공해 유발형 산업기술/제품의 폐기 요구 점증, 배출된 오염 물질 제거를 위한 후처리기술(EOP 기술) 활용의 한계, Green Round에 의한 국제 무역 규제 및 환경 부담금 문제 가시화(PPMs 규제) 및 지속 가능한 환경조화형 산업기술 확보(Sustainable Development)요구 등에 능동적 대처를 위해 산업활동에서의 환경오염 발생을 원천 억제 또는 제거하는 미래형 청정기술개발에 대한 요구가 급증하고 있다. 미래청정기술은 산업활동에서의 환경오염 발생을 원천 억제 또는 제거하는 미래형 환경오염 방지 기술로 정의될 수 있다. 선진국에 비해 청정기술 개발이 늦은 국내 현실에서 청정기술의 예속화를 피하고 기술 자립을 위해서는 원천 기술의 확보가 필수 불가결하며, 이의 달성을 위한 효과적인 청정기술의 개발 전략이 요구된다. 현재 국내 외에서 진행 중인 연구개발 프로그램을 비교 분석하고, 원천 기술인 미래형 청정기술의 성격을 규명한 뒤 효과적인 연구 수행을 위한 전략을 소개한다.

The presented scientific research substantiates the principles of the mechanism of the investment resources involvement in order to introduce innovations at enterprises in the context of digitalization using a resource-functional approach. The importance of attracting investment resources, which contributes to the modernization of production systems, the creation of a stable economic field of development of economic entities, is justified. The expediency of application of the resource-functional approach on research of the mechanism of attraction of investment resources for introduction of innovations at the enterprises in the conditions of digitalization is proved. The investment process is presented in the form of a chain of interdependent processes which include: attraction of investment resources, investments, increase of investment value, profit. It is proved that the mechanism of attracting investment resources for the introduction of innovations in enterprises in the context of digitalization cannot be considered in isolation from the process, due to the fact that the mechanism is aimed at performing specific functions. The functions of the mechanism include management, complex, coordination, monitoring, performance and control functions. Functions of the mechanism of attraction of investment resources for introduction of innovations at the enterprises in the conditions of digitalization are caused by the purposes of attraction of investment resources for innovative development; the presence of an objective nature; relative independence and homogeneity; implementation of functions in the process of investing in innovative activities of the enterprise.

At present water crisis is not an issue of scarcity, but of access. There is a growing recognition of the need for increased access to clean water (drinkable, agricultural, industrial use). An encouraging number of innovative technologies, systems, components, processes are emerging for water-treatment, including new filtration and disinfectant technologies, and removal of organics from water. In the past decade many methods have been developed. The most important membrane-based water technologies include reverse osmosis (RO), ultrafiltration (UF), microfiltration (MF), and nanofiltration. Beside membrane based water-treatment processes, other techniques such as advanced oxidation process (AOP) have also been developed. Some unconventional water treatment technology such as magnetic treatment is also being developed.

Augmented reality/virtual reality(AR/VR) technology has a very long research history, beginning in the 1860s. As of the CES of 2016, the expectations regarding the commercialization of AR/VR technology have increased, incurring the interest of many people. AR/VR technologies will be established as a part of our everyday life, such as smartphones, by combining the breakthrough developments of displays, semiconductors, sensors, and various content development technologies. However, until recently, the results of innovative technological developments and market growth had not been reported. In this article, we analyze these trends by focusing on display technologies, and discuss future directions.

Many attention have been paid to the innovative technologies aiming at the paradigm shift such as the modular housing, pre-fabrication method, or long-life housing. Despite the government's efforts to diffuse the long-life housing, few case gained the high grades by applying various technologies required in the Long-life Housing Certification System. The concerns of cost increase and low profit are the main reason why most of the construction firms avoid the adoption of long-life housing. In this study, the variations of construction costs were analyzed according to the grades in the Long-life Housing Certification System. The results of this study will help the decision makers find the optimal solution in employing the long-life housing technologies during planning.

