Roh[1] derived 2D g-Navier-Stokes equations from 3D Navier-Stokes equations. In this paper, we will see the space $L^2({\Omega},\;g)$, which is the weighted space of $L^2({\Omega})$, as natural generalized space of $L^2({\Omega})$ which is mathematical setting for Navier-Stokes equations. Our future purpose is to use the space $L^2({\Omega},\;g)$ as mathematical setting for the g-Navier-Stokes equations. In addition, we will see Helmoltz-Leray projection on $L^2_{per}({\Omega},\;g)$) and compare with the one on $L^2_{per}({\Omega})$.
To examine the effect of neighboring galaxies on the gravitational lensing statistics, we performed numerical simulations of lensing by many galaxies. The models consist of a galaxy in the rich cluster like Coma, or a galaxy surrounded by field galaxies in $\Omega_0 = 1$ universe with $\Omega_{gal} = 0.1,\;\Omega_{gal} = 0.3\;or\;\Omega_{gal}=1.0\;,\;where\;\Omega_{gal}$ is the total mass in galaxies. Field galaxies either have the same mass or follow Schechter luminosity function and luminosity-velocity relation. Each lensing galaxy is assumed to be singular isothermal sphere (SIS) with finite cutoff radius. In most simulations, the lensing is mainly due to the single galaxy. But in $\Omega_{gal} = 3$ universe, one out of five simulations have 'collective lensing' event in which more than two galaxies collectively produce multiple images. These cases cannot be incorporated into the simple 'standard' lensing statistics calculations. In cases where 'collective lensing' does not occur, distribution of image separation changes from delta function to bimodal distribution due to shear induced by the surrounding galaxies. The amount of spread in the distribution is from a few $\%\;up\;to\;50\%$ of the mean image separation in case when the galaxy is in the Coma-like cluster or when the galaxy is in the field with $\Omega_{gal} = 0.1\;or\;\Omega_{gal}=0.3.$ The mean of the image separation changes less than $5\%$ compared with a single lens case. Cross section for multiple image lensing turns out to be relatively insensitive to the presence of the neighboring galaxies, changing less than $5\%$ for Coma-like cluster and $\Omega_{gal}=0.1,\;0.3$ universe cases. So we conclude that Coma-like cluster or field galaxies whose total mass density $\Omega_{gal}<0.3$ do not significantly affect the probability of multiple image lensing if we exclude the 'collective lensing' cases. However, the distribution of the image separations can be significantly affected especially if the 'collective lensing' cases are included. Therefore, the effects of surrounding galaxies may not be negligible when statistics of lensing is used to deduce the cosmological informations.
With approval from the Asia Pacific Metrology Program Working Group on Materials Metrology (APMP WGMM), an international comparison for sheet resistance standards for silicon wafers was firstly conducted among Korea Research Institute of Standards and Science (KRISS) in Korea, CMS/ITRI in Taiwan, and NIM in China, which are national metrology institutes (NMIs), from August 2011 to January 2012. The sheet resistance values of the standards are $10{\Omega}$, $100{\Omega}$, and $1000{\Omega}$; the measurement was conducted in sequence at KRISS, CMS/ITRI, NIM, and KRISS again using the four-point probe method with single and dual configuration techniques. The reference value for the measurement results of the three NMIs was obtained through averaging the values of the three results for each sheet resistance range. The differences between the reference value and the measured values is within 0.22% for $10{\Omega}$, 0.17% for $100{\Omega}$, and 0.12% for $1000{\Omega}$. Therefore, the international consistency for conducting sheet resistance measurements is confirmed within 0.22% through the APMP WGMM approved comparison.
The semilocal convergence of a third order iterative method used for solving nonlinear operator equations in Banach spaces is established by using recurrence relations under the assumption that the second Fr´echet derivative of the involved operator satisfies the ${\omega}$-continuity condition given by $||F^{\prime\prime}(x)-F^{\prime\prime}(y)||{\leq}{\omega}(||x-y||)$, $x,y{\in}{\Omega}$, where, ${\omega}(x)$ is a nondecreasing continuous real function for x > 0, such that ${\omega}(0){\geq}0$. This condition is milder than the usual Lipschitz/H$\ddot{o}$lder continuity condition on $F^{\prime\prime}$. A family of recurrence relations based on two constants depending on the involved operator is derived. An existence-uniqueness theorem is established to show that the R-order convergence of the method is (2+$p$), where $p{\in}(0,1]$. A priori error bounds for the method are also derived. Two numerical examples are worked out to demonstrate the efficacy of our approach and comparisons are elucidated with a known result.

