군수지원 서비스에서 상호작용품질 인식에 대한 사례연구 : 정비기능을 중심으로 (A Case Study on the Perception of Interaction Quality in Military Logistics Support Service: Focused on Maintenance Function)

  • 전통적으로 군수지원체제 구축과 결과품질에 관심이 집중되는 환경 속에서도 군수현장에서는 상호작용 품질에 대한 사용부대의 니즈가 나타나기 시작했다. 군수 기능 중 보급, 정비, 급양부대가 제공하는 군수지원 서비스품질 차원 중에서 상호작용 품질이 사용부대의 만족에 더 큰 영향을 미친 것으로 나타났는데, 특히 정비기능의 상호작용 품질이 가장 영향력이 크게 나타났다. 설문조사를 통한 실증분석 결과와 현장 군수종사자의 인터뷰가 이를 잘 증명하고 있으며, 고객과 상호작용 활동이 두드러지는 정비 기능의 특성이 이를 뒷받침하고 있다. 또한 상대적으로 직무만족이 높은 정비부대 종사자가 제공하는 서비스가 사용부대의 만족을 향상시키는 결과를 가져왔다.

  • 본 연구는 물류서비스 품질과 파트너십의 장기지향성을 높이는데 수송의 역할이 중요하게 작용하고 있음을 검증하고 있다. 문헌고찰을 통해 도출한 수송의 역할 차원은 정보공유, 위험과 보상의 공유, 성과향상 노력 및 장기결속이다. 분석견과 이러한 수송의 역할 차원들은 물류서비스 품질 향상에 기영하고 있으며 유연성, 적시성, 상호작용성의 물류서비스 품질의 향상으로 인해 수송업자와의 파트너십을 장기적으로 유지하고자 하는 장기지향성이 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 공급사슬 내의 수송업자의 역할에 대한 심층적인 분석결과를 통해 볼 때, 향후 공급사슬 내의 파트너십에서 실질적인 수송의 기능을 적으로 고려해야 한다.

Impact of Informational Justice on Pharmaceutical Enterprises

  • Purpose: This paper addresses issues that concern business-to-business marketing, namely informational justice in the supply chain or organizations. As previously reported by other studies, there is information asymmetry in organizations. The present study explores and addresses this in the medical industry, aiming to investigate how informational justice relates to information quality or logistics performance in the medical industry. This study also suggests a method for development of informational justice in medicine-related fields. Design, methodology, approach: The hypothesis and model were developed through a review of the literature. To this end, we surveyed 293 valid survey samples collected from occupational pharmacists and used structural equation modelling for analysis. Findings: The results of the empirical analysis of the hypotheses showed that symmetric sharing of information between pharmacists and employees of pharmaceutical companies has a positive effect on the perceived quality. Moreover, the results showed that quality information has a positive impact on logistics performance, whereas informational justice does not. Conclusions, implications: If information and explanations are exchanged fairly, information and logistics performance-as well as operational expenses-will be enhanced. Furthermore, our study has immense implications outside of academic applications since it suggests practical solutions to government and medical industry employees.

A Study on the Development Strategy of Logistics System in E-Commerce in China

  • Purpose - Along with the rapid growth of the economics and IT industry, E-commerce appears as the next potential area of world economics. For this no-entity shops commerce style, logistics is crucial for the success of E-commerce. Research design, data and methodology - In this paper, Dangdang.com, the largest online marketplace in China, is studied and a conceptual model is present, to develop a practical way to develop the logistics system in E-commerce situation. Results - This research finds that following 4 factors are critical success factors for E-commerce logistics: 1) logistics centres are very important to control the inventory management; 2) keep good cooperation with third-party logistics (3PL) can guarantee good quality shipping service and also can reduce delivery costs; 3) build strong information system; 4) quick response system also needed for an efficient logistics system. When E-commerce firms are developing their logistics systems, they should pay more attention to these 4 critical success factors. Conclusions - In summary, successful 3PL management is vital for competing regionally and globally throughout the logistics value chain. We see information system as an enabler in logistics management to get the right products to the right place in the right quantity at the right time and to provide quality services to satisfy the customer's needs.

