DCIR을 이용한 EKF 기반의 LiPB SOH 판별 방법 (A LiPB SOH Determination Method based on Extended Kalman Filter using Direct Current Internal Resistance)

  • 본 논문은 LiPB의 SOH (State of Health)를 판별하는 방법중 배터리용량 (Ah) 및 저항 등가모델의 장 단점을 비교한다. 그리고 정확한 SOH 추정을 위해 DCIR (Direct Current Internal Resistance)을 사용한 판별 방법을 제안한다. 정확한 DCIR 값을 추정하기 위하여 EKF (Extended Kalman Filter)를 적용하고, MATLAB 시뮬레이션을 통해 DCIR 값을 확인한다. 또한, 실제 LiPB의 각 SOC (State of Charge) 상태마다 DCIR 값을 측정하고, 추정 값과 비교를 통해 정확도를 판단한다.

Influence of Components of Internal Control on the Effectiveness of Internal Control: Evidence from Transport Construction Enterprises in Vietnam

  • The research purpose of the article is to evaluate the effects of the internal control components on the effectiveness of internal control of transport construction enterprises in Vietnam, on the basis of which we made recommendations to contribute to improving the effectiveness of internal control. Sample was collected from Vietnamese medium and large transport construction enterprises, the total number of sample questionnaires sent was 400, 330 filled-up questionnaires was collected and 250 was used for the study purpose. Quantitative research method was used for the study with the help of the SPSS software. The variables in the model are as follows: the dependent variable is the effectiveness of internal control, 5 independent variables are: control environment, risk assessment, control activities, communication, and monitoring. The results of the analysis explain 80.4% variation as a result of the effect of internal control on the Vietnamese transport construction enterprise. All five components positively affect the effectiveness of internal controls in the order of influence, which are: control activities, control environment, communication, risk assessment and monitoring. This study contributes in providing more empirical evidence about the effects of internal control components on the effectiveness of internal control of transport construction enterprises in Vietnam. The study has proposed a number of recommendations to help transport construction enterprises improve control activities and contribute towards improving the effectiveness of internal control.

  • The Purpose of this study is to empirically examine the impact of various internal and external innovation activities of SMEs on their innovation performances in the field of electronics and communication industry. Drawing upon the literature review, internal and external innovation activities are defined and conceptualized, and independent, dependent and moderator variables are developed. We have used survey-based data for this study from the survey of technology innovation activities in manufacturing industry, which was conducted by the Science and Technology Policy Institute (STEPI) in 2010. The main result of this study shows that there were no significant differences in the impact of innovation activities on market performance according to the size of SMEs. On the other hands, we found that there were significant differences in the impact of innovation activities on technological innovation performance according to the size of SMEs. Therefore, in order to make high technological innovation performance, companies in the field of electronics and communication industry need to properly implement the internal and external innovation activities by considering their size.

A Study on the development and calibration method of a modular internal resistance meter to improve the safety of reusable batteries

  • Battery use is increasing worldwide to achieve carbon neutrality and improve energy efficiency, but batteries are a finite resource and their application is determined by capacity and specifications. Battery performance deteriorates as the number of uses increases. A certain level of battery performance degradation has become an issue in the field of reuse and recycling, and various studies are being conducted on reuse to solve power shortages. Waste batteries from electric vehicles are suitable for building ESS based on reusable batteries, and for stable use, technical skills are needed to accurately predict battery life and determine status information. Predicting battery life and determining status information are difficult due to non-linearity due to internal structure or chemical changes. In this paper, we manufactured a modular internal resistance measuring device and compared the measured values with Hioki equipment to minimize the error rate through a correction method. As a result of testing Hioki equipment and modular measuring instruments to ensure efficiency and safety based on reusable batteries, an accuracy of over 95% was confirmed.

내부 가습형 연료전지 스택의 출력전압 왜곡 보상기법 (Compensation Scheme for Output Voltage Distortion in Fuel Cell Stack with Internal Humidifier)

  • In this paper, the characteristics of portable fuel cell system are introduced and the dynamic response of output voltage of fuel cell stack with internal humidifier is analyzed. When the output of the fuel cell (FC) stack is short-circuited for humidification, the output voltage of the FC stack rapidly drops. In order to maintain the load voltage in the required range, dynamic compensation methods are proposed: 1) installing a capacitor behind the output of the FC stack; 2) utilizing the bi-directional converter. Especially, bi-directional converter is used when short of the FC output is detected or predicted by algorithm using data which is measured during previous three cycles. These methods are simulated by PSIM 9.0, then experimental results from the fuel cell system prototype verify the validity of the proposed methods.

내부마케팅이 직무만족과 인지적 기업성과에 미치는 영향 : 한국수자원공사를 중심으로 (Internal Marketing Approach to Internal Satisfaction and Cognitive Organization Performance : The Case of Korean Water Resources Corporation)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 한국수자원공사의 종업원 직무만족에 영향을 미치는 내부마케팅 요인 중 교육훈련, 보상제도, 의사소통, 권한위임의 선행변수가 직무만족과 인지적 기업성과에 미치는 영향을 파악하고, 내부 마케팅, 직무만족, 인지적 기업성과 등에 대한 문헌적 고찰과 한국수자원공사 내부고객을 대상으로 설문조사를 통한 실증분석을 실시하여 한국수자원공사 고객만족도 향상을 위한 시사점을 제시하는 것이다. 한국수자원공사의 직무만족을 설명하는 4개의 요인에 대한 로지스틱 회귀분석 결과, 교육훈련, 보상제도, 의사소통요인이 유의한 것으로, 권한위임은 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났고, 인지적 기업성과의 경우, 교육훈련과 의사소통요인이 유의한 것으로 보상제도와 권한위임요인은 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 내부마케팅요인이 한국수자원공사의 성공에 적용될 수 있음을 알 수 있었다.

