  • The main purpose of this study is to analyze the reform of deadministration of universities in China by the Cooper's 4-dimension of education policy theory. Based on the theory, the reform of deadministration was analyzed in four dimensions(normative, structural, constituent, and technical dimension). First, in the normative dimension, the Chinese university deadministration policy is fully guaranteed by law, and mainly aimed at "modernization of education management system and management ability". Second, in the structural dimension, a highly administrative management paradigm of universities has played an important role during the early stages of higher education development, but it now becomes one of the main obstacle to its further development. However, the Chinese university de-administration policy is a policy that has taken almost 60 years. Therefore, this problem must be solved step by step. Third, in the constituent dimension, although there were some differences in the attitudes towards "the administration" and "the de-administration" of Chinese scholars, university presidents and the public(students), most of them agreed on eliminating "the administration of universities." Fourth, in the technical dimension, Chinese central government and many universities have accumulated many achievements of "the deadministration policies" in management and practice, while some criticisms are heard, either. However, I hope that all reform cases, regardless of their success or failure, will become a model for future administrative reforms.

As the data processing method, exploratory factor analysis and reliability analysis, one-way analysis (one-way ANOVA), and multiple regression analysis were used using SPSS WIN. The conclusions derived through the above research methods and procedures are as follows. First, the transformative leadership of Taekwondo leaders at Chinese universities influenced team cohesion. Second, the transformative leadership of Taekwondo leaders at Chinese universities influenced team performance. • Most of the games developed or marketed in the Chinese game market are developed and serviced in foreign countries or are produced in Korea (China) and marketed as services of foreign game companies. If China wants to become the world's game development powerhouse, I think that professional education in multiple methods is the top priority. In particular, I think that a specialized game design department is necessary at a university in China. In this paper, we investigate the game design departments of universities in the United States and the game development powers in South Korea and the Korean game development powers to analyze the educational system of the game design department. Through comparative analysis, a Chinese university finds the necessary elements when establishing a new game design department, and trains advanced game developers in the game field at the Chinese Department of Digital Media Arts. If this study is helpful to the game education in China, it will be studied in the future for the master's program and the doctoral program.

  • The landscape of the education market is changing. As part of efforts to deal with the decrease of a school-age population in Korea, Korean universities and colleges are endeavoring to attract foreign students. Chinese students, the largest share of foreign university students in Korea, are becoming an important element at Korean universities and colleges. Chinese students face various kinds of difficulties while trying to cope with new environments in the country. This study aims to analyze the impact of academic factors and psychological factors of Chinese students on the level of adaptation to university life and their satisfaction with it. Data on 128 Chinese students attending D University located in Busan were collected and a path analysis was conducted using partial least squares (PLS) regression. Research results are as follows. First, professors as an academic factor and the level of interest of university staff have significant impact on the level of adaptation to university life while Korean language proficiency does not have significant impact on the level of adaptation to university life. Second, homesickness as a psychological factor is correlated to the level of adaptation to university life with significance while acculturative stress is not correlated to it. Third, the level of adaptation to university life is correlated to the level of satisfaction with university life. Based on these findings, the significance, limitations and future directions of this study are discussed.
