Recently, the development of weapons systems in conjunction with the Fourth Industrial Revolution has increased the number of weapon systems that integrate individual commercial systems by actively incorporating the superior fields of private commercial technologies. In the case of such commercial product-based weapons systems, however, the development of ILS elements across all areas, such as technical manual, military field maintenance support equipment, interactive electronic technical manual (IETM), and Computer Based Training (CBT) development, and weapons system Reliability, Availability, Maintainability(RAM) target values, and logistics support analysis (LSA) was requested to expand the level of development by developers. The commercial product-based System Integration (SI) weapon system will be able to complete the comprehensive military balance for complementing and effective maintenance of the military and developers only when the ILS development, which is limited to the essential elements of the required group, Request For Proposal (RFP) and Post-Logistics Support (PLS) directions were applied in the framework of outsourcing maintenance implementation. As a result, by checking the operation status of current weapons systems, the logistics support of commercial product-based weapon systems selected outsourcing as the basic policy that is decided based on the development requirements, focusing on maintaining operation through a rational decision-making process, and presented a plan for applying the development plan to the RFP for the determined core elements and PLS.

The purpose of this study is to find out the factors that affect the 'public librarian servant's' Collective Self-Esteem (CSE) in Korean relation-oriented collectivism. The research was organized into a research model by setting up a hypothesis on the impact relationship the between the group Collective self-esteem, the work environment factors and cognition of Superior institution of the Public librarian servant. The relevant data collection was conducted for public librarian servant working in public libraries nationwide through the method of survey. From April 3, 2020 to May 14, 2020, it was conducted for Public Librarian Servant in public libraries nationwide with Civil Service System, Office of Education, Ministry of Culture·Sports and Tourism based on responses for 301 Public Librarian Servant from 559 institution. According to the analysis, the cognition of the superior institution of Public Librarian Servant influences the cognition of Collective Self-Esteem among the sub-factors of Collective - Self - Esteem of Collective Self-Esteem. This study is meaningful in that 'Public Librarian Servant' who was treated as an individual entity in the study of Library and Information Science study, as being has relationship with various groups and is dealt with multi-dimensionally in Korean relation-oriented collectivism culture. Research suggests that when Public Librarian Servant exist as one of the subordinate organizations to vast Civil service system, it suggest that Public Librarian Servants should find out a balance for improve their relatively low social values.

In this study, in order to investigate the relationships between the self-efficacy, career maturity, and information subject achievement of information-specialized high school students according to information subject classes, their correlations were analyzed through a survey of 214 second and third year students enrolled in two information-specialized high schools in Seoul. The main results are as follows. First, in the analysis of differences in self-efficacy, career maturity, and information subject achievement according to demographic characteristics, there was no significant difference according to gender, grade, extracurricular or individual learning for information subjects. The more they recognized that their grades belonged to the upper group, the higher their sense of self-efficacy and information subject achievement were perceived, and the higher their career maturity. Second, the students' self-efficacy was analyzed to have a positive effect on their career maturity and information subject achievement. Finally, it was found that the students' career maturity had a positive effect on their information subject achievement. Based on the above results, we briefly present the development direction for the education system to improve students' self-efficacy, career maturity, and information subject achievement.
Artificial intelligence is applied not only to the daily life of individuals but also to all industries, and it is no wonder that the age of artificial intelligence has arrived. Therefore it is important to understand the factors that influence the acceptance of AI. This study analyzes whether "AI Effect" which recognizes that commercialized or familiar artificial intelligence is no longer artificial intelligence, affects the acceptance of artificial intelligence and proposes an acceptance plan based on the results. Two experiments were conducted. The first experiment was conducted on 105 adults in the result it was found that 32.4% (34 people) had AI Effect, AI Effect existed in 43.6% (24 people) of women and 20% (10 people) of men, that is, the proportion of AI Effect exsitence in women is about twice as high.and AI Effect exists when the level of AI knowledge is low. The second experiment was conducted 240 adults and 85 participants with AI Effect were selected. We found the group that recognized experience of AI accepted AI more actively. Understanding of AI Effect is expected to suggest companies' views in order to enhance AI capabilities and acceptance. In addition, future studies are expected on considering individual differences or related to acceptance attitudes.
With the development of artificial intelligence technology, interest in data-based product preference estimation and personalized recommender systems is increasing. However, if the recommendation is not suitable, there is a risk that it may reduce the purchase intention of the customer and even extend to a huge financial loss due to the characteristics of the financial product. Therefore, developing a recommender system that comprehensively reflects customer characteristics and product preferences is very important for business performance creation and response to compliance issues. In the case of financial products, product preference is clearly divided according to individual investment propensity and risk aversion, so it is necessary to provide customized recommendation service by utilizing accumulated customer data. In addition to using these customer behavioral characteristics and transaction history data, we intend to solve the cold-start problem of the recommender system, including customer demographic information, asset information, and stock holding information. Therefore, this study found that the model proposed deep learning-based collaborative filtering by deriving customer latent preferences through characteristic information such as customer investment propensity, transaction history, and financial product information based on customer transaction log records was the best. Based on the customer's financial investment mechanism, this study is meaningful in developing a service that recommends a high-priority group by establishing a recommendation model that derives expected preferences for untraded financial products through financial product transaction data.
