This research is according to the a future-oriented strategy, low-carbon green growth, and it is a basic research for dissemination of rural housing standard plan. Through the survey of plans use, we look at ways to rural housing standard plan use and then needed to establish measures for this. Looking at the type of used plans, we can find several points. One of them, 19 kinds of rural housing standard plans were used among the 61 total cases. Almost all change the plan, the reasons is different for the condition of the land, such as site conditions, family members, personal preferences, house color or material. A few cases have been constructed as rural housing standard plans, but rural housing standard plans are important data for the rural resident to determine plans, and it has an important role in the rural housing design process. Common features of the many rural houses is concrete structure, two stories, and construction period is two to three months. Land area is $300m^2$ to $600m^2$, building area is $71m^2-110m^2$. Heating system is an oil boiler.

Taurine (2-ethaneaminosulfonic acid, $^+{NH}_3{CH_2}{CH_2}{SO_3^{-}}$) is endogenous amino acid with functions as modulator of osmoregulation, antioxidation, detoxification, transmembrane calcium transport, and a free radical scavenger in mammalian tissues. Taurine transporter(TAUT) contains 12 transmembrane helices, which are typical of the $Na^+$- and $Cl^-$-dependent transporter gene family, and has been cloned recently from several species and tissues. To analyze the expression of TAUT mRNA, one step RT-PCR was performed from human and mouse cultured cell lines and from various mouse tissues. The primers were designed to encode highly conserved amino acid sequences at the second transmembrane domain and at the fourth and fifth intracellular domains. RT-PCR analysis showed both of the human intestine HT-29 and mouse macrophage RAW264.7 cell lines expressed mRNA of TAUT. To define the expression patterns of the TAUT mRNA in the murine organs, RT-PCR was performed to detect cDNA representing TAUT mRNA from seven different mouse tissues. The TAUT was detected in all of the mouse tissues analyzed such as heart, lung, thymus, kidney, liver, spleen and brain. A large amount of transcript was fecund from heart, liver, spleen, kidney, and brain, while lung contained a very small amount of transcript.

DNA methylation at cytosines (5mC) is a major epigenetic modification involved in the regulation of multiple biological processes in mammals. How methylation is reversed was until recently poorly understood. The family of dioxygenases commonly known as Ten-eleven translocation (Tet) proteins are responsible for the oxidation of 5mC into three new forms, 5-hydroxymethylcytosine (5hmC), 5-formylcytosine (5fC) and 5-carboxylcytosine (5caC). Current models link Tet-mediated 5mC oxidation with active DNA demethylation. The higher oxidation products (5fC and 5caC) are recognized and excised by the DNA glycosylase TDG via the base excision repair pathway. Like DNA methyltransferases, Tet enzymes are important for embryonic development. We will examine the mechanism and biological significance of Tet-mediated 5mC oxidation in the context of pronuclear DNA demethylation in mouse early embryos. In contrast to its role in active demethylation in the germ cells and early embryo, a number of lines of evidence suggest that the intragenic 5hmC present in brain may act as a stable mark instead. This short review explores mechanistic aspects of TET oxidation activity, the impact Tet enzymes have on epigenome organization and their contribution to the regulation of early embryonic and neuronal development.

Taurine (2-aminoethanesulfonic acid, $^{+}NH_3CH_2CH_2{SO_3}^{-}$) is endogenous $\beta$-amino acid which is essential in fetal nutrition and development and is present in abundant quantities in several tissues of fetus. In utero, taurine deficiency causes abnormal development and abnormal function of brain, retina, kidney and myocardium. Thus, transfer of taurine into fetus is important during embryonic development. Taurine transporter (TauT) has 12 hydrophobic membrane -spanning domains, which is typical of the $Na^{+}$- and $Cl^{-}$-dependent transporter gene family. Among the various biosynthetic enzymes of taurine, cysteine sulfinic acid decarboxylase (CSD) is the rate-limiting enzyme for biosynthesis of taurine. However, the enzyme activities of taurine biosynthesis are limited in early stage of embryonic development. To analyze the expression period of TauT and CSD during embryonic development, we have investigated the gene expression of TauT and CSD using reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) in mouse and chicken embryos. RT-PCR anaylsis revealed that both TauT and CSD mRNAs were already expressed at Day-4.5 in mouse embryo. In chicken whole embryo, TauT and CSD mRNAs began to appear on developing times of 48 hrs and 12 hrs, respectively. TauT mRNA was detected in the organs of heart, brain and eye of the day-3 chicken embryo. Our data show that TauT and CSD mRNAs were expressed in early stage of embryonic development.