모바일 빅 데이터 트래픽 환경에서 새로운 이동통신 주파수의 활성화 방안 연구 (A Study on Activation of New Mobile Communication Spectrum in the Environment of Mobile Big Data Traffic)

  • 본 논문은 모바일 광대역 서비스가 활성화되면서 나타나는 모바일 빅 데이터 트래픽의 발생이 모바일 광대역 서비스의 발전을 제약하지 않도록 이동통신 주파수 활성화를 위한 기술 및 경제적 환경 조건을 분석하고 활성화 방안을 제시한다. 새로운 이동통신 주파수의 활성화를 위해서는 투자의 비용과 수익의 균형이 이루어져야 한다. 모바일 빅 데이터 트래픽을 처리하기 위한 새로운 이동통신 주파수의 활성화는 기술과 경제적 요인 그리고 통신사업자 내부 요인과 외부 요인이 결합되어 있다. 투자비용은 내부 요인인 자본적 비용(Capital Expenditure), 운용비용(Operating Expenditure)과 외부요인인 주파수 할당 대가와 관련 있으며 수익은 내부요인인 요금제와 외부 요인인 망중립성 문제와 관련 있다. 새로운 이동통신 주파수의 활성화는 투자비용에 주파수 할당 대가를 포함하고 투자수익에 네트워크 증설이 가능한 요금제 운영과 외부 콘텐츠에 의한 트래픽 증가에 따른 수익이 포함되어 투자비용과 수익이 균형을 이루어야 한다.

  • 외식산업은 서비스 산업의 특성상 생산과 소비가 동시에 이루어지고, 고객의 참여가 판매로 이뤄지기 때문에 고객 지향적이고 서비스 지향적이어야 한다. 그러나 외식업체의 효율적인 운영을 위한 인력관리정책으로 최소의 인원을 고용유지하고 점차적으로 증가되는 비정규직 종사원을 통한 양질의 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 포괄적인 인적자원관리 정책을 수행하는 것은 외식업체들이 직면하고 있는 문제이다. 따라서 종사원에 대한 새로운 인식의 전환과 차별화된 인적자원관리를 통한 질적 서비스 향상으로 경쟁력이 있는 외식업체가 되기 위해서는 종사원의 직무와 관련된 갈등 원인을 분석하고, 이에 따른 내부 마케팅이 갈등의 원인에 미치는 영향관계를 실증적으로 연구함으로써 외식업체의 인적자원 관리할 필요성이 제기된다는 문제 의식 아래 연구를 수행하게 되었다.

  • COMS (Communication, Ocean and Meteorological Satellite) is a geostationary satellite and has been developing by KARI for communication, ocean observation and meteorological observation. Conventional thermal control design, using MLI (Multi Layer Insulation), OSR (Optical Solar Reflector), heater and heat pipe, is utilized. Ka-band components are installed on South wall, while other equipment for sensors are installed on the opposite side, North wall. High dissipating communication units are located on external (surface) heat pipe and are covered by internal insulation blankets to decouple them from the rest of the satellite. External satellite walls are covered by MLI or OSR for insulation from space and for rejection internal heat to space. The ocean and meteorological sensors are installed on optical benches on the top floor to decouple thermally from the satellite. Single solar array wing is adopted in order to secure clear field of view of radiant cooler of IR meteorological sensor. This paper presents principles of thermal control design for the COMS.

Erickson의 의사소통 태도 척도(S-24)의 국내 적용을 위한 타당도 및 신뢰도 연구 (A Preliminary Study on Development Korean Version of the Modified Erickson Scale of Communication Attitudes(S-24))

  • For the exact assessment and diagnosis of stuttering, not only speech disfluency but also the attitude of stuttering has to be considered. However, clinical researches and studies about stuttering have tend to center around disfluency. Relatively little attention was paid to the communication attitude of stuttering. In this paper, we will attempt to investigate that the Modified Erickson Scale of Communication Attitudes(S-24) is available in Korean stutterer. The S-24 was administrated to 27 adults with stuttering and 27 normal adults. Based on the item analysis of S-24, 4 items which have the low item discrimination coefficient and are little difference between stutterer group and normal group were excepted from the scale. To test validity of the reconstructed communication attitude scale, we estimated a internal consistency and carried out correlation analyses and discrimination analyses. We found that the reconstructed scale had a high internal consistency(a = .8701), was consisted six components(explanatory power = 66.59% of total variation), correlated with the PSI at .439 and with the SESAS at -.527, and correctly classified between stutterers and normal adults at 92.6%. Consequently, the reconstructed communication attitude scale is a useful scale to assess stutterer's communication attitude in Korea.
