공기업 윤리경영 사례 연구: 한국가스기술공사 사례를 중심으로 (A Case Study on Ethical Management of Public Enterprises: Focusing on the Case of Korea Gas Technology Corporation)

  • Purpose: As an excellent example of ethical management of public enterprises, it provides implications for excellent management strategies through continuous ethical management promotion to domestic public enterprises and general enterprises through case analysis of the Korea Gas Technology Corporation's ethical management system and implementation. Methods: A case analysis was conducted on the ethical management system and implementation of the Korea Gas Technology Corporation, focusing on ethical management, human rights management, and social contribution activities. Results: The Korea Gas Technology Corporation's ethical management case is significant as an example showing the long-term progress and development process of establishing and implementing the ethical management system. Starting with the establishment of a basic plan for ethical management in 2004, the Korea Gas Technology Corporation has continuously advanced its ethical management system and practical capabilities. Through this, it is possible to provide implications to other companies through benchmarking on major implementations at each stage, such as the introduction, institutionalization, settlement, and maturity of the ethical management system. Conclusion: It proposes ethical management execution performance management centered on the performance of each stakeholder, linkage between the ethical management strategy system and the organization's strategy system, classification of related subjects and roles in the ethical management promotion system, and active external communication.

Implementation of platform for long-term evolution cell perspective resource utilization analysis

  • As wireless communication continues to develop in limited frequency resource environments, it is becoming important to identify the state of spectrum utilization and predict the amount needed in future. It is essential to collect reliable information for data analysis. This paper introduces a platform that enables the gathering of the scheduling information of a long-term evolution (LTE) cellular system without connecting to the network. A typical LTE terminal can confirm its assigned resource information using the configuration parameters delivered from a network. However, our platform receives and captures only the LTE signal over the air and then enables the estimation of the data relevant to scheduling for all terminals within an LTE cell. After extracting the control channel signal without loss from all LTE subframes, it detects valid downlink control information using the proposed algorithm, which is based on the error vector magnitude of depatterned symbols. We verify the reliability of the developed platform by comparing it with real data from mobile phones and service operators. The average difference in resource block utilization is only 0.28%.

일 지역 대학생의 암에 대한 지식, 태도 및 국민 암 예방 10대 수칙 건강행위 (Evaluating knowledge, attitudes and health behavior regarding cancer among college students based on 10 national cancer prevention recommendations)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to assess college students' knowledge, attitude, and health behavior regarding cancer based on 10 national cancer prevention recommendations and to examine the relation between these variables. Methods: The participants were 189 college students in J city. Data were collected with a questionnaire consisting of items on cancer-related knowledge, attitude toward cancer, and implementation of 10 national recommendations on cancer. The data were analyzed using independent two-sample t-test, one-way analysis of variance, $Scheff{\acute{e}}$ multiple comparison test, Pearson's correlation coefficients, and multiple regression(stepwise) analysis with SPSS/WIN 21.0 program (IBM, Armonk, NY, USA). Results: The mean scores for knowledge, attitude, and health behavior were 23.83 points (out of a possible 32), 33.10 points (out of possible 50), respectively. Attitude was positively correlated with health behavior and accounted for 37.7% of cancer prevention health behavior. Conclusion: The findings of this study suggest that the related factors should be considered in the development and implementation of systemic education programs that can encourage and promote cancer prevention health behavior among college students.

On the Performance Management System to Analyse the Effectiveness of Type Approval System for Railway Vehicle

  • The type approval system for railway vehicle has been in effect since 2016 in order to establish a regular safety management system to secure railway safety and enhance the technological competitiveness of the railway industry, abolished the conventional performance test system through the reform of the Railroad Safety Act in 2012. Until now, there has been appreciated it has been making significant contributions to railway safety and industry of operation and manufacturing companies, taking their place in accordance with the implementation of the system. But there has been no case of quantitative analysis on the effectiveness of the actual system. In this study, in order to examine the full-scale performance of the approval system and quantitatively analyze effectiveness, we identified and defined the relationships with the major elements of the type approval system based on system thinking principle and determined the calculated outcomes to relevant stakeholders. A method of establishing a type approval performance management system that can be grasped, utilized, and adjusted from a point of various stakeholders' views was proposed. This is expected to be more helpful in the implementation of the system, such as improving and applying quantitative effects to analysis by closely reviewing the effects and influencing factors of the type approval system based on the data accumulated through continuous performance management and reflecting to system improvement.

