In order to improve e-Trade service, this paper has deduced impeding factors after review of precedent research on e-Trade and analysis of e-Trade current status. Then an empirical analysis of whether variables deduced are detrimental factors to utilization of e-Trade service has been made on the basis of a research model and relevant hypotheses. The scope of e-Trade service indicated in this paper is limited to use of uTradeHub system. Analytical results for the improvement of e-Trade service clearly indicate that the higher the impeding factor to utilization of the system integration, logistics and customs clearance, marketing and users field, the more necessary the service improvement for invigoration of e-Trade service. However, foreign exchange field does not seem to require attention because SMEs have not active will to do electronic payment through the process of electronic documents.

The objective of this paper is to identify the problems of Korean inland transportation system and suggest the improvement plan for reducing the export logistics cost. The results are as follows: (1) Expansion of logistics hub facilities : Logistics hub facilities- integrated freight terminal and ICD, etc. can shorten the empty leg and reduce the logistics cost. (2) Design for CVO(Commercial Vehicle Operations) : CVO has various functions that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of freight transportation. (3) Rationalization of freight transportation industry : In particular, the deregulation of the motor freight industry and the privatization of the railway industry induce the competition among their firms and undercut the transportation rates in the long run. (4) Use of third-party logistics : The benefits of TPL are system reliability, improved customer service, and more efficient cost performance.

In this paper, a methodology is developed to remove the high frequency chattering phenomenon which is the common drawbacks of variable structure control(VSC) system. An improved control law is proposed to achieve continuous control input whose terms are continuous functions during the control process under switching plane, which removes chattering and is robust as well. The methodology developed in this paper is applied to attitude control for spacecraft and the simulated results are compared with those of typical VSC methodology.

The motivation in this paper is in constructing the controller with faster adapting speed than the one using the errors between the states of the plant and the model as the adaptive criterion. In the first part of this work, the adaptive law is found by using the state errors. In the later part, the adaptive law is obtained by introducing the companion model method. Finally the justification for the adaptive speed characteristics are compared.

In this paper, an adaptive robust nonlinear predictive controller is developed for the continuous time nonlinear systems whose control objective is composed of the system output and its desired value. The basic control law is derived from the continuous time prediction model and its feedback dynamcis shows another from if input and output linearization. In order to cope with the parameter uncertainty, robust control is incorporated into the basic control law and the asymptotic convergence of tracking error to a certain bounded region is guaranteed. For stability and performance improvement within the bounded region, an adaptive control is introduced. Simulation tests for the motion control of an underwater wall-ranging robot confirm the performance improvement and the robustness of this controller.

In this thesis the legal systems related to real estate and sea area utilization are studied in order to improve them for construction of Very Large Floating Structure. Main research subjects are as follows: 1) Whether can Very Large Floating Structure be accepted or not as real estate like house and land\ulcorner 2) How can the sea area which is occupied by Very Large Floating Structure be utilized\ulcorner As the conclusion, the Very Large Floating Structure can be registered as real estate even though it is not specified by Korean law for the present. The design concept of Very Large Floating Structure can be interpreted as satisfying enough necessary conditions and factors for Very Large Floating Structure to become real estate. In the near future, we have to make improvement on the laws related with the construction of Very Large Floating Structures so that private sectors can joint the construction. In additions, a new law for various floating structures should be made as soon as possible.

In this study, the several control laws and switching planes are considered to eliminate the steady state error and to obtain the rapid response for variable structure control systems. An elimination algorithm is achieved by combination with each other control law, and the type of control law having the most rapid response is shown through some simulations.

"UNIDROIT Principles 2004" focused on an enlargement rather than a revision. An additional Section or Chapter so to speak, which are about, the Authority of a Agents, Third Party Rights, Set-off, Assignment of Rights, Transfer of Obligations and Assignment of Contracts, and Limitation Periods have been added, while the only change of substance made to the 1994 Edition, apart from two paragraphs in the Preamble, and three new provisions in Chapter 1 and 2 which are necessary to adapt the Principles to the needs of electronic contracting. The Principles which have the nature of the restatement of international uniform laws (for example CISG) are continuous exercise. Therefore we should note whether in the future our concerns would be on a additional topics on a improvement of the current text by monitoring the reception of the "UNIDROIT Principles 2004" in practice, and the application by contracting parties. The purposes of the Principles may be classified into three ; the rules of law governing the contract, means of interpreting and supplementing international uniform law or domestic law, or models for national and international legislator. Among them, the function of governing law may be applied by the express choice by the parties or by the implied choice like "general principles of law" or "les mercatoria", and it may be applied in the absence of any choice of law by the parties. Among there importance functions, this writer would like to emphasize the function to supplementing international uniform law instruments. The reason is that the CISG which has been established as an international uniform sales act and to which our country would be a contracting State from March, 2005, needs a lot of gap-filling. For this purpose it is advisable the parties to insert following provisions in their contract. "This contract shall be governed by the CISG, supplemented when necessary by the UNIDROIT Principles 2004" Thus success in practice of the UNIDROIT Principles over the last then years has surpassed the most optimistic expectations. It is hoped that the 2004 Edition of the UNIDROIT Principles will be just as favorably received by legislators, business persons, lawyers, arbitrators and judges and become even better known and more widely used throughout the World.
