The purpose of this study was to apply the instruction consulting model for elementary science lesson with novice teacher. In this study the PIE(Preparation, Implementation and Evaluation stage) instruction consulting model was used. This model was introduced and offered during the electromagnet unit for sixth graders. The results of this study were as follows. First, in the assessment of the teacher's satisfaction with the instruction consulting the client teacher was found to be very satisfied. Second, the inquiry and scientific achievement for the students of the client's class were to increase in the experimental group, which demonstrated a statistically significant difference. Given the above results, the instruction consulting applied with the PIE model for novice teachers, who desire to raise the success rate of the experiment for students in the electromagnet unit of the elementary science class, helped the teachers to teach the students.

The purpose of this study is to construct the "open" instructional model that might be used properly in mathematics classroom. In this study, the core philosophy of "openness" in mathematics instruction is looked upon as the transference itself from pursuing simply strengthening the function of instruction such as effectiveness in the management of educational environment into the understanding of the nature of mathematics learning and the pursuing of true effectiveness in mathematics learning. It means, in other words, this study is going to accept the "openness" as functional readiness to open all the possibility among the conditions of educational environment for the purpose of realizing maximum learning effectiveness. With considering these concepts, this study regards open mathematics education as simply one section among the spectrum of mathematics education, thus could be included in the category of mathematics education. The model for open instruction in mathematics classroom, constructed in this study, has the following virtues: This model (1) suggests integrated view of open mathematics instruction that could adjust the individual and sporadic views recently constructed about open mathematics instruction; (2) could suggest structural approach for the construction of open mathematics instruction program; (3) could be used in other way as a method for evaluation open mathematics instruction program.thematics instruction program.

강의평가는 질 높은 수업을 실현하고 개선${\cdot}$발전시키기 위해서 일련의 수업체계 및 과정을 평가하고, 분석한 결과를 이용하여 강의 내용을 재조직하거나 강의방법을 개선하여 대학교육의 질적 수준을 높이며, 더 나아가 양질의 교육을 제공함으로써 교육 소비자인 학생들의 만족도를 제고시키는데 그 목적이 있다. 즉 강의평가는 교육현장에서 수행되는 강의에 대한 평가를 통하여 교육 소비자인 학생들의 만족도를 제고시키기 위한 서비스품질 측정 도구라 할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 강의평가를 통한 교육 서비스품질 향상이 중요한 만큼 강의 서비스품질 측정을 위한 타당한 측정도구를 제안하였다.

이 연구는 대학 강의 상황에서 두 예비 과학 교사들의 코티칭을 활용한 수업이 계획 준비되고, 실행되며, 평가 반성되는 과정을 자세히 기술하고 설명하며 이해하려는 목적을 가진다. 예비 과학 교사들은 수업에 대한 관점을 교환하며 코티칭 수업 모형과 내용을 선정하고 수업 자료를 공동으로 준비하였다. 강의실의 공간을 두 예비 과학 교사들이 효율적으로 활용하고, 수업을 이끌어가는 역할을 주고받으면서 코티칭 수업을 함께 진행하였다. 코티칭 수업에 직접적 간접적으로 참여하는 지도교수와 다른 예비 과학 교사들은 학생 또는 수업 비평가의 역할을 맡아 코티칭 수업을 도왔으며, 수업 후 평가와 반성을 공유하였다. 코티칭 수업이 중등 교육 현장, 과학 교사 교육, 과학 교육 등에서 가지는 의미와 시사점을 논의하였다.

국민참여재판에서 판사가 배심원에게 제시하는 법설시에는 범죄사실에 대해서 합리적인 의심이 없는 정도의 증명에 이르렀을 때 유죄를 인정해야 한다는 "합리적 의심의 초월 기준"에 대한 설명이 포함된다. 합리적 의심의 초월 기준은 일반적으로 배심원들이 평의를 시작하기 직전에 설명되는데, 본 연구에서는 설시절차(증거 이전, 증거 이후)에 따라 피고인에 대한 유죄/무죄 인정에 차이가 생긴다는 선행연구를 기반으로 그 인지과정을 알아보고자 하였다. 배심원 자격을 가진 만 20세 이상 성인남녀 189명을 대상으로 합리적 의심의 초월 기준에 대한 설명을 증거 전과 후에 받은 집단이 증거 후에만 설시를 받은 집단과 설시를 받지 않은 집단보다 피고인에 대한 유죄인정비율이 낮은지 분석한 후, 설시 제시절차와 유죄인정비율 사이의 두 가지 인지과정을 확인하였다: 1) 유죄판단 역치 생성, 2) 증거의 증명력 평가. 분석 결과, 설시를 증거 전후에 받은 집단은 다른 집단에 비해 피고인의 유죄를 판단하기 위한 역치가 높게 형성된 것을 확인하였으나, 증거의 증명력은 설시 제시절차 간에 유의한 차이가 없었다. 이러한 결과는 배심원이 재판에서 설시를 증거 전에 받았을 때, 각 증거의 증명력을 합리적 의심의 초월 기준으로 평가하기보다는 유죄결정을 위한 역치수준을 조정하여 그것을 기반으로 피고인에 대한 최종판단을 한다고 해석되었다.

