  • In light of the COVID-19 incident, organizations have recognized the importance of systematically managing knowledge resources to enhance work efficiency and performance within the organization. We have adopted the perspective of knowledge hoarding, which entails the ownership of individual knowledge, and aim to elucidate the underlying mechanisms that contribute to knowledge hoarding by considering the organizational environment, personal characteristics, and task characteristics. To test our hypothesis, we conducted a survey among employees working in companies that have implemented knowledge management policies or systems. We obtained a total of 381 samples, which were analyzed using AMOS 22.0 and Process 3.1 macros. Our findings reveal that distributive injustice leads to conflicts relationships and subsequently increases individual knowledge hoarding. Furthermore, we found that sensitivity to incentive interacts with distributive injustice, further exacerbating knowledge hoarding. Conversely, task interdependence mitigates knowledge hoarding by interacting with distributive injustice and relation conflict. These results contribute to the development of effective organizational knowledge management strategies aimed at curbing knowledge hoarding within the organization.

The study revealed husband's rigid family rules, husband's execution of patriarchal authority, husband's pursuit of family identity, and husband's emphasis of union among family members as the characteristics of remarried family. On the other hand, the study found the reinforcement of spousal subsystem, the pursuit of change in communication pattern between husband and wife, the amelioration of rigid family rules, and the acceptance of differences among family members as the intervention of family therapy to resolve the conflicts of remarried family.

  • In this study, we analyzed a mathematical discussion in the Calculus II course of the Gifted Science Academy and individual interviews to determine the relationship between cognitive conflicts and commognitive conflicts. The mathematical discussion began with a question from a student who seemed to have a cognitive conflict about the osculating plane of a space curve. The results indicated that the commognitive conflicts were resolved by ritualizing and using the socially constructed knowledge, but cognitive conflicts were not resolved. Furthermore, we found that the cause of the cognitive conflict resulted from the student's imperfect analogical reasoning and the reflective discourse about it could be a learning opportunity for overcoming the conflict. These findings imply that cognitive conflicts can trigger the appearance of commognitive conflicts, but the elimination of commognitive conflicts does not imply that cognitive conflicts are resolved.

  • Background: Workforce health is one of the primary and most challenging issues, particularly in industrialized countries. This article aims at modeling the major factors affecting accidents in the workplace, including general health, work-family conflict, effort-reward imbalance, and internal and external locus of control. Methods: A cross-sectional study was conducted in Esfahan Steel Company in Iran. A total of 450 participants were divided into two groups-control and case-and the questionnaires were distributed among them. Data were collected through a 7-part questionnaire. Finally, the results were analyzed using SPSS 22.0 and Amos software. Results: All the studied variables had a significant relationship with the accident proneness. In the case group, general health with a coefficient of -0.37, worke-family conflict with 0.10, effort-reward imbalance with 0.10, internal locus of control with -0.07, and external locus of control with 0.40 had a direct effect on occupational stress. Occupational stress also had a positive direct effect on accident proneness with a coefficient of 0.47. In addition, fitness indices of control group showed general health (-0.35), worke-family conflict (0.36), effort-reward imbalance (0.13), internal locus of control (-0.15), and external locus of control (0.12) have a direct effect on occupational stress. Besides, occupational stress with a coefficient of 0.09 had a direct effect on accident proneness. Conclusion: It can be concluded that although previous studies and the present study showed the effect of stress on accident and accident proneness, some hidden and external factors such as work-family conflict, effort-reward imbalance, and external locus of control that affect stress should also be considered. It helps industries face less occupational stress and, consequently, less occurrence rates of accidents.

Method: The subjects were 113 male college students in D and J city. The data were collected from April 24 to May 3, in 2017 using a structured questionnaire. The data were analyzed using the SPSS WIN 24.0 program. For data analysis, independent t-test, One-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient and multiple linear regression analysis were carried out. Results: The results are follows. First, the individual characteristics in gender role conflict were significantly different in motivation(F=2.62, p=0.028) and the entering college decision(F=3.14, p=0.028), and nursing professionalism were significantly different in the entering college decision(F=4.34, p=0.006). Second, a negative relationship was observed between the gender role conflict and nursing professionalism(r=-.287, p=<0.01). The success, power and competition(${\beta}=0.19$, p<0.05) and male superiority(${\beta}=-0.47$, p<0.001) were found to influence nursing professionalism. Conclusion: These results highlight the need to develop educational intervention to lower the superiority of the male and to encourager success, power and competition of male nursing college students.
