A Study on the Effects of Mobile Messenger on the Effect of Youth on Teenagers

  • In this paper, we propose a Recently, the use of Smart phones surge in youth the youth are becoming a big addiction social problems Mobile Messenger. The prevalence of Smart phones is Mobile Messenger, access time, spatial constraints for assured. As a result, pc room, with a focus on traditional Internet addiction is to be reduced, whereas with a focus on Mobile Messenger Smartphone addiction level is rapidly on the rise. Korea information agency of Internet addiction and mobile addiction risk appeared to be well over 10 percent of the rate of 35% is gaming and mobile addiction unfolds exemplifies the seriousness of Messenger. Addiction is the individual's psychosocial problems such as negative consequences can result, causing the addiction, because it is necessary for an understanding of the mechanism. In this study, Mobile Messenger, the leading factors affecting the addiction said. Mobile Messenger is a major factor causing the addiction habit and consider the user's satisfaction. And social relations and the formation of plougastel Wu Mobile Messenger and its impact on the cause of addiction.

  • Instant Messenger is a communication tool which allows instant real-time connection between parties through Internet Compared to the most popular Internet communication tool. email. the messenger allows people to check network presence of other parties and to connect in real time among multiple parties. Mostly due to the convenience it provides. use of instant messengers has increased tremendously not only for personal purpose but also for business purpose. However. firms are agonizing about the real impact of instant messenger usage among employees. whether the impact is positive or negative in terms of the productivity, Applying the theory of reasoned action (TRA) and technology acceptance model (TAM). this study sets UP perceived ease of use. perceived usefulness and cultural orientation of individuals as antecedents of adoption and use of the messenger application, Also. the impacts of messenger usage are measured as task productivity and intimacy among colleagues. This study presents several findings about the instant messenger, First. perceived ease of use. and usefulness play important roles in raising the adoption level of instant messenger. Also. culture propensity also maintains strong influence towards the actual usage of the messenger. Among cultural variables. innovativeness, supportiveness and outcome orientation reveal strong positive impacts on adoption and use of the messenger. On the dependent side. use of instant messenger seems to have a strong direct impact on task productivity as well as indirect impact through intimacy. Implications are discussed.

인터넷 메신저를 이용한 의사결정 환경에서의 커뮤니케이션패턴에 관한 연구

  • This study identifies communication patterns of groups using Internet Messenger for their group decision-making, and examines how these patterns are associated with creative solutions to problems. Our research suggests that certain communication behavior of groups, when appropriately organized, can be of help in enhancing creative production of outcomes. A qualitative study was conducted on communication patterns based on an analysis of text-based electronic conversation protocols. Specifically this research tried to overcome existing studies on electronic groups by focusing on interactive process of communication among participants. The major study conclusions are: (1) The production of creative outcome may depend on the process or sequence of discussion among group members with Internet Messenger. That is, proper interactive responses and appropriate control of the discussion process are essential to obtain a high level of performance. (2) It is important to make discuss rules based on meta-cognitive and interactive protocols in the early stage. Explicit rules relating to internal group processes as well as communication medium use are even more important to groups with Internet Messenger than face-to-face groups.

초기 청소년의 인터넷 중독, 대인불안 및 자기통제가 메신저 몰입에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Internet Addiction, Interpersonal Anxiety and Self-Control on Messenger Immersion of Adolescents)

  • The purpose of this paper is to observe the influence of internet addiction, interpersonal anxiety and self-control in messenger immersion. Questionnaires regarding internet addiction, interpersonal anxiety and self-control were administered to 600 6th grade elementary school students and 2nd grade middle school students in the province of Seoul, South Korea. A total of 592 questionnaires were collected. As statistical methods, Cronbach's, multiple linear regression analysis and stepwise regression with SPSS 10.0 were used. The main results of the study were as follows - 1) In observing the degree of messenger Immersion by the sex and grade of the adolescent, the results show that the percentage in the top group and the middle group appears higher for school boys than school girls as well as 6th grade school-children rather than for 2nd grade middle school students. 2) A difference was noted between the messenger immersion factor in school-boys' and that in school-girls'.

조직 내 의사소통 환경과 온라인 커뮤니케이션 매체 선택간의 관계 (Relationship between Business Context and the Selection of Online Communication Media: Niche Theory Approach)

  • Diversity of available communication media has increased as the use of Internet and mobile technology increased rapidly. The traditional media tend to transform their roles and functionality. This change brings about the expansion of the span of media to be selected by users. In this study, we examined the characteristics of emerging communication media use based on Niche Theory. Online communication media in this study include Internet messenger, mobile phone, and e-mail. We also analyzed the relationship between the nature of task and the selection of communication media, that is, the effects of communication contexts(formal vs. informal, notification vs. request, superior vs. inferior) where by the communication partners are involved. The result of this study, mobile phone had the highest niche competitive superiority in all communication contexts, and internet messenger and e-mail made difference according to communication contexts. Also, we can notify internet messenger and e-mail have a mutual substitutive relationship by analysis of niche overlap.