A teacher evaluation system is a hot issue of educational policy these days. Many teachers have opposed teacher evaluation system, but government and many parents have agreed teacher evaluation system. And some people agree teacher evaluation system, but some people disagree teacher evaluation system. The approvers of teacher evaluation system insist that teacher evaluation system can provide the quality of instruction, satisfaction of schooling, and nation's competition capacity. But opponents of teacher evaluation system insist that teacher evaluation system can provide dissatisfaction of teachers' job, excessive competition among teachers, and the failure of educational policy. So, comprehensive studies about teacher evaluation system are needed. The purpose of this study was to investigate that elementary and secondary teachers' recognition about teacher evaluation system. The tool of this study was used questionnaire which was made by researcher of this study. This study indicates as follows. Many teachers opposed teacher evaluation system, because of deficit of validity and reliability of teacher evaluation system. Also, many teachers indicated instruction ability as the most important evaluation standard of teacher evaluation system. And many teachers predicted the dissatisfaction of teachers' job and excessive competition among teachers as a result of teacher evaluation system.

수학 수업에서 요구되는 교사 지식을 '교과 내용 지식', '학습자 이해 지식', '교수 학습 방법 및 평가 지식', '수업 상황 지식'으로 상정하고, 수업 평가 및 교사 지식과 관련된 여러 선행 연구들에 의거하여 본 연구자는 교사 지식 요소 각각에 대한 수업 평가 영역 및 기준 마련을 위한 연구를 수행해 왔다. 본고에서는 지금껏 본인에 의해 수차례 수행된 연구 결과들을 신중히 재검토하여 보다 일관성 있고 체계적으로 수정 보완하고자 하였다. 이때, 각각의 교사 지식에 대한 교사 자신의 자기평가 방법에 따라 측정 용이한, 즉 실제적 활용 가치를 신중히 고려함은 물론, 특히 '수업전', '수업 중', '수업 후'의 상황을 모두 반영한 수학 수업 평가 기준을 새로이 마련하고자 하는데 중점을 두었다. 이처럼, 본고의 연구 결과를 활용하는데 있어서 교사는 수업 전, 수업 중, 수업 후 상황에 국면하게 되고, 교사 지식은 이러한 상황 모두에 요구되나, 실제의 수업 상황에서 모든 교사 지식에 대한 수업 평가 기준을 '동시에' 모두 고려하여 평가, 진단하는 것은 쉽지 않을 일이다. 이에 따라, 교사 자신 및 동료들이 해당 수업에 따라 요구되는 특정의 교사 지식 및 특정의 수업 진행 상황(수업 전, 수업 중, 또는 수업 후)을 선정하여 이에 국한, 집중하여 평가하도록 해야 할 것이다.

For the purpose of diagnosing the problems in inquiry instruction and evaluation in secondary schools of Korea, an inquiry achievement test and a questionnaire were administered to a sample of 127 science teachers and 610 junior high school students. The analysis of the results served to the clarification of broo:J. range of problems concerning inquiry teaching. Based on the data gathered and analyzed in this study, the major suggestions are as follows. 1. The content of science textbooks must be diminished, and be written for easier understanding. 2. Science instruction and entrance exams must be changed from content-oriented to inquiry-oriented. 3. Effective teacher education program regarding inquiry teaching and evaluating method must be developed and performed.

We have been received questionnairs on the general characteristics and cognition of radiotechnological students, instruction which they hope, and the present processing actural states of instruction to 610 numbers of 2, 3 years radiotechnological students in korea. We have been perceived the actural states of radiotechnological instruction by the results of questionnaires, therefore, the imperfections of student's contentment, lack of instruction plan and audio-visual material's practical use, insufficient of study activities on instruction process, lack of clinical adaptation and practice of lecture evaluation were founded. We propose the solving method of these problems as the improvement of instruction. It is necessary for the will and effort of college and teacher to practices these problems.

본 논문에서는 재난재해 또는 보안의 이유로 외부와의 통신이 어려운 상황에서도 운용할 수 있도록 외부 데이터 통신 없이 장비와 스마트폰 간의 무선통신만으로 장비 인식과 매뉴얼 데이터 전송을 수행할 수 있는 온라인 매뉴얼 시스템을 설계하고 구현한다. 매뉴얼 데이터가 내장된 매뉴얼 관리 모듈을 대상 장비에 내장한 후 스마트폰에서 수행되는 매뉴얼 앱은 관리 모듈에 부착된 QR 코드 스캔 또는 NFC 접촉으로 장비를 인식하고, 장비가 인식되면 블루투스 통신을 통해 관리 모듈에 내장된 매뉴얼 데이터를 수신하여 웹 템플릿을 이용하여 화면에 표시한다. 구현된 시스템을 실제 산업용 발전기에 설치하여 정전 발생 시 기존의 3단계 처리 과정을 2단계로 줄일 수 있음을 보였다.