Improving Logistics Services of LSP to Minimize Logistics Outsourcing Risks in the Ceramic Industry

  • Purpose: In the last few decades, the ceramic industry has become an important industry for Indonesia. The resulting product must be handled properly, because if material & product handling is not carried out properly it will impact on the quality of product. Based on the logistics outsourcing research gaps in the ceramics industry to logistics service provider (LSP), this study aims to analyze the logistics service improvement of LSP in accordance with the needs of the ceramic industry to minimize logistics outsourcing risks. Research design, data and methodology: In the field study, observations, interviews and surveys related to production and logistics activities in the ceramic industry & LSP were carried out. The next step is to analyze logistics service of LSP needed by the ceramic industry. Results: The final findings obtained from this research are the LSP need to improve 1) knowledge; 2) technology capability; 3) relationships; 4) service quality; 5) innovation; 6) commitment in services. Conclusion: In order to reduce logistics outsourcing risks in the ceramic industry, LSP in Indonesia need to improve the logistics services required by the ceramic industry with a focus on six areas of improvement.

지속가능 공급사슬관리가 만족과 상생협력에 미치는 영향: 중소유통물류센터와 체인점의 비교 (Effect of Sustainable Supply Chain Management on Satisfaction and Win-Win Cooperation: Comparison of Small and Medium-Sized Distribution Logistics Center and Chain Store)

  • Purpose: Recent emergence of diverse businesses in the distribution industry has led small and medium-sized retailers and their distribution logistics centers to face difficulties. Transactions between companies are connected within a supply chain, and the companies have relationships in the form of a supplier and a buyer. Therefore, it is important to identify causes of problems among companies through supply chain and strategic partnerships, thus developing optimal management plans and maximizing performances of companies. This study proposes that sustainable supply chain management consists of product quality, price quality, distribution quality, and promotion quality based on stakeholder theory and resource-based view. This study examined the impacts of sustainable chain management factors on satisfaction and win-win cooperation. Research design, data, and methodology: In the proposed model, satisfaction plays a mediating role in the relationship between sustainable chain management and win-win cooperation. The data were collected from 245 owners who use small and medium-sized distribution logistics center and analyzed using 2SLS (two-stage least square) with SPSS 28.0. Exploratory factor analysis and correlation analysis were used to assess the validity and reliability of constructs. Results: The findings are as follows. In the case of the total and Nadeulgage samples, product, price, and distribution quality had a significant positive effect on satisfaction, but in the case of Neighborhood super, product and price quality have a significant positive effect on satisfaction. Satisfaction has a significant positive effect on win-win cooperation in the overall, Nadeulgage, and Neighborhood super. Satisfaction plays a partial or full mediating role in the case of total, Nadeulgage, Neighborhood super. Conclusions: This study emphasized the need for sustainable supply chain management of small and medium-sized distribution logistics centers by examining the relationship between small and medium-sized distribution logistics centers and chain stores. It was found that store satisfaction plays an important role in the win-win cooperation between small and medium-sized distribution logistics centers and chain stores. Small and medium-sized distribution logistics centers can maximize product quality, price quality, distribution quality, and promotion quality by understanding the effect of chain store-related satisfaction and win-win cooperation on chain stores.

물류기업의 혁신활동이 경영성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 실증연구 (An Empirical Study on the Effect of Logistics Firm's Innovation Activities on Business Performance)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 물류기업의 혁신활동이 혁신성과와 서비스품질의 개선에 영향을 미치는지 여부와 혁신활동을 통해 창출된 혁신성과와 서비스품질이 물류기업의 경영성과에 영향을 미치는지를 분석하는데 있다. 우선 혁신활동, 혁신성과에 관련된 이론과 선행연구를 분석하였다. 그리고 혁신성과와 함께 서비스품질의 개선에 관한 선행연구들도 분석하였다. 이를 근거로 연구모형과 가설을 설정하였다. 이를 분석하기 위해, 한국노동연구원의 사업체패널 자료를 활용했고, 총 88개의 샘플을 사용하였다. 이를 바탕으로 구조방정식 분석을 위해 PLS를 이용하였다. 실증분석 결과, 물류기업의 혁신활동은 혁신성과와 서비스품질개선의 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤으며, 혁신성과와 서비스품질은 재무성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결과적으로 물류기업에게 혁신활동은 물류기업에게 뚜렷한 경쟁우위를 가져다주고, 서비스품질의 개선을 가져다주게 된다. 이는 물류기업이 경쟁에서 승리하고 생존하기 위해서는 꾸준한 혁신활동이 필요하다는 것을 실증적으로 보여주었다.