  • 컴퓨터와 네트워크의 보급이 일반화되면서 인터넷을 통한 정보 전달이 일상생활처럼 되고 있다. 기존에는 정보를 전달하기 위한 방법이 주로 전자메일에 한정되어 있던 것에 반해, 요즘은 좀 더 즉각적으로 메시지를 전달해주는 인스턴트 메신저를 많이 사용하고 있다. 인스턴트 메신저는 이러한 장점으로 인해 국내에서도 사용자가 많이 늘고 있다. 그러나 대부분의 인스턴트 메신저 서비스는 인터넷상에서 많은 부분이 노출되지만 클라이언트는 이를 느끼지 못한 채 사용하고 있다. 이는 마치 전화도청과 같다고 할 수 있다. PKI를 사용한 암호화 기술은 인테넷에서 접근 통제, 인증, 기밀성, 무결성, 부인거절 등의 서비스들을 제공할 수 있는 공개키 기반 구조를 발달시켜 왔다. 본 논문에서는 인스턴트 메신저의 안전한 통신을 위해 PKI(공개키 기반구조)를 이용한 인스턴트 메신저에서의 인증 프로토콜에 대해 설계하였다.

  • 인터넷 메신저는 개인적인 용도 이외에도 기업환경에서 실시간의 의사소통과 인터넷 상의 자료 전송 등을 통해서 기업의 생산성 향상에 큰 기여를 하고 있다. 그러나, 인터넷 메신저가 기업 내부에서 사용되면서 보안상의 많은 문제점이 지적되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 위험관리 방법론을 통해서 인터넷 메신저에 대한 위험을 분석하고 이에 대한 통제요소를 제시한다. 인터넷 메신저의 다양한 효과를 생각할 때 기업내부에서 인터넷 메신저를 완전히 차단하는 것은 어려운 일이다. 따라서, 본 논문에서 제시한 보안 통제 수단들을 통해서 인터넷 메신저가 지닌 잠재적 위험요소에 적절히 대응하며 이를 기업의 정보인프라로 활용해야 할 것이다.

인터넷 메신저를 활용한 과학 수업에서 나타나는 학생들의 논변활동의 특성: 과학 영재 학생들의 사사과정의 사례 (Characteristics of Argumentation in Science Instruction Using Internet Messenger: A Case of Scientifically Gifted Students in Apprenticeship)

  • 본 연구에서는 인터넷 메신저를 활용한 수업에서 이루어지는 과학 영재 학생들의 논변활동과 대화의 유형을 분류하여 수업 주제와 형태에 따라 나타나는 차이점을 분석하였다. 수업은 서울대학교 영재센터 학생 가운데 선발된 5명의 남학생을 대상으로 하였으며, 인터넷 메신저 프로그램을 활용하여 진행되었다. 학생들의 논변활동은 Toulmin의 논쟁 틀에 바탕을 두어 분석되었으며, 논변활동 요소의 흐름에 따라 논변활동을 유형화하였다. 연구 결과 학생들의 수업 참여의 기회가 높은 수업에서 상대적으로 높은 수준의 논변활동이 나타났으며, 전체 수업에 걸쳐 4가지의 논변활동 유형이 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 학생들의 논변 능력 향상과 교수자-학습자간의 상호작용 촉진을 위한 수업 모형의 개발과 적절한 주제 선정이 필요함을 시사한다.

  • 본 논문은 네이트온, MSN 등 메신저를 해킹하여 지인처럼 가장하는 방법으로 친밀감을 형성한 다음, 해킹툴(키로그, 원격모니터링 등)을 전송하여 거래은행과 ID, PW, 공인인증서, 보안카드 정보 등 개인의 금융정보를 입수한 뒤 계좌의 잔고를 인출해가는 금융침해 공격을 분석하여 개인의 인터넷뱅킹 거래 취약요소들을 찾아내고, 해당 취약점들과 관련한 대응방안을 모색함으로써 인터넷뱅킹 침해사고 예방 등 보다 안전한 개인의 인터넷뱅킹 거래를 도모하고자 한다.

How Does a Tortoise Catch up a Hare? : The Case of Instant Messenger in Korea

  • SK Communications entered Korean instant messenger market as a late-mover in 2001 and its instant messenger service "NateOn" was placed in competition with Microsoft's "MSN Messenger", the leading service provider at the time. NateOn studied the nature of users accurately and gradually increased its market share through various services, and in September 2005, it succeeded in overtaking MSN as No.1 in the market. The success of NateOn is a case where a late-mover overcame the buddy-list network, a powerful competitive advantage, of the incumbent. By studying the changes in the instant messenger market of Korea, we try to examine the causes of NateOn's victory and MSN's loss. Through this, we wish to give implications for managers who endeavor to discover the internal and external strategies the leading business has to implement to remain ahead, and how a late-mover can overcome the lack of resources and capacity to leave a mark in the market.
