In recent years, our society has shifted from an information society to an intelligent information society, in which computing has become a key factor in shaping and driving social development. In this new era of digital civilization powered by the Internet of Things, traditional data-based computing is no longer sufficient to meet the growing demand for higher levels of intelligence. Therefore, intelligent computing has emerged, reshaping traditional computing and forming new computing paradigms to promote the digital revolution in the era of the Internet of Things, big data, and artificial intelligence. Intelligent computing has greatly expanded the scope of computing through new computing theories, architectures, methodologies, systems, and applications, and it is expanding into diverse computing paradigms such as perceptual intelligence, cognitive intelligence, autonomous intelligence, and human-computer fusion intelligence. This paper introduces the concept and main features of intelligent computing and describes trends in standardization for intelligent computing within the ISO/IEC JTC 1, focusing on the technical trend report on intelligent computing that is currently under development within ISO/ IEC JTC 1/AG 2.

문화경관은 인간의 자연자원이용과 그에 대한 자연의 반응이 조화롭게 어우러져 생긴 산물이다. 자연은 인간의 삶을 보장하기 위하여 그 생존에 필요한 자원 뿐만 아니라 생활에 필요한 자원도 공급하고 있다. 인간은 자연이 주는 이러한 혜택을 이용하여 문명화를 진전시켜 왔다. 얼마전까지 인간과 자연 사이의 관계는 조화의 관계를 유지하여 지속가능한 자원이용을 보장받아 왔고, 우리는 문화경관의 존재를 통하여 그 사실을 발견하고 있다. 그러나 급속도로 진행된 경제성장과 그것에 기인한 개발중심의 논리는 지구환경위기, 각종 자원고갈의 위기, 더 나아가 인간의 정신적 빈곤현상까지 몰고 왔다. 이러한 시점에서 인간과 자연 사이의 조화로운 관계의 전형인 문화경관을 대상으로 그 성립배경과 기능을 검토하고, 새로운 패러다임을 토대로 그 가치를 점검하는 것은 건강한 사회와 경제를 실현하기 위한 새로운 전략을 창조하는데 가치있는 정보를 제공할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 한국의 문화경관의 성립배경을 검토하였고, 생태적, 경제적 측면에서 그것의 효용과 가치 그리고 문화전승의 장으로서 그 활용방안을 검토하였다.

The purpose of this research is to study doll's symbolism representing our social culture and the characteristics of clothing design. The ball joint doll was selected, that are pretty much resembled to human body in terms of facial expression, body proportion, joint movement, etc. Results of research are summarized as follows: the ball joint doll is indicated a doll whose joints are free to move with a round shaped joint, which originated by Yochilya simon, who adopted German Hans Bellmer's method.'rho ball joint doll, first, there appeared state of human isolation due to the material civilization and industrial revolution, and trend of adhering to one's own world made human possess dolls. Second, according to the doll play became a representing play culture among Kidult culture, dolls, that are resembled with human being, were recognized as personalized objects. Third, along of expanding digital culture that makes easy to exchange information via Internet, so, ball joint doll market is growing fast, for which various levels of mania are being formed. Take a look at the doll fashion in modern society. In accordance to form of Look, it is largely categorized Young Casual look, Office look, Ethnic look and Military look. When take a look at design specialty, young casual look was presented as a comfortable silhouette and also made of elastic materials and expressed vivid bright tones. Office look image was expressed as a suit of jacket with skirt, and cotton wool polyester materials and acro-matic colors. Ethnic look was represented by Japanese traditional dress and Chinese traditional clothing. The Military look was generally emphasized army uniforms of straight silhouette and shoulder straps.

The Fourth Industrial Revolution has differentiated technologies such as artificial intelligence, IoT(Internet of things), big data, and mobile. As the civilization develops more and more, humanity enjoy the cultural activities more than economic activity for the food and shelter. The platform structure based on the advanced information technology of the present will expand the cultural contents area in a variety of ways. Cultural contents respond sensitively to changes in consumer and will be useful experiences of human activities. Therefore, it should be noted again that the contents industry should not be limited to the discussion of the application of the fourth technology, but should be produced with emphasis on useful experiences of human being. In other words, the discussion of human activities around cultural contents should be focused on how to apply beyond the use of fourth industrial technology. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the basis of the successful storytelling of the planning stage to connect the fourth industrial technology and human useful experience as a method for developing cultural contents, and to build and propose a model as a strategic method. This study analyzes domestic and foreign cases made by using big data among the visual contents which show continuous increase of consumption among culture industry field, and draws success factors and limit points. Next, we extract what is the successful matching factor that influenced consumer 's consciousness, and find out that the structure of culture prototype has been applied in the long history of mankind, and presents it as a storytelling model. Through the above research, this study aims to present a new interpretation and creative activity of cultural contents by presenting a storytelling model as a methodology for connecting creative knowledge, away from the general interpretation of social phenomenon applied with big data.

