This study reviews the rear or tag axle steering system's concepts and technology applied to commercial vehicles. Most commercial vehicles are large in size with more than two axles. Maneuvering them around tight corners, narrow roads, and spaces is a difficult job if only the front axle is steerable. Furthermore, wear and tear in tires will increase as turn angle and number of axles are increased. This problem can be solved using rear axle steering technology that is being used in commercial vehicles nowadays. Rear axle steering system technology uses a cylinder mounted on one of rear axles called a steering cylinder. Cylinder control is the primary objective of the real axle steering system. There are two types of such steering mechanisms. One uses master and slave cylinder concept while the other concept is relatively new. It goes by the name of smart axle, self-steered axle, or smart steering axle driven independently from the front wheel steering. All these different types of steering mechanisms are discussed in this study with detailed description, advantages, disadvantages, and safety considerations.

This results suggest the following. The first. The military group regard highly commandand and discipline. so, the charisma of a superior is that a big impact on organizational effectiveness. The second, For the mission command is to become established in the army, It suggest that need to explore of sub factors of the mission command and need to consider of personal traits with the mission command.
This study is to suggest the current security education programs and improvement of industrial security curriculums in Korea. We live in a world of insecurity; the world is changing at an ever accelerating pace. Life, society, economics, international relations, and security risk are becoming more and more complex. The nature of work, travel, recreation, and communication is radically changing. We live in a world where, seemingly with each passing year, the past is less and less's guide to the future. Security is involved in on one way or another in virtually every decision we make and every activity we undertake. The global environment has never been more volatile, and societal expectations for industrial security and increasing if anything. The complexities of globalization, public expectation, regulatory requirements, transnational issues, jurisdictional risks, crime, terrorism, advances in information technology, cyber attacks, and pandemics have created a security risk environment that has never been more challenging. We had to educate industrial security professional to cope with new security risk. But, how relevant is a college education to the security professional? A college degree will not guarantee a job or advancement opportunities. But, with a college and professional training, a person has improved chances for obtaining a favored position. Commonly, Security education and experience are top considerations to find a job so far, also training is important. Today, Security is good source to gain competitive advantage in global business. The future of security education is prospect when one considers the growth evident in the field. Modern people are very security-conscious today, so now we had to set up close relevant industrial security programs to cope with new security risk being offered in colleges or several security professional educational courses.

