  • With the development of AI technology, there is a growing discussion about Text-to-Image Generative AI. We presented a Generative AI video production method and delineated a methodology for the production of personalized AI-generated videos with the objective of broadening the landscape of the video domain. And we meticulously examined the procedural steps involved in AI-driven video production and directly implemented a video creation approach utilizing the VQGAN-CLIP model. The outcomes produced by the VQGAN-CLIP model exhibited a relatively moderate resolution and frame rate, and predominantly manifested as abstract images. Such characteristics indicated potential applicability in OTT-based video content or the realm of visual arts. It is anticipated that AI-driven video production techniques will see heightened utilization in forthcoming endeavors.

  • Despite a recent surge in multifaceted research on AI-integrated language learning, empirical studies in this area remain limited. This study adopts a Human-Generative AI parallel processing model to examine students' perceptions, asking 182 college students to independently construct knowledge and then compare their efforts with the results generated through in-classroom conversations with ChatGPT 3.5. In questionnaire responses, most students indicated that they found these activities useful and expressed a keen interest in learning various ways to utilize generative AI for language learning with instructor guidance. The findings confirm that ChatGPT's potential as a virtual conversation partner. Identifying specific reasons for the perceived usefulness of conversation activities and drawbacks of ChatGPT, this study emphasizes the importance of teachers staying informed about both the latest advances in technology and their limitations. We recommend that teachers endeavor to creatively design various classroom activities using AI technology.

  • This study investigated how helpful the use of generative AI such as ChatGPT is in conducting engaged learning at each university. In this study, based on the experiences of users using generative AI technology, we analyzed the relationship between usability and ease in consideration of the characteristics of learners, and examined whether there is an intention to continue using generative AI technology in the future. In this study, in order to verify the factors affecting the intention to use ChatGPT technology in order to solve the problems given in the participating classes, we examined previous papers based on the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and the Information System Success Model (IS), extracted the factors affecting the intention of ChatGPT technology, and presented the research model and hypothesis. Empirical research on the continuous use of generative AI in participatory learning using ChatGPT was conducted to determine whether it is suitable for long-term and continuous use in the educational environment, and whether it is sustainable by examining the intention of learners to continue using it. First, user satisfaction was positively related to the intention to continue using generative AI technology. Second, if the user experience has a great influence on the intention to continue using ChatGPT technology, and users gain experiences such as usefulness, interest, and effective response in the process of using the technology, the evaluation of the technology is positively formed and the intention to continue using it is high. Third, the ease of use of the technology also showed that it was intended to be used continuously when an environment was provided in which users could easily and conveniently utilize generative AI technology.

  • The purposes of this study is to find out how to use Generative AI by class stage and class model so that classes can be planned using various Generative AI in elementary and secondary education. To this end, contents of using Generative AI according to general instructional stages and instructional models by school level and subject were developed, and revised and supplemented through review by 13 field experts. As for the method of using Generative AI by class stage, general class stages were divided into three stages: 'class preparation', 'in class', and 'class arrangement', and the subject of using Generative AI at each stage, the contents of using it, and the types of Generative AI that can be used are summarized. As a method of using Generative AI according to the class model, eight class contents were developed based on teaching and learning models according to the characteristics of each school level and subject. In order to expand the use of Generative AI in elementary and secondary classes, it is necessary to develop more diverse class contents by school level and subject and distribute them in the field. It is also necessary to develop educational materials on matters to consider when using Generative AI in class.

  • Generative AI, especially conversational AI like ChatGPT, has recently gained traction as a technological alternative for automating customer service. However, there is still a lack of research on whether current generative AI technologies can effectively replace traditional human managers in customer service automation, and whether they are advantageous in some situations and disadvantageous in others, depending on the conditions and environment. To answer the question, "Can generative AI replace human managers in customer service activities?", this study conducted experiments and surveys on customer online reviews of a food delivery platform. We applied the perspective of the elaboration likelihood model to generate hypotheses about whether there is a difference between positive and negative online reviews, and analyzed whether the hypotheses were supported. The analysis results indicate that for positive reviews, generative AI can effectively replace human managers. However, for negative reviews, complete replacement is challenging, and human managerial intervention is considered more desirable. The results of this study can provide valuable practical insights for organizations looking to automate customer service using generative AI.

  • Recently, generative AI services, including ChatGPT, have garnered significant attention. These services appealed not only to digital natives, such as Generation Z, but also to digital immigrants, including seniors. This study aimed to analyze the factors affecting seniors' behavioral intention of generative AI services. A survey targeting seniors was conducted, resulting in 250 valid responses. The data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis. For this purpose, performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, requisite knowledge, biophysical aging restrictions of seniors based on MATOA (Model for the Adoption of Technology by Older Adults), a research model on technology acceptance by seniors and AI hallucinations of generative AI services were set as independent variables. The empirical results were as follows: performance expectancy and social influence had a significant positive impact on seniors' behavioral intention of generative AI services. Additionally, requisite knowledge positively influenced seniors' behavioral intention of generative AI services, while biophysical aging restrictions had a significant negative effect. However, effort expectancy and AI hallucinations did not show a significant influence on seniors' behavioral intention of generative AI services. The variables were ranked by influence as follows: performance expectancy, social influence, requisite knowledge, and biophysical aging restrictions. Based on these research results, academic and practical implications were presented.

  • Despite the rapid growth of the generative AI market and significant interest from domestic companies and institutions, concerns about the provision of inaccurate information and potential information leaks have emerged as major factors hindering the adoption of generative AI. To address these issues, this paper designs and implements a question-answering system based on the Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architecture. The proposed method constructs a knowledge database using Korean sentence embeddings and retrieves information relevant to queries through optimized searches, which is then provided to the generative language model. Additionally, it allows users to directly manage the knowledge database to efficiently update changing business information, and it is designed to operate in a private network to reduce the risk of corporate confidential information leakage. This study aims to serve as a useful reference for domestic companies seeking to adopt and utilize generative AI.