From the Darwinian perspective, all the human behaviors and thoughts are operated by "the selfish gene," the term coined by Richard Dawkins, which has long been evolving to survive by utilizing the limited quality and quantity of resources. And an organism which fails to regenerate by creating its "replicator" is doomed to extinction, for gene combinations which help an organism to survive and reproduce tend to also improve the gene's own chances of being passed on through generations. Dawkins also coins the term "meme" for a unit of human cultural evolution analogous to the gene, suggesting that such selfish replication may also be the principle for human culture. Ian McEwan is not only a controversial but more importantly influential writer in the 21st century academic world. His 1997 book Enduring Love is not exceptional in that it draws both literary and scientific attention. Intentionally set up with the dynamic conflict between the two cultures, namely art and science, the book explores the way in which the state of the modern minds is misinterpreted and estranged by each other. In this novel, the three main protagonists, Joe, Clarissa, and Jed, each representing the very important three elements of human civilization-cognition/science, emotion/art, and faith/religion-meet an unexpected peril of life. The author of the novel employs the narrative of evolutionary science-in particular the narratives of gene and meme-to provoke the question of the two cultures famously addressed by Snow in the mid 20th century and the further discussions followed by the later Darwinian scholars such as Richard Dawkins. In this paper I aim to illustrate the way in which the author develops the idea of gene science and literature and how he proceeds to provide a sophisticated bridge between the two cultures and induce a kind of consilience by the recurrent name of love in the story of Enduring Love.

본 연구는 최근 주요한 인문학적 테제로 등장하고 있는 포스트휴머니즘적 상상력이 한국문학, 특히 소설에 나타난 양상을 분석하는 것을 목표로 한다. 특히 본고에서는 2000년대 초반 활동했던 작가인 조하형의 두 소설 『키메라의 아침』(2004)과 『조립식 보리수나무』(2008) 두 편을 집중적인 분석의 대상으로 삼는다. '포스트휴머니즘(Post-humanism)'은 근대의 한계를 극복하고 새로운 세계관의 정립을 모색하기 위해 노력한 탈근대적 사유의 연장선상에서 파악할 수 있다. 특히 이 사상은 20세기 이후 급격히 발전한 과학 기술의 발달이 인간관 나아가서는 인간중심적인 문명 자체를 바꿔온 양상을 종합적으로 파악하는 데에 관심을 기울인다. 포스트휴머니즘 비평은 서사에 등장하는 인물 형상을 새롭게 바라보는 시선을 제공하는 한편, 과거에 쓰인 고전 작품 속에서 주목받지 못했던 주변 인물들, 비-인간, 사물들을 발굴해서 재조명하는 작업을 시도하고 있다. 이러한 사상적 흐름은 최근 기존의 인문학이 지배하던 인간에 대한 관념이 전면적으로 바뀌어 자연과학·기술적 관점이 담론장에 다양하게 적용되는 현실을 반영하는 것이다. 포스트휴머니즘의 질문들은 철학의 큰 범주인 존재론, 인식론, 경험론적인 분야를 아우르는 동시에 문학과 과학 그리고 사회과학 전체의 참여를 요청함으로써 학제적인 연구 과제를 발생시키고 있다. 혹독한 재난이 닥친 세계를 배경으로 『키메라의 아침』은 인간이 바이오테크놀로지에 의해 변형된 변종의 형태로, 『조립식 보리수나무』는 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션에 의해 제작된 인공지능(Artificial Intelligence)의 모습으로, 다시 태어나는 과정을 그린다. 조하형 소설에 나타난 포스트휴머니즘적 사상은 텍스트에 재현된 세계의 형상와 인간의 정체성을 종합적으로 재고하고, 인간과 비인간을 구분하는 경계선과 위계질서 등을 다시 탐구하는 반성적인 계기가 된다.

The article identifies and theoretically substantiates the trends of national resilience in the context of establishing the security of the country and its civilizational subjectivity. The strategy of development of the pedagogical university in the conditions of European integration into the European educational and scientific space based on certain characterological features of the personality of the volunteer in the context of allocation of personal resilience is developed. The analysis of both external and internal challenges and threats to the civilization of the country needs to be understood in the context of economic, socio-political, legal, military-political, spiritual-cultural, educational-scientific and network-information resilience. The concepts of "national resilience" and "national security" are quite close - at first glance, even identical. However, a deeper understanding clarifies the differences: national security is a state of protection of the country identity and its very existence, the realization of its national interests. In turn, resilience is a fairly effective strategy and a fundamental guarantee of national security. At the same time, it is extremely important to understand that both national security as a state and national resilience as a strategy are only means of achieving and developing a strong and humanistic civilizational subjectivity of the country. After all, such subjectivity opens for citizens the opportunity for development, dignified self-realization and a proper life. The restructuring of the volunteer's motivational sphere is due to the dominance of such leading motives, which are focused mainly on maintaining and restoring health, which leads to distorted meaningful life goals: isolation, alienation, passivity, inertia, reduced activity, limited communication, etc. The characteristics of relatively stable human behavior include several primary and secondary properties. The primary (relevant) properties include patience, trust, hope, faith, confidence, determination, perseverance, and love; the secondary - punctuality, neatness, obedience, honesty, loyalty, justice, diligence, thrift, accuracy, conscientiousness, obligation, etc. The restructuring of the volunteer's motivational sphere is due to the dominance of such leading motives, which are focused mainly on maintaining and restoring health, which leads to distorted meaningful life goals: isolation, alienation, passivity, inertia, reduced activity, limited communication, etc. The characteristics of relatively stable human behavior include several primary and secondary properties. Directly to the personal traits of resilience should be included methodological competencies, which include methodological knowledge, skills and abilities (ability to define ultimate and intermediate goals, plan, conduct and analyze knowledge, establish and implement interdisciplinary links with disciplines of medical-psychological-pedagogical cycles, etc.). All these competencies form the professional resilience of the volunteer.