This study was from the survey on the items related to the challenges, the activity frequency of the challenged people and the places where these activities take place and the satisfaction and the demands on the facilities for the challenged people from 1,284 challenged people over the age of 20 living in Korea nation wide. From the survey, it was shown that the biggest demand lied in the improvement of the facilities related to the transportation and access for their residence and social activities. They felt they are inconvenient for the perspective of the implementation rate. Additionally, they had high desire for culture and physical educational activities. Improvements to provide convenient environments where the challenged people can access to and use the facilities as conveniently as unchallenged people do by minimizing the physical hindrances are urgently needed. For time being, many facilities for the challenged people was supplied to improve the physical environments for challenged people, however, foreign regulations had to be adopted for these job due to insufficient date on physical conditions of the challenged people in Korea. Moreover, current facilities for the challenged people emphasized more on physical aspect and the facility itself without the considerations on the overall environments, as result the improvement satisfaction and efficiency were low. More flexible and humane design approaches are needed instead of relying on supply rate and try to fully consider the characteristics of the challenged people without any discrimination.
A considerable amount of theoretical and empirical research has been done on the conceptualization of emotional labor, as well as its antecedents and consequences. The field, however, is lacking consistency respect to theory building and empirical findings, which suggests the need for more programmatic research. The main objective of this study is to build on prior research and further examine the theory, antecedents and consequences(service delivery level) of emotional labor, and to find out the relationship. In the results of empirical research, I found that two antecedent variables, job-related characters and display rules, influenced significantly employee perceived emotional labor. And both surface acting and deep acting have been found to have a influence on employees' service deliverly level, deep acting is more likely than surface acting to lead to service attitude of travel service provider. In business practices, more attention is needed in organizations' incentive programme and training considerations in jobs that have high demands. Despite these results, current studdy has its limitations. So, it may be interesting to further examine the relationship between emotional labor and control variables.
We have examined the development and conceptual definition of shamanism and divination through significant characteristics of various illnesses. However, the terrminology has been inconsistent and its real conceptual meaning is not well defined. Divination is a historically dominant religious practice which represents the core of Korean folk culture. Despite prevalent prejudice toward its primitive nature, we cannot deny its profound relationship to our unconscious, especially our reliance on its religious role whenever we face crisis or conflict. It is therefore appropriate to use the term divination in this context. Shamanism originated as humanity's oldest mode of communication with divine - a religion, The shaman is not a sorceress but a priestess, a healer, a spritual guide, a leader, a mystic, traditionally having a different significance from that of the contemporary diviner or "shaman". The traditional concept of illness has been profoundly altered to serve new functions: while the shamanistic view is based upon spiritual abduction, divination on the other hand invokes concepts of spiritual invasion phenomena such as spirit intrusion, taboo violations, soul loss, object instrusion, deviations from the appropriate spiritual path besiegement, and curess or predestination (the idea that the sufferer is born with his fate), We should therefore try to understand divination from a more holistic point of view, rather than attempting to fit it into the standrd medical illness. We must recognize divination as a phenomenon within our culture, since most people have a mixed conception of illness arising from a combination of divinational and modem concepts, Since divination's humanistic approach is ingrained in our people, to irresponsibly ignore the spiritual aspects of treatment would exert a negative influence on our culture, Especially now, while attraction is focused on Korean culture and its influence on every aspect of our livies, it is important for nurses to expand our horizons in order to create a way of nursing more suitable to Korean culture. Increased importance is now being given to the opinions of patients themselves about their own illness and health, so nurses should seek to understand how patients accept their illness and what particular kinds of help they expect to receive. Consequently, an understanding of traditional divinations will enable us to utilize these characteristics on the job in order to enhance nursing care.
With increasing interest in information security, many studies have been conducted on cultivation and management of information security manpower. The widespread application of information security made the activity of information security professionals more diverse. Therefore, it is essential to analyze the knowledge and skills that are necessary for information security professionals to carry out their job and we also need to take these into considerations for the development and operation of education programs. In this study, for analyzing the perception gaps of information security knowledge and skills level between academia and industry, we have derived 58 knowledge and skills by conducting the literature review and Delphi method and we also conducted a survey of information security knowledge and skills requirements for information security professionals who are now working in industries and educational organizations. As a result, we analyze the perception gaps between two groups of information security professionals and suggest some guidelines for establishing the demand-based curriculum for training information security professionals.
This primary study was done to develop an ethical guideline for organ transplantation, a life-saving treatment which helps improve the quality of life. This study tried to identify the current situation in Korea, in terms of ethical considerations in organ transplantations. This study collected basic data in organ transplantations, in the hope that procedure of organ transplantations could be developed that would be fair to both organ donors and recipients. The immediate goals of this study were : 1)to identify staff in charge of organ transplantations and their jobs in the hospital, 2)to survey whether there exists a Hospital Ethics Committee(HEC), 3)to research what consideration are formally taken in selecting recipients, and 4)to accumulate data on how consent from donors are currently obtained. The study used a survey questionnaire and received responses from 31 hospitals out of 45 hospitals where organ transplantation are being done. Organ transplantation coordinators were found in 16 hospitals, but the job description varied among hospitals. The survey showed that all 16 hospitals with an HEC that health care personnel unnecessarily dominate the committee. The study notes that HECs should be vitalized by recruiting, as members, ethicists, theologians, patients, guardians, as well as the general public outside of the hospital. The study revealed that in selecting recipients the hospital take into account ABO blood type, histocompatibility, age, waiting time. and level of patient compliance. Finally, it was shown that in the cases of living donors the transplanting hospitals seek a formal consent, whereas there are no common consenting practice established for cadaveric donors. The study concludes with three proposals. First, a nationwide institution responsible exclusively for procurement and distribution of cadaveric organs for transplantation should be established. Second. we should rebuild the national health insurance system so that have costly organ transplantation expenses are substantially covered. Last, but certainly not least. there is a need to emphasize the HEC's committment to prepare a proper ethical guideline for organ transplantation in general.
The purpose of this study was designed to investigate the purchasing considerations given and wearing fit according to suit styles in male consumers in their 30s by conducting questionnarie research with 410 persons. The research intended to give menswear manufacturers the scientific data to improve consumers' satisfaction when menswear brands produce jackets. The summary and conclusions in this study are as follows: First, male consumers have moderate interest in fashion and recognize the impact of fashion on their professional lives. Also, male consumers were aware that recent menswear fashion trends are being changed to slim-fit. Second, by examining the suit inventory and the purchasing consideration according to the suit styles, male consumers in their 30s had between 2 to 4 suits, both in slim-fit and classic-fit, respectively. When consumers purchase a suit, the most important consideration factors are size and wearing fit in both slim-fit and classic-fit. The reason to purchase a slim fit suit is that it seems slim due to its fitted silhouettes, while in a classic-fit suit, it is required because of job nature. Third, the result indicates the circumferences causing the most uncomfortable were the shoulder, chest, the back, and upper arm. Also, they mentioned the chest and the abdominal section including the shoulder as the most uncomfortable circumference to the question on what to be improved in jacket. Therefore, the research suggests that the menswear manufacturer should consider different consumers' desires which require different criteria based on the suit styles.

The purpose of this study was to examine the state of scrub wearing among scrub uniforms medical staff. The results of the research is the following. First, As for the state of scrub uniforms, they wore scrubs only while they gave medical treatment and took care of routine work. Regarding the design of their current scrubs, type 1 was dominant, and the most common color was dark sky blue. Second, Concerning considerations for scrub design, they answered that scrubs should be designed to give no inconvenience during job performance. As for the image, they placed the most importance in a clean image due to hygiene. In relation to preference for color, pattern and materials, they had the most preference for dark blue, no pattern and materials that would not easily be contaminated. Third, As to preference for the length of the top, they were most fond of hip length, and short sleeves were their favorite length of sleeve. Concerning the design of the front and the back of the top, they had a liking for a box style with no straight cutting line. As for the design of the neckline, hem and pocket of the top, they had the most preference for round neckline, square bottom and round patch pocket respectively. Fourth, when the design preference of the respondents was analyzed, there were a difference between the men and the women in preference for neckline design. The women had a liking for round neck, whereas the men were fond of V neck. And the women showed a higher preference for rubber waistband than the men for the waist design of the pants. No gender differences were found in preference for color, pattern and the length of the top.
