Vetting System is helped to improve safety management and to prevent marine incidents. Therefore if applying a parts of the Oil Major Vetting Systems to the coastal tankers' Safety Management System, the Coastal tankers incidents would be reduced and improved gradually.