This study was aimed at providing valuable information that can help the government and the housing development staff deal with the problem with ‘Redevelopment Apartment Rehabilitation’ in Ulsan city.For the purpose of this study, questionaire are constructed with contents about socio-demography factors, housing factors. attitute forward reconstruction, and housing needs of respondents. questionaire were collected from 232 housewives living in old-aged and deteriorated apartment houses in Ulsan. Apartment houses of respondents are 5 floor. more than 100unit houses. and above 10 years old the living size of apartmet is less than 25 pyoung(82.5m2) per unit house and average living size is 16~20 Pyoung(52.8m2~66.Om2)/unit house. Average family size is 4-5 persons. and average income is about 1,200,000 Won(about $ 1,500) Per month. The major findings are as follows :First, they want the reconstruction of old-aged and deteriorated apartment house very positively.Second. they want high rise building, more lager parking lot. market. sports facility. and play yard for children. Third they want that size of unit house is 26~30 pyoung85.8m2~99.0m2). the number of room is 3~4, the number of bathroom is 1-2. and type of access is stair style.

Our goal is to establish and prove the almost sure central limit theorems for some order statistics $\{M_n^{(k)}\}$, $k=1,2,{\ldots}$, formed by stochastic processes ($X_1,X_2,{\ldots},X_n$), $n{\in}N$, the distributions of which are defined by certain Archimedean copulas. Some properties of generators of such the copulas are intensively used in our proofs. The first class of theorems stated and proved in the paper concerns sequences of ordinary maxima $\{M_n\}$, the second class of the presented results and proofs applies for sequences of the second largest maxima $\{M_n^{(2)}\}$ and the third (and the last) part of our investigations is devoted to the proofs of the almost sure central limit theorems for the k-th largest maxima $\{M_n^{(k)}\}$ in general. The assumptions imposed in the first two of the mentioned groups of claims significantly differ from the conditions used in the last - the most general - case.

Multiple endocrine neoplasia type 2 (MEN type 2, Sipple's syndrome) is a rare disorder characterized by the association of medullary carcinoma of the thyroid, parathyroid hyperplasia and can be diagonsed in early stage of the disease by meticulous screening tests of the family. This case report describes the location and categorization of tumors using $^{99m}Tc-pertechnetate,\;^{131}I-NaI,\;^{99m}Tc-pentavalent(V)$, DMSA $^{131}I-MIBG$ scans in two cases of MEN type 2 occurred in a 32-year old women and her 29-year old brother. In MEN type 2, we think, combined use of $^{99m}Tc-(V)-DMSA,\;^{99m}Tc-pertechnetate\;and\;^{131}I-MIBG$ may be useful for the categorization of tumor mass lesions and planning appropriate therapy.

본 연구에서는 압전 세라믹에서 탄성 표면파의 속도 측정에 대한 실험 방법을 제시한다. Oscilloscope와 Pulse Generator만으로 실시할 수 있으며 특히 feed-through에 의한 신호가 있는 경우에도 측정 가능한 방법이다. IDT응답이 Convolution 이론에 따르는 것에 주목하여 파가 진행한 거리를 정확히 산출하여 속도를 구할 수 있었다. 본 연구의 방법으로 측정한 결과 상온에서 $YZ-LiNbO_3$에 대하여 3,480m/sec를 구할 수 있었으며 feed-through가 큰 $PbTiO_3$계 압전 세라믹에 대해서는 2,770m/sec를 측정하였다.

The purpose of this study was to analyze inhibitory effects of anti-4-1BB monoclonal antibody on melanoma metastasis The 4-1BB (CD137) T cell molecule is a member of the TNF receptor family and its activation by either 4-1BB ligand or antibody induces T cell activation and growth. In the present study, administration of anti-4-1BB mAb induced inhibition of melanoma metastasis. Agonistic anti-4-1BB mAb induced not only CD$8^+$4-1BBT cells but also CD$8^+$IFN-${\gamma}$$^{+}$ T cell population. In the presence of anti-CD3 antibody, lymphocytes produced high levels of IFN-${\gamma}$ and low levels of IL-4 in anti-4-1BB mAb treated group. Exposure of melanoma cells to IFN-${\gamma}$ induced expression of MHC-I molecules. Thus, the increase in number of CD$8^+$T cells and enhanced MHC-I expression on B16F10 cells by augmented IFN-${\gamma}$ production in response to anti-4-1BB mAb may result in suppression of tumor growth and metastasis.s.
