수도권 대학병원 행정 직원의 직무만족에 미치는 영향 (The Influence on Metropolitan University Hospital Administrative Staff Job Satisfaction)

  • 본 연구는 의료 환경이 공급자 중심에서 소비자 중심으로 변화함에 따라 행정직원에게 동기를 부여하여 직무만족도를 향상시킴으로써 경영의 효율성을 높이고자 하였다. 연구대상은 수도권 대학병원 행정직원 총 305명으로 설문된 데이터를 이용하였다. 분석방법은 AMOS 21 Ver.을 사용하여 구조모형방정식(SEM)으로 통계적 검증을 실시하였다. 첫째, 모형의 적합도 검증결과 $X^2=206.776$, df=77, Q=2.685, P<.001, GFI=.915, TLI=.927, CFI=.946, RMSEA=.074로 분석 되었으며, 본 연구를 검증하는데 타당한 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 성과보상과 근무환경은 동기부여에 통계적으로 정(+)의 방향으로 영향을 미친다는 점이 나타났다. 셋째, 동기부여는 직무만족에 통계적으로 정(+)방향으로 유의하게 나타났다. 넷째, 의사소통이 직무만족에 정(+) 방향으로 영향을 미친다는 점이 통계적으로 유의하게 나타났다. 다섯째, 매개효과 검증 결과, 성과보상과 직무만족의 관계에 있어 동기부여는 완전매개로 나타났고, 근무환경과 직무만족의 관계에 있어 동기부여는 부분매개로 나타났다. 공정하고 합리적인 성과보상과 직장 안정성, 복리후생 등의 근무환경, 조직내외의 원활한 의사소통은 직무만족도를 높인다. 이를 위해서는 경영자의 관심과 의지가 필요하며, 다양한 교육훈련과 프로그램개발이 필요하다. 본 연구를 통하여 병원 행정 직원의 만족도 향상을 위한 제도적 개선 방안을 모색하는 기초적인 자료를 제공하고자 한다.

  • We prepared Co-Cr thin film for perpendicular magnetic recording media with facing targets sputtering system(FTS system) which can deposit a high quality thin film in plasma-free state and wide range of working pressure. The effect of sputtering conditions(argon gas pressure and substrate temperature) on the magnetic and the crystallographic characteristic of Co-Cr thin film was investigated. And the variation of perpendicular coercivity with the variation of film thickness was studied. As a result we obtained the high perpendicular coercivity of 1900Oe and the good dispersion angle of c-axis($\Delta$$\theta$$_{50}$) of 5$^{\circ}$on the film thickness of 100nm for the promising recording layer of perpendicular magnetic recording media.c recording media.a.

Relationship between psychological wellbeing of social welfare facility workers and their organizational commitment

  • The purpose of this study is to identify the relationship between psychological wellbeing of social welfare facility workers and their organizational commitment. The subjects of this study were 230 social welfare facility workers in OO city, Gyeongsangbuk-do, Korea. Analysis was conducted using the SPSS program, including frequency analysis, reliability analysis and correlation analysis, and regression analysis on the causal relationship between variables. The results of the study showed that the psychological wellbeing of social welfare facility workers had a meaningful effect on their emotional commitment, continuous commitment and normative commitment. These results confirmed that the higher the psychological wellbeing of social welfare facility workers, the higher the sub-factors of organizational commitment, such as emotional, continuous, normative commitment, resulting in positive effects on the achievement of goals and values that are pursued by the welfare facilities. This study aims to become foundational data for the improvement of working conditions to improve psychological wellbeing of social welfare facility workers to increase organizational commitment.

유한요소 시뮬레이션을 이용한 알루미늄 7075 복합 압출재에 대한 공정개선 연구 (A Study on Process Improvement of Combined Extrusion with Aluminum Alloy 7075)

  • A combined extrusion process studied here consists of forward and backward extrusion, and it is formed in single operation. The metal flow involved in the operation has appeared to be difficult to analyze accurately because of mixed directions of the flow. In this study, conventional two operations of a forward and a backward extrusions is transformed into one operation of mixed extrusion. A process designed by an industry expert is simulated by the rigid-plastic finite element method to investigate the metal flow and defects. In addition to the FEM simulation, experimental analysis has been carried out to confirm the design in industry, which includes material characterization, preliminary expriment, and whole experimental forming operation. The experimental results show that warm forming of extrusion is more desirable than cold working and hot forming in view of grain growth. Also two conditions of lubrication between workpiece and die has been investigated.

