With rapid developments in technology and communications' many teachers are increasingly exposed to a variety of e-Learning environments that they must develop new competencies and skills to be successful e-Learning teachers. The purpose of this training program, sponsored by HRD Korea (Human Resources Development Services of Korea), is to provide e-Learning teachers with meaningful opportunities for promoting quality e-Learning teaching. This program covers pedagogical issues as well as technical and practical aspects of the e-Learning environments. Before starting the program development the survey and the current e-Learning program assessments were conducted. The training program is divided into three modules as follows: 1) theoretical issues of e-Learning, 2) development of e-Learning contents, and 3) implementation of e-Learning environments. These three modules can be selectively reorganized in response to teacher requirements and demands. ln each module, there are five subtopics that include creative teaching and interaction strategies for promoting the effective e-Learning teaching. ln conclusion, teachers will gain greater understanding of teacher roles in e-Learning instruction, more flexibility in teaching jobs, increased confidence and knowledge to act as e-Learning facilitators through the completion of this training program.

We are at the onset of a major revolution in education, a revolution unparalleled since the invention of the printing press. The computer will be the instrument of this revolution. Computers and computer application are everywhere these days. Everyone can't avoid the influence of the computer in today's world. The computer is no longer a magical, unfamiliar tool that is used only by researchers or scholars or scientists. The computer helps us do our jobs and even routine tasks more effectively and efficiently. More importantly, it gives us power never before available to solve complex problems. Mathematics instruction in secondary schools is frequently perceived to be more a amendable to the use of computers than are other areas of the school curriculum. This is based on the perception of mathematics as a subject with clearly defined objectives and outcomes that can be reliably measured by devices readily at hand or easily constructed by teachers or researchers. Because of this reason, the first large-scale computerized curriculum projects were in mathematics, and the first educational computer games were mathematics games. And now, the entire mathematics curriculum appears to be the first of the traditional school curriculum areas to be undergoing substantial trasformation because of computers. Recently, many research-Institutes of our country are going to study on computers in orders to use it in mathematics education, but the study is still start ing-step. In order to keep abreast of this trend necessity, and to enhance mathematics teaching/learning which is instructed lecture-based teaching/learning at the present time, this study aims to develop/present practical method of computer-using. This is devided into three methods. 1. Programming teaching/learning method This part is presented the following five types which can teach/learn the mathematical concepts and principle through concise program. (Type 1) Complete a program. (Type 2) Know the given program's content and predict the output. (Type 3) Write a program of the given flow-chart and solve the problem. (Type 4) Make an inference from an error message, find errors and correct them. (Type 5) Investigate complex mathematical fact through program and annotate a program. 2. Problem-solving teaching/learning method solving This part is illustrated how a computer can be used as a tool to help students solve realistic mathematical problems while simultaneously reinforcing their understanding of problem-solving processes. Here, four different problems are presented. For each problem, a four-stage problem-solving model of polya is given: Problem statement, Problem analysis, Computer program, and Looking back/Looking ahead. 3. CAI program teaching/learning method This part is developed/presented courseware of sine theorem section (Mathematics I for high school) in order to avail individualized learning or interactive learning with teacher. (Appendix I, II)

Plan and it embodied the high school information society which it follows in 7th curriculum and the WBI of computer subject from the dissertation which it sees. In order to improve the qualify of curriculum ultimately, it endeavored. Territory it analyzes a subject contents first, especially it surveys, foundation it hardens, the actual training semester and pure with studying of self-evaluation do to become accomplished, studying oneself to sleep the possibility of doing own lead studying which is the possibility of studying spontaneously and integrated textbook studying in same tine it does to be with they are composing of the education paradigm the flag for a problem solving ability and an originality accident. In this dissertation used the php, Apache web server and the DBMS used the MySQL. To program member joining, the information society and computer curriculum take a course and test, it questions and, it is composed to data mourge. After taking a course, simultaneously lecturing a paper and online instruction, set up a foundation and quering that gratify one's curiosity thus it will be able to digest a study in once.
The purpose of this study is to provide fundamental data supporting facilitation of a formal health education performed by school nurses as health educators. To evaluate the teacher expertise of school nurses as health educators, this study analyzed the present status of health education and the recognition of self-confidence in teaching ability of school nurses. Self addressing questionnaire were mailed out to 340 secondary school nurses in Seoul and out of them 244 nurses (71.8%) responded to the survey. Analysis of the data was made using t-test and ANOVA in SAS program. The major results are as follows : 1. The total health instruction performance rate was 84.6% (204). Regular health instruction was carried out by 66 nurses and the rest of the 155 subjects gave irregular instruction on health education. 2. Regular health education classes was offered as a part of physical education class hour by 89.4% of the respondents whereas only 10.6% of them had formal health education classes. The survey showed that irregular health education classes were mainly held in physical education class hours (70.3%) and 14.8% had opportunities for additional classes on health education. 3. The average class for regular health education was 5 hours per week but for irregular health education classes were only one hour per semester (32.9%). 4. Among the 11 categories of health education, education on drug abuse and body structure and function and physical development occupied 95.6%, 69.6% respectably while physical training, family health, social health occupied 10.8%, 12.7%. 5. Health education was given much more at public schools (88.2%) than at private schools. 6. 232 (95.0%) school nurses agreed with the necessity of formalizing health education classes and 227 (93.1%) wanted to change their status from school nurses to formal health teachers. 7. This paper presents the design of 32 bit microprocessor for a sequence control using a field programmable gate array(FPGA). The microprocessor was designed by a VHDL with top down method, the program memory was separated from the data memory for high speed execution of sequence instructions. Therefore it was possible that sequence instructions could be operated at the same time during the instruction fetch cycle. In order to reduce the instruction decoding time and the interface time of the data memory interface, an instruction code size was implemented by 32 bits. And the real time debug operation was implemented for easeful debugging the designed processor with a single step run, PC break point run, data memory break point run. Also in this designed microprocessor, pulse instructions, step controllers, master controllers, BM and BCD type arithmetic instructions, barrel shift instructions were implemented for sequence logic control. The FPGA was synthesized under a Xilinx's Foundation 4.2i Project Manager using a V600EHQ240 which contains 600,000 gates. Finally simulation and experiment were successfully performed respectively. For showing good performance, the designed microprocessor for the sequence logic control was compared with the H8S/2148 microprocessor which contained many bit instructions for sequence logic control. The designed processor for the sequence logic showed good performance.
