The aim of this study is to promote an appropriate consumption culture given the features of the segmented female college student group and to utilize these features as basic data at the level of consumer education. The lifestyle of female college students will be identified, along with the current use and customer satisfaction of low price cosmetics that are aimed at this group. The conclusion will be proposed on the basis of the results of this study: Firstly, low price cosmetics producers need to develop products that satisfy the needs of customers and to establish marketing strategies such as sales promotions according to the current trend. Secondly, in order to establish rational purchasing, it is necessary to promote an appropriate consumption culture by offering consumer education to college students. Thirdly, most consumers equate brands with quality. Therefore, companies need to continually produce quality products that may be differentiated from other low price cosmetics, not only in terms of price but also in terms of product quality, in order to enhance the reliability of their brand. Furthermore, it is necessary for consumers to be able to purchase products by considering product quality through searching for diverse information and not merely by depending on any particular brand.

The $4^{th}$ generation mobile communications, through several radio access networks such as WLAN, Bluetooth, UMTS, GPRS, CDMA 1X, and IMT-2000 in the same area offering different type of coverage, will support interactive multimedia services in additions to wider bandwidths, higher bit rates, and service portability. Regardless of various radio access networks, they will also support robust security mechanisms, as well as seamless mobility and common authentication. In this paper, we give an overview of WLAN security and examine its security problems. We also explain the enhanced security schemes, such as port-based authentication, EAP, and IEEE 802.1X. For secure wireless communications, several possible security solutions are offered and evaluated in various respects to improve WLAN security. This paper will make a contribution to provide more secure wireless communications to cellular operators embracing WLAN technology as a means to generate new revenues based on data services.

In this paper, we designed and implemented a practice-oriented simulation-type web courseware to learn the ‘Digital Circuits’ subject effectively. The implemented web courseware utilized multimedia elements such as graphics, animations, and voices etc. for improving understanding and interaction of learning. Also, the web courseware could be easily updated a learning information by using database built in a web server system. In result, the implemented web courseware could encourage a learner with a motive of learning and improve effects of learning. Also, a learner can widely learn because we can add various contents to database according to need. Furthermore, the web courseware could improve understanding for learning by offering feedback on the result.

In the Internet, an identity service must to obtain permission from a user to allow them to share data with requesting service. For that, the privacy policy, which reflects legal regulations and preferences made by the user, is needed. Also, the management interface that aids the user to make the privacy policy and the PDP system that makes admission control and policy decisions in response to a request from an entity wanting to access the personal information are needed. In this paper, the privacy controller system model handled under the internet Identity management system environment is proposed. The system has the easy interface of policy generation and the efficient policy decision process. The system applies and modifies to the XACML of OASIS group. We propose that the privacy policy is divided into the three policies, which are the user policy, the domain policy and the basic offering policy. To resolve the collision between the policies, we also propose the collision resolution policy.

EPCIS(EPC Information Services) system is a core component of EPCglobal Architecture Framework offering information of the freights, the time of awareness and the location of awareness on the EPCglobal Network. The role of EPCIS is to exchange information based on EPC. There are four kinds of event data which are object event data, aggregation event data, quantity event data, and transaction event data. These EPCIS events data are stored and managed in EPCIS repository. This study suggest the quantitative modeling about total number of EPCIS event data under the assumption to aware the RFID tags of items, cases(boxes), vehicles(carriers, forklifts, auto guided vehicles, rolltainers) at a time on the reading points. We also estimate the number of created EPCIS event data by the suggested quantitative modeling under scenario of process in the integrated logistics center based on RFID system And this study compare the TO-BE model with the AS-IS model about the total sizes of created EPCIS event data using the simulation, in which we suggested the TO-BE model as the development of the repository by skipping the overlapped records.

So far the study of digital home has mainly been made up of the network technology and the sorority system, but the application to consider the discriminatory characteristics of the individual family members has been interested in comparison with the necessity. The system proposed in this study is to get the information of the internal users through the access-controlling system. The controller offers the discriminatory environment by activating the database of the internal users and controls the sub-system of the home-network. The suggested system can automatically offer the discriminatory environment among the family members by limiting TV programs or channels according to the users' age, by offering other internet environment according to the users, by putting restrictions on telephone numbers, or by restricting the settling right of the home-shopping companies.

The MPEG-4 standard is aimed to define an object based audiovisual coding standard to address the emerging needs from interactive broadcasting. Since a broadcasting program is created on the basis of its objects, it is considered that MPEG-4 is most suitable for interactive broadcasting contents production and it can be retrieved in terms of its properties. But, there is no system that protects the copyright of digital contents and manages copyright and possibility that contents producer and author's copyright receives infringement at process that exchange contents mutually rose very. Therefore, we need to control and distribute contents according to user's permission rights. In this paper, we present the authoring system based on MPEG-4 IPMP for copyright and protection of MPEG-4 contents. The main features of the proposed approach is to provide an MPEG-4 compliant IPMP authoring system in a plug-in type along with standardized interfaces, which is to be able to incorporated into an existing MPEG-4 content authoring system. In this way, it is capable of authoring content to the MP4 file format while accommodating protection and management of content in a unified way. Furthermore, it also allows a user to edit and/or author IPMP information in a more efficient way by offering form based user interfaces.

In this paper, we can easily update teaming information by using database built in web server system in implementation of a web courseware that a learner can effectively team the 'Digital Circuits' subject. Also, we offered multimedia elements such as graphics, animations, and voices etc. for increasing understanding and interaction of teaming and designed and implemented a simulation-type web courseware of practice-oriented. In result, it can encourage a learner with a motive of learning and increase effects of teaming. Also, a learner can learn various contents because we can add teaming contents to database according to needs. Furthermore, it can improve understanding for teaming by offering feedback on the result. In future, we need to design and implement circuits with more complex and many functions by adding circuit with function that can store.

A performance evaluation tool makes an important role in order to improve performance of an embedded software which has restricted computing resources. However, existing performance evaluation tools for embedded softwares cannot be used in collaborative development environment because they support only one developer with performance evaluation work under cross development environment. In this paper, we propose a performance evaluation tool for embedded softwares on collaborative development environment. A proposed tool is based on server and client model. It can have flexibility in offering and integrating the result information for the items. Through the suggested tool. developers can intuitively understand and analysis performance evaluation results each other.
