  • CALS, being widely adopted by industry, is a strategy to share integrated digital product data through a set of standards to achieve effieciencies and competition in business. For CALS implemetation, creating a shared information system is necessary and CITIS is proposed for that. CITIS shall provide on-line access and automated exchange of all the technical information between contractor and service provider, and the function of CITIS is difined in MIL-STD-974. In this paper, regarding CITIS as a infrastructure of information for CALS, we proposed CITIS server system which comprise global data sharing software, global data management system, workflow manager, and configuration management maneger.

  • Forecasting long-term mobile service demand is inevitable to establish an effective frequency management policy despite the lack of reliability of forecast results. The statistical forecasting method has limitations in analyzing how the forecasting result changes when the scenario for various drivers such as consumer usage pattern or market structure for mobile communication service is changed. In this study, we propose a dynamic model of the mobile communication service market using system dynamics technique and forecast the future demand for long-term mobile communication subscriber based on the dynamic model, and also experiment on the change pattern of subscriber demand under various scenarios.

  • This study is concentration on our automobile industry past and future. A core contents are changing industry society with our automobile industry side by side worldwide global strategy. First, I owe to Lee Chul prof.(Sogang Univ.) and Chung Tae Young prof.(Hongik Univ.), Because, I have been studied International Trade throughout above two profs. I knowed after I write two important points, first past our automobile industry passing with present ones, and future our foreign entry strategy side by side worldwide global complex reallities. Powerfully speaking, Hyundai-Kia sources offered to me, according to I must thank interested with parties belong to institutes. I now looking forward to future our automobile circled Hyundai-Kia Co. for pure independent own technical skill overcome U.S.A, EU and JAPAN.

  • The tire production facility is a large-scale construction with the complexity of a manufacturing process. The process utilities should be wide-ranging as an effective arrangement of them is highly important. All the necessary information should be clarified together with the manufacturer at the basic planning stage, and this design should be developed to comply with the local culture and regulations. It is important to carry out more advanced engineering in terms of process, cost and quality, even if it is difficult to standardize due to the cultural and geographical conditions and regulations. The key point is to reflect all the given conditions and make a clear design during the design stage, to eliminate the problems after the construction has begun. Another key point is the delivery system, which must be totally managed from the initial design stage until the construction stage by proven companies. Flexibility, quick action, and single responsibility will be the fundamental features in all the steps of the project.

Global Route Optimization for Autonomous Robots Using BIM

  • In this study, we aim to enhance the navigation method for autonomous systems, including various types of robots and UAVs. Previous work has made progress in enhancing the autonomous flight capabilities of UAVs through both simulation and real-world tests, yet it lacked detailed insights into the aspect of global route planning. To address this gap, we propose a novel method to automatically generate routes for autonomous robots using BIM and 3D city models. Specifically, we create a program that utilizes geometry and attribute information extracted from BIM and 3D City Model to compute the optimal route rapidly. The program automatically generates routes that optimize the efficiency of various autonomous robots by considering the conditions on the routes.

  • With rapid changes in technology and global competition, the success of many companies has become progressively more dependent on their ability to bring unique products, services, and business models to market. Therefore, many companies have tried to use creativity to all over the management activities and the concept of creative management is emerging. Creative management is a new but rapidly growing research area. But there have been few studies on this topic. In this paper, we developed the framework for measuring Creative Management levels of a company. The contribution of this paper is the following. First, we suggested a systematic measurement tool for creative management level focused on the management capability, business process and outcomes. Secondly, the creative measurement system developed in this paper can support companies to implement creative management as a guideline for adopting creative management.

A study on ESG Management Guidelines for Small and Medium-sized Logistics Enterprises (중소·중견 물류기업 ESG 경영 이행 가이드라인에 관한 연구)

  • As global challenges, particularly climate change, become more pressing, there is a growing global awareness of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) management. Given the crucial role played by the logistics industry in the complex network of the global supply chain, various societal stakeholders are emphasizing the necessity for logistics entities to practice ESG management. Despite the comprehensive ESG guidelines established by Korea for all enterprises, a notable limitation arises from its inadequate consideration of the distinctive features inherent to logistics enterprises, especially those of a smaller and medium scale. Accordingly, this study conducts a thorough examination of existing ESG guidelines, sustainable management approaches in large-scale logistics enterprises, and prior research to identify potential ESG management diagnostic criteria relevant to small and medium-sized logistics enterprises, including aspects such as Public(P), Environmental(E), Social(S), and Governance(G). To streamline the diagnostic criteria, taking into account the unique characteristics of small and medium-sized logistics enterprises, this study conducts a survey involving 60 logistics company personnel and experts from academic and research domains. The collected data undergoes Principal Component Analysis (PCA), revealing that the four dimensions of information disclosure can be consolidated into a single dimension. Additionally, environmental criteria reduce from 16 to 3 items, societal considerations decrease from 22 to 7 items, and governance structures distill from 20 to 5 items. This empirical endeavor is deemed significant in presenting tailored ESG management diagnostic criteria aligned with the specificities of small and medium-sized logistics enterprises. The findings of this study are expected to serve as a foundational resource for the development of guidelines by relevant entities, promoting the wider adoption of ESG management practices in the sphere of small and medium-sized logistics enterprises in the near future. population coming from areas other than Gwangyang, where Gwangyang Port is located.

  • This paper gives an overview of the recent changes of global strategy that was put in place to support the development of a railway command / control system for the railway interoperability, The paper also outlines current projects regarding the future extension of railway management system and compares the train control system. This should enable the integration of operational, train command / control, traffic management, infrastructure and fleet management, and customer value-added services providing relevant information.

  • Memory management is one of the most important problems in implementing viterbi decoders. This paper introduces a novel traceback scheme for memory management of high-speed viterbi decoders. The new method balances the read and the write oeprations by inserting dummy write operations into the traceback process, resulting in simpler memory access schemes. It is suitable for VLSI implementation since it uses minimal memory requirements, it does not need global interconnections, and its address genration shceme for accessig memory contents is very simple.

  • Product liability as a process has developed significantly in the United Kingdom and the United States of America. The safety of the product becomes one of the most important elements in modern corporate management. The rapid introduction of product liability has recently been a prevalent phenomenon, as global changes arising from rapid development in science and the economy have resulted in a highly interconnected world economy. This thesis was established, based on current literature and business consulting cases in the position of companies, and is one of the operating subjects in a system for legal responsibility in manufactured products.