Manufacturing firms face a paradigm shift from industrial systems driven by efficiency to post-industrial systems where success depends on a quick-response to customer demands for a variety of high-quality products. In essence, time is becoming a critical dimension for competition. New information technologies allow many firms to pursue time-based competitive strategies. The purpose of this research is to investigate the relationship among the types of information technology, behaviors of suppliers, the structures of new product development processes, and the competitiveness of the firms. The data for this study were collected from 96 Korean manufacturing firms that have implemented certain types of information technologies. Research results from LISREL analysis confirm that the competitiveness comes from product innovation capabilities and innovative product development process. But the linkage between the information technologies and the firms' competitiveness proves to be indirect. Suppliers, organizational culture related to IT, and some other factors also have indirect impact on the competitiveness. A summarized report of other findings is provided as well.

The article is devoted to the problems and prospects of integration of informational technologies in the administration of justice as a necessary component of the development of the informational society in Ukraine. In general, informational technologies make it possible to create new forms of organization and interaction of bodies of public authorities with society, to introduce innovative solutions for legal regulation and organization of public relations. More and more services for citizens are moving to electronic format. Judicial reform is aimed at ensuring more comfortable and convenient interaction with the courts. The need for the usage of informational technology in the proceedings is preconditioned by the global informatization of modern society, the development of new forms of interaction in the civil sphere with the usage of electronic means of communication: the global Internet, mobile, and satellite communication systems and more. "Electronic justice" involves the use of information and communication technologies in the implementation of procedural law.

Wearable metaverse devices have sparked enthusiasm as innovative virtual computing user interfaces by addressing a major source of user discomfort, namely, motion-to-photon latency. This kind of latency occurs between the user motion and screen update. To enhance the realism and immersion of experiences using metaverse devices, the vergence-accommodation conflict in stereoscopic image representation must be resolved. Ongoing research aims to address current challenges by adopting vari-focal, multifocal, and light field display technologies for stereoscopic imaging. We explore current trends in research with emphasis on multifocal stereoscopic imaging. Successful metaverse visualization services require the integration of stereoscopic image rendering modules and content encoding/decoding technologies tailored to these services. Additionally, real-time video processing is essential for these modules to correctly and timely process such content and implement metaverse visualization services.

The rapid advancement of drone technology has significantly altered the landscape of modern warfare, presenting both opportunities and challenges for military forces worldwide. As drones become increasingly sophisticated, capable of performing complex missions such as reconnaissance, surveillance, and precision strikes, the development of effective air defense systems has become a critical priority. This study examines the current state of drone and air defense technologies, analyzing their impact on military strategies, tactics, and the future battlefield environment. By exploring the patterns of technological evolution, the limitations of existing air defense systems, and the potential consequences of drone proliferation, this research highlights the need for adaptive, innovative approaches to counter emerging threats. The findings underscore the importance of investing in advanced detection and interception capabilities, developing comprehensive counter-drone doctrines, and fostering international cooperation to address the ethical and legal challenges posed by the military use of drones. As the competition between drone and air defense technologies continues to intensify, policymakers and military leaders must proactively engage in shaping the future of warfare to ensure national security and stability in an increasingly complex world.

다양한 기능을 제공하는 웨어러블 디바이스에 대한 대중의 인지 및 관심은 크게 증가하였으나, 정작 실제 판매 성장률은 정체되는 현상이 관찰되고 있다. 본 논문은 이러한 웨어러블 디바이스의 확산정체현상을 분석하기 위해 향후 스마트워치에 내장될 서비스 기술들에 대한 소비자의 선호를 컨조인트 분석을 통해 파악하였다. 또한, 스마트워치의 각 서비스별 소비자 지불의사금액을 도출하여, 스마트워치 제품별 간접효용과 이에 기반한 상대적 소비자 수용률을 예측하였다. 그 결과 신기술 사용으로 얻는 기대효용보다 스마트워치 착용이 야기하는 새로운 행동양식의 변화로 인한 심리적인 비용이 클 경우, 소비자들이 구매를 주저하여 혁신적인 제품의 확산이 저해되는 소위 '혁신의 저주'가 스마트워치 시장에서도 나타날 수 있음을 확인하였다. 이와 같은 분석결과는 웨어러블 디바이스 기술개발 계획 수립과 같은 기술전략 뿐만 아니라, 제품출시 및 판매가격 설정 등 마케팅 전략에 대한 실무적 시사점을 제공한다.