This paper presents the inkjet-printed flexible temperature and humidity sensor(F-TH sensor) using PEDOT:PSS. The series, mesh and parallel type sensing element using PEDOT:PSS ink was printed on the overhead projector(OHP) film. The fabricated sensor of each structure has the temperature sensitivity of $140{\Omega}/^{\circ}C$, $29{\Omega}/^{\circ}C$ and $1.4{\Omega}/^{\circ}C$ with linearity, respectively. Also the fabricated sensor was not only possible to measure a temperature, but also to detect humidity. The humidity sensitivity of $400{\Omega}/%RH$, $3.4{\Omega}/%RH$ and $3{\Omega}/%RH$ with linearity, respectively. The fabricated F-TH sensor is expected for the various applications such as electronic devices, bio-healthcare, industrial field.
New formation technique of metal oxide sensing film was proposed m this paper. Silicon wafer with Pt electrodes was used as a substrate for depositing metal Sn film. Metal Sn was deposited in the state of not continuous film but only island state. The samples were prepared to obtain the optimal condition of metal Sn deposition. The resistances of deposited Sn onto Pt electrodes amounted to $1\;k{\Omega}$, $5\;k{\Omega}$, $10\;k{\Omega}$ and $50\;k{\Omega}$, respectively. Also The sample with $1,500\;{\AA}$ thickness of Sn was prepared m order to compare sensing properties between conventional type and proposing type. After deposition of metal Sn, $SnO_2$ was formed by thermal oxidation method for 3 hrs. in $O_2$ ambient at $700^{\circ}C$. Surface morphology, crystal structure and surface roughness of oxidized-sensing film were examined by SEM, XRD, and AFM, respectively. From the results of these analyses, the optimal deposition condition of Sn was that the Pt electrode resistance became $10\;k{\Omega}(300\;{\AA})$. Also, the sensing characteristics of fabricated sensing film for various concentrations of butane, propane and carbon monoxide gases were measured at he operating temperatures of $250^{\circ}C$, $300^{\circ}C$ and $350^{\circ}C$, respectively. Although catalyst as not added to the sensing film, it has exhibited the high sensitivity to all the test gases.
We give some characterizations of injective modules over ${\omega}$-Noetherian rings. It is also shown that each localization of a GV-torsion-free injective module over a ${\omega}$-Noetherian ring is injective.

This study describes an omega-K algorithm for focusing bistatic synthetic aperture radar(SAR) data using bistatic-to-monostatic conversion. Bistatic SAR system considered in this study consists of a transmitting antenna and a physical array of several receiving antennas. The length of the physical array is identical to the SAR synthetic aperture. Unlike the monostatic case, an omega-K algorithm for the bistatic case is difficult to obtain the exact equation in the 2D wavenumber domain. The key of the proposed algorithm is converting the bistatic data into a monostatic one. The effectiveness of the proposed algorithm is proved by simulation and real measurement data.

Omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids are essential fatty acids because humans cannot synthesize them de novo and must obtain them in their diet. Fish and fish oil are rich sources of omega-3 fatty acids, including eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA). Significant evidence of the beneficial role of dietary intake of omega-3 fatty acids in blood flow has been reported and putative mechanisms for improvement of blood flow include anti-thrombotic effects, lowered blood pressure, improved endothelial function, and anti-atherogenic effects. Edible oils containing omega-3 fatty acids were registered as functional ingredients in the Korea Health Functional Food Code. Although omega-3 fatty acids have been evaluated by the Korea Food and Drug Administration (KFDA) based on scientific evidence, periodic re-evaluation may be needed because emerging data related to omega-3 fatty acids have accumulated. Therefore, in this study, we re-evaluated scientific evidence for the effect of omega-3 fatty acids as a functional ingredient in health functional food on improvement of blood flow. A comprehensive literature search was conducted for collection of relevant human studies using the Medline and Cochrane, KISS, and IBIDS databases for the years 1955-2012. Search keywords were used by combination of terms related to omega-3 fatty acids and blood flow. The search was limited to human studies published in Korean, English, and Japanese. Using the KFDA's evidence based evaluation system for scientific evaluation of health claims, 112 human studies were identified and reviewed in order to evaluate the strength of the evidence supporting a relation between omega-3 fatty acids and blood flow. Among 112 studies, significant effects on improvement of blood flow were reported in 84 studies and the daily intake amount was ranged from 0.1 to 15 g. According to this methodology of systematic review, we concluded that there was possible evidence to support a relation between omega-3 fatty acid intake and blood flow. However, because inconsistent results have recently been reported, future studies should be monitored.
Effects of anodization voltage on frequency characteristics of anodic oxide films on tantalum were analyzed based on the following impedance equatious : (equation omitted) Here $R_{f}$, $C_{f}$ and tan $\delta$$_{f}$ are equivalent series resistance in ohm, equivalent Belies capacitance in farad and dielectric loss, of anodic oxide films respectively Parameters P, $\tau$$_{ο}$, $\tau$$_{\omega}$, and Co are defined as follows: P=(d-w)/w, $\tau$$_{ο}$=$textsc{k}$$\rho$$_{ο}$, $\tau$$_{\omega}$=$textsc{k}$$\rho$$_{\omega}$, $C_{ο}$=$textsc{k}$A/d where d is the thickness of oxide film, $\omega$ is the diffusion layer thickness. $\rho$$_{ο}$ is the resistivity of oxide film at the interface of metal and the oxide, $\rho$$_{\omega}$ is the resistivity of oxide film at intrinsic region and A is the area of the film and $textsc{k}$=0.0885$\times$10$^{-12}$$\times$dielectric constant, (in farad/cm). It was shown that dielectric loss and frequency dependence of equivalent series capacitance decrease as anodization voltage increases. This is a consequence of the fact that the thickness of diffusion layer increases a little with increasing anodization voltage whereas the total oxide thickness is proportional to the anodization voltage. The ngative deviation of measured values from tile relation, tan $\delta$$_{f}$=0.682 $\Delta$$C_{f}$, was also discussed based on the Impedance equations given above. Here $\Delta$$C_{f}$ is the change in capacitance between 0.1 and 1 KHZ.KHZ.Z.