This study considers types of expression and examines aesthetic characteristics by analyzing images expressed through space directing at Chanel Fashion Shows. The conclusions of this study are as follows. The expression types on space directing at Chanel Fashion Shows are what is presented by distributing huge objects associated with Fashion Shows at the center or back of the stage, integrating several detailed decorative elements while maintaining the morphological characteristics of the runway in a linear form, and utilizing an inartificial place or newly forming the whole stage. The symbolism characteristic was first indicated for the aesthetic characteristics on space directing at Chanel Fashion Shows. Symbolism is indicated through the identification of an implicit meaning towards a specific object. The symbolism was highlighted utilizing elements or stories that have a deep association with Chanel. Second, the characteristic of ecology was expressed through the recognition of the importance of the ecological environment by escaping the harmful practices of civilization such as environmental disasters and human alienation. The expression of visual ecology was emphasized utilizing themes related to environmental disasters or reviving the space of primitive nature. Third, the characteristic of fantasy was shown to express thoughts that originated from the human yearning for the ideal world contrary to an incomplete society. Fantasy was created by the inaccessible object in reality and a change in spatial structure. Fourth, the characteristics of amusement expressed pleasure, which is the instinctive desire truly immanent in a human being. It was natural amusement, which was advocated as freedom through the integration of neutrality, integrating either diverse elements (which are naturally recognized in our daily life) into Fashion Shows or amusement, which expressed newness through utilizing unusual objects in Fashion Shows.

With the new millennium setting in, our society is plowing its way through more drastically changing currents than ever. Nowadays, many people believe that high tech such as the Internet, digital civilization, the IT revolution, bio-industry, and the genome project, that has brought humans material prosperity, is the right change in direction. However, the more we adopt high tech into our lives, the more we desire high touch in order to achieve a balance. In other words, we need something to act as a ballast to stabilize our minds. As such, the more high tech develops, the more individuals miss and search for tools that appeal to their emotions. Because of this, although high touch is an opposite concept to high tech, it coexists with high tech, and it is defined as "human contact of high sensitivity that stimulates the emotion of humans". High Touch, a term which originated from "High Tech, High Touch", a book written by American futurist John Naisbitt, refers to human contact that makes human life richer, forminga deep impression on individuals and providing comfort. As such, high touch, which is gaining significant attention in modern society, is a phenomenon occurring throughout politics, society, culture, art, and religion, together with high tech. Through high touch, modern people must realize how to understand and accept a modern society that is dominated by the age of technology and in which direction they should head. Under this background, this study has the following objectives: to interpret the concept of high touch in the age of high tech in association with formative art and fashion, and through various media examine the desire for expression that may stimulate emotion in modern people, which is required by the high tech-prevalent modern society. It further analyzes how high touch is reflected in modern fashion and presents the direction future fashion should head in.

The view point of the library is treated as a first subject. This study is scheduled to construct, as a experimental study, the system of the Library Science. The study of this fields is called upon greatly because the trial to understand library as a socio-cultural phenomenon did not study as many times. As a result of the study, library is defined as ${\ulcorner}Structural Formation of Inquirying Behavior{\lrcorner}$. Not only technique and actual proof are possible in this study but also this definition is technical definition to indicate the main phenomenon of Librarial Behavior. This schedule represent the trial to define Library Behavior which could anticipate and fabricate when we analyze this definition First, we can find out, first of all, the researching behavior among the human behaviors and then human behavior has the condition of practice. At last, researching behavior can not have any result when it is a natural situation, it has only the meaning when it is guided by an obvious intention. The object of the library is just this human behavior. Second, Formation permits the guidance and self-control at the same-times. The answer about what we find out and practice make it possible the act of guidance. This guidance can't burden any subject but permit the people to result his own researching behaviors. He can save his activities, his own researching behaviors by the result of it. Third, The statematical means efficient performances, and them efficient performances is impossible, here is 'discoveries' of behavior itself. The system of the library is the formation of the relation between the accumulated civilizations and accumulated civilizations. As the definitions of the above mentions, library has the big abilities to the creation and succession of the civilization. As the contemporary view-points, there are some questions about the above described definition can meet it of the library. When we frame the science of library as the learning systems, we can't but the library as this definitions.