프로젝트 리스크 관리(PRM)가 프로젝트 성공에 미치는 효과성 분석: 해외건설사업 수행단계 전반을 중심으로 (Analysis of the Effectiveness of Project Risk Management (PRM) on the Project Success: Focused on the Implementation Phase of Overseas Construction Projects)

  • Under increased complexity and uncertainty of overseas construction projects, it is important for construction companies to improve their own project risk management capabilities instead of risk-taking strategies to secure competitiveness in the overseas construction market. Although most of the risks occur in project execution stage, many previous studies focused on planning stage including risk identification and analysis among PRM process. Therefore, this study aims to verify the effectiveness of whole PRM process during project execution stage through empirical study on participants of overseas construction projects. As the result it was found that first, the factor directly affects the project success is the execution process of PRM. It implies that appropriate actions such as appointing charged manager for risks, timely implementation of responding plan, continuous risk monitoring and updating established plan are the key for contribution to the project success. Second, the importance of communication in PRM is also found, which is not conducted at a specific but throughout the entire PRM process and need to be managed as essential factor for successful PRM..

다문화가정 아동을 위한 대인 돌봄 기반의 오르프 음악 활동 프로그램 개발 (Development of an Orff Musical Activity Intervention Program based on Interpersonal Care for Children from Multicultural Families)

  • 본 연구에서는 우리나라 다문화가정 아동을 위한 대인돌봄 기반의 오르프 음악활동 프로그램을 개발하고자 한다. 대인 돌봄 기반의 오르프 음악 활동 프로그램 구성은 자아 탄력성, 또래 관계, 행복, 대인 돌봄 인식, 불안 및 스트레스를 조절할 수 있는 프로그램으로 구성하였으며, 분석(Analysis), 설계(Design), 개발(Development), 실행(Implementation)의 ADDI 모형을 토대로 개발하였다. 그 결과, 돌봄의 표현 영역, 핵심 주제, 돌봄 목표, 대인 돌봄 기법, 오르프 기법에 근거한 10차시의 프로그램이 개발되었다. 개발된 본 프로그램의 연구 결과를 통해 다문화가정 아동에게 대인돌봄간호가 효과적일 수 있으며, 본 프로그램이 아동의 정신건강 증진을 위한 중재로 활용될 수 있는 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

건축공간 환경관리 지원을 위한 AI·IoT 기반 이상패턴 검출에 관한 연구 (A Study on Detection of Abnormal Patterns Based on AI·IoT to Support Environmental Management of Architectural Spaces)

  • Deep learning-based anomaly detection technology is used in various fields such as computer vision, speech recognition, and natural language processing. In particular, this technology is applied in various fields such as monitoring manufacturing equipment abnormalities, detecting financial fraud, detecting network hacking, and detecting anomalies in medical images. However, in the field of construction and architecture, research on deep learning-based data anomaly detection technology is difficult due to the lack of digitization of domain knowledge due to late digital conversion, lack of learning data, and difficulties in collecting and processing field data in real time. This study acquires necessary data through IoT (Internet of Things) from the viewpoint of monitoring for environmental management of architectural spaces, converts them into a database, learns deep learning, and then supports anomaly patterns using AI (Artificial Infelligence) deep learning-based anomaly detection. We propose an implementation process. The results of this study suggest an effective environmental anomaly pattern detection solution architecture for environmental management of architectural spaces, proving its feasibility. The proposed method enables quick response through real-time data processing and analysis collected from IoT. In order to confirm the effectiveness of the proposed method, performance analysis is performed through prototype implementation to derive the results.

Exploratory Analysis of AI-based Policy Decision-making Implementation

  • This study seeks to provide implications for domestic-related policies through exploratory analysis research to support AI-based policy decision-making. The following should be considered when establishing an AI-based decision-making model in Korea. First, we need to understand the impact that the use of AI will have on policy and the service sector. The positive and negative impacts of AI use need to be better understood, guided by a public value perspective, and take into account the existence of different levels of governance and interests across public policy and service sectors. Second, reliability is essential for implementing innovative AI systems. In most organizations today, comprehensive AI model frameworks to enable and operationalize trust, accountability, and transparency are often insufficient or absent, with limited access to effective guidance, key practices, or government regulations. Third, the AI system is accountable. The OECD AI Principles set out five value-based principles for responsible management of trustworthy AI: inclusive growth, sustainable development and wellbeing, human-centered values and fairness values and fairness, transparency and explainability, robustness, security and safety, and accountability. Based on this, we need to build an AI-based decision-making system in Korea, and efforts should be made to build a system that can support policies by reflecting this. The limiting factor of this study is that it is an exploratory study of existing research data, and we would like to suggest future research plans by collecting opinions from experts in related fields. The expected effect of this study is analytical research on artificial intelligence-based decision-making systems, which will contribute to policy establishment and research in related fields.

