  • 다중 도메인 광 전송망은 기본적으로 상호 운용되지 않으며 전체 망차원의 통합 오케스트레이션 메커니즘과 경로 제공 메커니즘이 필요하다. 더불어 망의 생존성 보장은 중요한 쟁점 중의 하나이다. MPLS-TP(Multi-Protocol Label Switching-Transport Profile)에서는 다양한 보호·복구 방안을 표준으로 정의하고 있으나 보호·복구 경로를 계산·선정하는 방안에 대해서는 언급하고 있지 않다. 따라서 광회선패킷 통합망 차원에서 보호·복구 충돌을 최소화하여 통합망 전 영역에 걸쳐 신속한 보호·복구가 가능한 경로를 계산·설정하는 알고리즘이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 다중링-메시 토폴로지 형태로 구성된 T-SDN 망에서 신속한 보호·복구가 가능한 경로를 계산·설정하는 알고리즘을 제안하였다.

  • During maintenance or construction works in or at the tracks of railways, high risks for passengers and railway staff, especially for the workers on the construction site exist. The high risks result out of the movement of rail vehicles, like trains or construction vehicles, which must be faced by using any available technical and operational technologies for securing them against the environment. Therefore, it is necessary to evaluate the level of protection continuously and to identify new and innovative methods and technologies for the protection of the gang (construction worker, machines and material). Especially on construction sites at line sections with two or more parallel tracks but also with single tracks, there are still a lot of incidents and accidents mostly with seriously injured persons or fatalities. These were mainly gang members that breach the railway-loading gage. By using proper warning or protection systems, the avoidance of such accidents must be achieved. The latest developments. in gang protection systems concern on the one hand fixed barriers in the middle between the construction site and the operated track and on the other hand construction vehicles equipped with automatic warning systems. The disadvantage of such protection methods is that the gang can be warned against an approaching train but a monitoring of the gang members cannot be performed. Only one part of a potential dangerous situation will be detected. If the gang members will overhear the acoustic warning signal of the security staff and the workers will not leave the danger zone in the track, the driver of the approaching train had no chance to react to the dangerous situation. An accident is often inevitable. While the detection of acoustic warning signals by the gang members working on a construction site is very difficult, the acoustical planning of an automatic warning system has to be designed for an acoustic short range level of one meter besides the construction vehicle. The decision about the use of today's technical warning system (fixed systems, automatic warning systems, etc.) must be geared to the technical feasibility and the level of safety which is needed. Criteria for decision guidance to block a track should be developed by danger estimation and economical variables. To realize the actual jurisdiction and to minimize the hazards of railway operations by the use of construction vehicles near the tracks further developments are needed. This means, that the warning systems have to be enhanced to systems for protection, which monitor the realization of the warning signal as a precondition for giving a movement authority to a train. This method can protect against accidents caused by predictable wrongdoing. The actual state of the art technique of using a collective warning combined with additional security staff is no longer acceptable. Therefore, the Institute of Transportation System of the German Aerospace Center in Braunschweig (Germany) will develop a gang warning and protection system based upon imaging methods, with optical sensors such as video in visible and invisible ranges, radar, laser, and other. The advantage of such a system based on the possibility to monitor both the gang itself and the railway-loading gauge either of the parallel track or of the same track still in use. By monitoring both situations, the system will be able to generate a warning message for the approaching train, that there are obstacles in the track, so that the train can be stopped to prevent an accident. And also the gang workers will be warned, while they breach their area.

  • In this research, safety requirements for guard rail, buffer stop, car stop scotch block, protection device, fire protection facilities, safety siding, escape facilities and inundation protection facilities are studied to establish a standard. First, various kinds of guard rails and their construction methods are investigated. Researches on the level difference of main track and guard rail, joint, length, and fastening force of guard rail are done. Second, the classification of buffer stop and car stop scotch block and its characteristics are examined, and the impact force, speed limit and capacity of buffer stop are summarized. Details of protection device, fire protection facilities, safety siding, escape facilities and inundation protection facilities are also investigated. From this fundamental research results, basic data on the safety facilities of railroad system are established.