A virtual team is defined a group of people that use electronic communications for some or all of their interactions with other team members. Because team members of a virtual team are physically and temporally distributed, a team's transactive memory system(TMS) is considered to be crucial for the team's effectiveness and performance. TMS refers to a set of individual memory systems which integrate knowledge possessed by particular members through a shared awareness of who knows what. This paper seeks to understand (1) how a virtual team's TMS influences team performance, and (2) what factors contribute to developing the team's TMS. Given these purposes, through the extensive literature review, we first identified components and antecedents to develop a theoretical model that predicts a virtual team's performance. Using the survey data gathered from 172 virtual teams, this study found that expertise location, coordination, and cognition-based trust which were proposed as three components of TMS positively influenced a virtual team's performance. Furthermore, this study uncovered that perceived media richness, network tie strength, and shared norms significantly influenced the components of TMS, while geographical dispersion did not exert any significant influence on TMS.
The purpose of this study was to analyze the questions of earth science knowledge presented in elementary science textbooks. In group activities, The questions were created by preservice elementary teachers assuming that they were teaching the earth science knowledge in science education classes at university of education. Types, frequencies, and sources of the cognitive background knowledge of the questions were analyzed. The results demonstrated the followings. First, types, concentrations, and sources of the cognitive background knowledge of the questions were different depending on the domains of earth science. Specifically, in astronomy domain, the frequencies and concentrations of the questions showed different trends compared with other domains in its individual lessons. It suggests that instructional strategies that reflected the difference found in each lessons be appropriately designed and used. Second, it was found that 'schools' was the most dominant sources of the cognitive background. 'Friends' were also found to be very important sources, thus promoting students' interaction with their peers would become an important strategy in science teaching. It was also found that mass media such as 'internet' and 'TV' were roughly rated the same as 'schools' which illustrated that mass media could be utilized in science instruction. Third, since types, concentrations, and frequencies of the questions were diverse in the lessons of units, it is suggested that diverse instruction strategies also be taken into account as an educational approach in teaching the subjects in teacher education.
Using the Survey of Wisconsin Works Families, the survey of the Child Support Demonstration Evaluation (CSDE) project in Wisconsin, this study examines whether the family structures of nonresident fathers and resident mothers are associated with nonresident fathers' economic contributions, measured by the level of informal support provided to their children living in the mothers' households. Findings show that the level of informal support is associated with not only individual and economic characteristics of nonresident fathers and resident mothers, but also family structures and institutional factors such as child support arrangements and the CSDE experiment. Both mothers' repartnering with another man and fathers' repartnering with another woman are negatively associated with the level of informal support. Fathers who lived together with mothers when their children were born provide more informal support than do fathers who did not. Fathers' multiple partner fertility is not associated with the level of informal support provided. Among fathers who have children with multiple partners, fathers provide more informal support to their children born by their first partner. Fathers who have multiple children with the mother of the focal child provide more informal support. Fathers who have other biological children living elsewhere provide less informal support. Fathers who pay higher levels of formal child support also provide higher levels of informal support. Fathers associated mothers assigned to the CSDE experiment group provide more informal support. The findings suggest that child support programs may increase informal support, thereby improving the well-being of resident mothers and their children living in poverty.
This study developed examination test tools for concepts of weather changes of middle school students, analyzed the hierarchy of concepts associated with weather changes by means of knowledge state analysis method, and examined the knowledge state and lesson effects of each individual learner. The hierarchy of the knowledge state of concepts of middle school students associated with weather changes followed the steps of 'humidity ${\rightarrow}$ air mass ${\rightarrow}$ cloud ${\rightarrow}$ precipitation ${\rightarrow}$ front ${\rightarrow}$ weather'. Cases were identified where the knowledge state of students that was thought to be similar to each other among the group of students who have scored almost the same points and thus were thought to have almost the same learning ability, have turned out different in the knowledge state from each other. Namely, the level of knowledge state structuralized differed, suggesting that differing prescriptions should be made according to the knowledge state of each student concerned. Analysis of the knowledge state of learners helps prepare learning prescriptions for each student and appraise prior learning. To examine effects of teaching-learning that has taken into consideration the hierarchy of knowledge state and concepts, lessons were conducted in comparison with the order in which syllabuses are presented in the textbooks, with the result that when knowledge state of learners have been taken into consideration, students made scores significantly higher (p < .05) than otherwise. This indicates that in introducing the unit of weather changes better teaching and learning can be achieved by reordering the contents of subject matters of the textbook by grasping the knowledge state of learners.
In recent times, increasing is the number of civic participation government policy decision models through the application of the service design process. It's because the effect of a policy is cut in half due to the low acceptance will for police execution, which could occur in the supplier-oriented policy-decision process in the past. For solving out such a problem, civic participation policy service design has been under way in the name of 'National Design Group' led by the Ministry of Government Administration and Home Affairs starting 2014. A sharing village is a village community in a broad sense for the purpose of giving effect to sharing economy, aiming to maintain sustainability through sharing consciousness raising between village members, coexistence and cooperation. This study presented a solution to the 3 sorts of city problems, i.e. sharing village, urban generation and youth employment settlement in combination by grasping the problems of the existing sharing village, and using service design method Toolkit However, there needs to be a follow-up research through continuous verification, and improvement of problems for the time to come because the casual relationship between research subjects is extensive, and this study has limitations in the satisfaction survey for verifying the result satisfaction, which individual subjects have, consequent on the suggestion of the way of solution, and the research period as well.