Determinants Of Patronage Intention Though Omnichannel Retailing

  • Purpose: This study aims to enrich the literature related on Patronage intention in the context of omnichannel in Tunisia. It reveals the determinants of Patronage intention in the fashion retailer context by examining the roles of omnichannel integration quality (IQ), omnichannel perceived value (PV), flexibility, operational logistics service quality (OLSQ) and customer satisfaction. Research design and methodology: A quantitative online survey with 400 customers of fashion retailers was executed. A structural equation modeling approach was applied to test the research hypotheses using AMOS 25 and SPSS 25 software. Results: The findings show that the omnichannel integration quality, omnichannel perceived value, and operational logistics service quality affect play crucial roles in customer satisfaction. A positive relationship between flexibility and operational logistics service quality was also highlighted. And it is also found that a higher omnichannel integration quality led to a higher omnichannel perceived value in the omnichannel retailing context. Furthermore, customer satisfaction within omnichannel retailing can enhance patronage intention. Conclusions: This research adds to the body of knowledge in omnichannel retailing and presents a comprehension of the omnichannel system from the customer's point of view. In addition, this study provides practical implications for omnichannel retailers to improve customer satisfaction and patronage intention.

컨테이너 터미널의 물류역량이 서비스 품질 및 고객반응에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Effects of Logistics Capabilities of Container Terminals on Service Quality and Customer Response)

  • 본 연구에서는 컨테이너 터미널의 물류역량이 서비스 품질과 고객반응에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 파악하여 향후 컨테이너 터미널의 마케팅 전략 수립에 시사점을 제공하고자 한다. 표본설계는 한국선주협회, 한국선박관리업협회에 등록된 선사 중 부산항 컨테이너 터미널을 이용하고 있는 선사별로 2011년 12월 5일부터 23일까지 5~8부의 설문지를 직접방문을 통하여 배포하고 회수된 설문지 243부를 분석하였다. 실증분석 결과 서비스 품질과 고객반응에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 물류역량 요인 중 관리역량이 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 고객반응에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 서비스품질 요인 중 공감성이 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그러므로 컨테이너 터미널에서는 적/양하를 계획할 때 고객의 요구사항을 정확히 파악하여 이를 적극적으로 반영하고 고객에게 최상의 서비스를 제공하여야 할 것이다.

병원 통합물류시스템(SCM)이 물류 업무성과에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Hospital SCM on Logistics Performance)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the causal relationships among quality of hospital SCM (system quality, information quality, service quality), perceived usefulness, user satisfaction and logistics performance by hospital staff. Methods: A survey using a structured questionnaire was conducted with 276 hospital staff. Analysis of the data was with both SPSS Win 18.0 for descriptive statistics and AMOS 8.0 for the structural equation model. Results: The hypothetical model yielded Chi-square=8.121 (p=.087), df=4, $x^2$/df=2.030. GFI=.989, AGFI=.942, RMSEA=.066, NFI=.995, CFI=.997 TLI=.990 and showed good fit indices. Three dimensions of quality of SCM had significant direct effects on perceived usefulness. System and service of quality of SCM had significant direct effects on user satisfaction. Perceived usefulness had significant direct effects on user satisfaction. User satisfaction had significant direct effects on logistics performance. Conclusion: These results suggest that logistics performance can be enhanced by user satisfaction, user satisfaction can be enhanced by perceived usefulness, and perceived usefulness can be enhanced by quality of hospital SCM. Further study with various hospitals and various variables is necessary.