토양오염방지를 위한 지하저장탱크의 관리 방안 연구 (Management Criteria of Underground Strage Tank for Prevention of Soil Contamination)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze their status of underground storage tank(UST) facilities and level of soil contamination, and to establish its management criteria. DB program was developed to analyze the correlation between specific characteristic of UST and level of soil contamination. For a suitable management of UST, leakage monitoring and inspection method of UST was investigated. Inspection period was established based on the leakage rate. The most dominant factor for leakage seemed to be caused by the corrosion. Therefore, main factor, construction method and installation year of UST, and corrosion protection system were suggested for optimal protection of UST. Considering the present management status of UST in Korea, inspection and management criteria of UST should be accomplished in term of contamination protection of leakage, and flexible regulation act should be introduced for each specific site.

Third. We understand the control reality of fire protection system. Fourth. We took out the merit of foreign fire prevent law and the problem of our current domestic system. The placing standard of proper fire protection facilities that be presented from this study are followed next. 1) We have reinforce sprinkler system placing standard for the fire extinguishing and check the spread of fire. 2) We must to be ruled the standard for keeping fire prevention system that are received reality and people's idea. 3) We should prepare lawful basis which can be place fire prevention center. 4) We have to correct the standard of use about complex building without mainuse and we take increase the real effectiveness of this. 5) We ought to match the use of current fire prevention act and the use of architecture law.

냉혈 Potassium 심정지액을 이용한 심근보호의 실험적 연구 (The Experimental Study of Myocardial Protection Byusing Cold Blood Potassium Cardioplegia in Open Heart Surgery)

  • We attempted to evaluate the effectiveness of cold blood potassium cardioplegia [Group B] compared with that of intermittent aortic cross clamp with topical hypothermia [Group A] in each six dogs. The studies were performed under the extracorporeal circulation with moderate hypothermia by using Mongrel dogs. 1. In Group A [6], it was difficult to maintain the temperature below 20?. but in Group B [6], it was possible to maintain the temperature. 2. In blood pressure and myocardial recovery ability, Group B was more excellent than Group A. 3. There was no significant difference in Na+, Ca++ and Cl- between both groups, but in K+ level, Group A was mild decreased and Group B was nearly normal level. 4. In serum LDH level, Group A was higher than Group B, but in SGOT level there was no significance between both groups. 5. On electromicroscopical study, Group A showed severe change in mitochondria, but Group B was nearly normal view. Thus we suggest that cold blood potassium cardioplegia would be more effective than intermittent aortic cross clamp with topical hypothermia for myocardial protection in open heart surgery.

시설물 방호등급 개념 설계 (Conceptional Framework of Level of Protection for Facilities)

  • Although attention to terrorism has increased sharply in recent years within many countries, it is by no means a new phenomenon. Majority of these countries have limited regulations or guidelines about terrorism. LOP (Level Of Protection) can be consider as a first step. This paper seeks to present a process to determine LOP and allowable damage. LOP is determined by asset value reason why it should be based on cost. The asset value is defined as "cost induced when asset is damaged". For example, the collateral damage outside the facility should be taken in consideration in the asset value. Allowable structural damage is assigned depending on LOP.

발달적 독서치료를 활용한 부모 대상의 유아 성학대 자기보호 교육자 훈련프로그램의 개발 및 효과검증 (The Effects of a Parental Developmental Bibliotherapy Program for Their Young Children's Sexual Abuse Self-Protection)

  • The purpose of this study was to assess the effects of a children sexual abuse (CSA) parental training program with applied developmental bibliotherapy on parents. Subjects were 54 mothers, 24 of whom participated in the program which included 8 sessions for 4 weeks. Four dependent variables were subjected to analysis of covariance (ANCOVA); mothers’ knowledge, myths and stereotypes related to CSA, and their children’s levels of prevention concepts comprehension and self-protection skills of CSA. The results showed that the program increased mothers’ knowledge of CSA and decreaesd their beliefs on myths and stereotypes, and also increased their comprehension level of CSA prevention concepts and their level of children self-protection skills. These positive effects of the program show that the program can be incorporated into early childhood education practices. We are also pursuing the development of other research programs on this subject.

발코니 확장에 따른 수직화염 확대 위험성에 관한 실험적 연구 (An Experimental Study on the Risk of Vertical Flame for a Extended-Balcony)

  • Since installing a balcony can significantly reduce the spread of fire, fire spread to the upper levels was confirmed, comparing the cases with and without balcony extension. It was confirmed that the fire can spread not only to the next higher level but also to two levels higher due to the outburst of flame which reached a significant temperature in the case without balcony, while the possibility of fire spread to the upper level reduced considerably with the balcony. this study is compared and analyzed to vertical diffusion appearance of an externally venting flame. An installed balcony is also applied to fire test 6.54kW to analyze about effect of a balcony.