회계정보시스템의 성공적 도입을 위한 요인분석 (A Study on the Critical Factors for Successful AIS Implementation)

  • 최근 기업의 회계정보시스템(AIS) 활용은 종전방식의 회계처리보다 효율적이고 합리적인 의사결정 지원이 가능하기 때문에 급속도로 확산되었다. 단순한 패키지 시스템부터 인사, 회계, 생산, 영업 등과 통합된 정보시스템까지 다양하게 도입되고 있다. 특히 대기업의 경우 통합시스템인 ERP시스템을 도입하고 있으며 ERP시스템의 도입과 함께 가장 두드러지게 중요성이 인식된 모듈이 회계정보시스템 모듈이다. 회계정보시스템의 특성은 한번 구축하면 추후 다른 정보시스템으로 변경하기 쉽지 않은 특징을 가지고 있다. 따라서 최초 도입 시 기업에 적합한 시스템을 도입해야 하며, 이때 성공적으로 도입할 수 있는 요인 찾아내야 한다. 그러나 기업이 회계정보시스템을 성공적으로 도입하기 위한 적정한 기준이 부족한 것이 현실이다. 본 연구는 이러한 문제점을 해소하기 위하여 사례 연구를 통한 회계정보시스템을 사용하고 있는 기업을 대상으로 선행 연구 결과를 기준으로 도입 시 중요하게 고려해야 하는 요인들을 분석하였다. 본 연구의 자료는 이미 AIS를 사용하고 있는 42개 기업의 설문 응답 자료를 토대로 분석되었으며, 평균 분석(Mean Analysis), 요인 분석(Factor Analysis) 등을 통하여 요인의 상관성을 분석하였다. 분석 결과로 기업이 AIS를 도입함에 있어 기업의 환경 조건보다 AIS를 도입 시 고려하여야 할 기준 또는 특성이 더욱 중요하다는 결론을 도출하였다. 따라서 본 연구의 성과는 기존 연구에서 도출된 AIS의 성공적 도입을 위한 요인에 대한 관계, 중요성 관계 등을 실증적 분석을 통해 규명하였다.

연령과 성별에 따른 운영체제 업데이트 실시여부 실증분석 (An Empirical Analysis on the Operating System Update Decision Factors according to Age and Gender)

  • 정보보안의 중요성이 대두되고 있는 현재 운영체제 업데이트는 안전한 인터넷 사용 환경을 유지하기 위한 기본 사항이다. 그러나 성별과 연령 등 이용자의 개인적인 속성이나 사회경제적 환경에 따라 정보보안 실천과 관련하여 집단별 격차가 여전히 존재하고 있다. 본 연구는 인터넷 상의 정보보호와 관련하여 침해사고 예방 행위 중 운영체제 업데이트 실시여부가 성별과 연령대 별로 연관성이 있는지를 분석하고, 성별과 연령대가 미치는 영향력을 실증적으로 분석하여 이들 요인에 대한 타당성을 검증하고자 하였다. 이에 본 연구에서는 한국인터넷진흥원이 2016년 조사한 정보보호 실태조사 자료를 기반으로 로지스틱 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 성별과 연령대 별 집단의 차이는 운영체제 업데이트의 실시여부에 관련 있는 요인으로 조사되었다. 성별과 연령대 별 요인들이 운영체제 업데이트의 실시여부에 미치는 영향력을 분석한 결과, 성별에 있어서는 운영체제 업데이트 실시여부의 오즈가 남자보다 여자가 0.419배 높다고 추정되었다. 연령대 별 운영체제 업데이트의 실시여부에서는 정보화 취약계층인 50대를 기초로 분석한 결과 50대에 비해 20대는 오즈가 13.266배 높다는 결과가 나왔다.