Type Selection of Sediment Desilting Machines in Yellow River Irrigation System

  • Large amount of water is diverted annually for irrigation along the Yellow River. Owing to the tremendous sediment carried by the river , sediment deposits is an important problem in irrigation and drainage system. The sediment has to be taken out by machines from the irrigation system, otherwise water can not be available in the right place at the right time. In order to improve the sediment desilting efficiency, the sediments that settle in certain sites of a irrigation system must be removed by different desilting machines with special performance and working conditions. Those certain sites include : the diversion canal in the flood plain , the mouth of inlet, settling basin , irrigation and drainage system. In view of removal sediment above, the paper presents the ideas of type selection of desilting machines applied to certain sites. Proposals of making further improvement on performance for some desilting machines are also put forward.

  • The construction industry is highly dependent on human resources and changes the degree of completion of construction work depending on the level of performance of engineers. As women's social advancement has recently expanded, the construction industry is also experiencing a large influx. Therefore, it can be seen that not only male engineers' ability to carry out work but also female engineers' ability to carry out work is important. Therefore, this study investigated the actual work conditions and work performance capabilities of female engineers and presented them as basic data for the construction of work capability improvement measures.

  • The purpose of this study is preparing the database for conventional spinning of the steel sheets which are applied into the mechanical parts such as wheel disc and driving clutch drums. The experimental work for the conventional spinning of cylindrical typed shell has been carried out and the database for limiting spinning ratios, suing-back and thickness distributions has been obtained. The working conditions are categorized for the feeding velocity and dimension of rotating mandrel and forming roller. The results are useful to the product design of conical parts. And the present study can contribute to the improvement of industrial technology.

  • The assembly line balancing problem has been focused by many research works because the efficient management of the assembly line might influence not only the quality of the products but also the working conditions for the workers. This paper deals with U-shape mixed-model assembly line balancing and considers both the processing time and the physical workloads. We suggest the goal programming approach for this situation and to overcome some difficulties of finding optimal solution, we adopt the genetic algorithm that is one of the most promising solution techniques. We tested several test problems and present the results that indicate some improvement for the line balancing as well as the stable performance of the algorithm.

  • To automate an excavator the control issues resulting from environmental uncertainties must be solved. In particular the interactions between the excavation tool and the excavation environment are dynamic, unstructured and complex. In addition, operating modes of an excavator depend on working conditions, which makes it difficult to derive the exact mathematical model of excavator. Even after the exact mathematical model is established, it is difficult to design of a controller because the system equations are highly nonlinear and the state variable are coupled. The objective of this study is to design a multi-layer neural network which controls the position of excavator's attachment. In this paper, a dynamic controller has been developed based on an error back-propagation(BP) neural network. Computer simulation results demonstrate such powerful characteristics of the proposed controller as adaptation to changing environment, robustness to disturbance and performance improvement with the on-line learning in the position control of excavator attachment.

태양에너지이용을 위한 $TiO_2$ 박막의 제작과 특성 (Preparation and Properties of $TiO_2$ Films for Solar Energy Utilization)

  • $TiO_2$ thin films for solar energy utilization were prepared on ITO coated glass by r.f magnetron sputtering with variations of working pressure, oxygen flow rate and annealing temperature. Ion insertion and extraction reaction, and ion storage properties of films were investigated by using a cyclic voltammetry. Transmittance of thin films in as-prepared, colored and bleached states was measured by UV-VIS spectrophotometer. The samples deposited in our sputtering conditions showed poor electrochromic properties. Improvement in ion storage properties of $TiO_2$ thin film was observed after annealing at temperature of $400^{\circ}C$ in air for 2 hours. It was found that $TiO_2$ thin film in electrochromic device could be used as a passive counter-electrode.
