In this paper, we introduce the notion of the stability of automorphic forms for the general linear group and relate the stability of automorphic forms to the moduli space of real tori and the Jacobian real locus.

International sales contract, in general, is concluded through the exchange of written forms which contain each of their own business terms and conditions among the contractual parties. To illustrate, A sends the other an offer on A's general terms and conditions of business and B accepts the offer subject to the use of B's own general terms and conditions. Where the two sets of terms and conditions do not coincide, the question may arise whether the parties(A and B) have contracted and, if so, whose general terms and conditions apply. This situation is referred to as "the battle of forms". This article would try to make, in terms of the battle of forms, a comparison between the classical perspectives and opinions which are based on the principle of the English Common Law and the modernistic perspectives and opinions which are applied to the provisions in the UCC, CISG, and PICC. Therefore, the aim of this article is to provide the increase self-consciousness with respect to the battle of forms between the contractual parties that may frequently happen in the international business transactions and will pave the way for further research in the future.

This article provides the base in relation to the classification system of public records of Japan and Tiwan which the original order of the classification system of public records of Government-General of Chosun is reconstructed and the efficient classification system is prepared. The classification system of public records at the period of Meiji(明治) in Japan was classified two forms, one is function-based classification, the other is organization-based classification. Each ministry(省) was fundamentally based In function-based classification and organization-based classification, adopted them in changed forms as its condition and situation had been changed. Government-General of Tiwan adopted Japan's archival management system and put its classification system and life schedule In operation. The classification system of Government-General of Tiwan adopted function-based classification of the ministry of foreign affairs in Japan, changed its forms as the organization and business activity were transformed. As a result of arrangement and analysis of examples for the classification of public records of Government-General of Chosun from 1910' to the middle area of 1930', the classification of public records of Government-General of Chosun was constructed on level order; 'organization of ministry(部) or department(局)--business activity of ministry or department--low function of business activity of ministry or department'. But this classification system had two sides, flexible and unstable in that the classification system had exeptional parts and the breadth of items was changed greatly. The classification system of Government-General of Chosun, which had adopted organization-based classification of the ministry of home affairs in Japan, result in expanding the breadth of items and causing great change of items for the organization and business activity were vast and its change was very great.

This article gives upper bounds on the number of Fourier-Jacobi coefficients that determine a paramodular cusp form in degree two. The level N of the paramodular group is completely general throughout. Additionally, spaces of Jacobi cusp forms are spanned by using the theory of theta blocks due to Gritsenko, Skoruppa and Zagier. We combine these two techniques to rigorously compute spaces of paramodular cusp forms and to verify the Paramodular Conjecture of Brumer and Kramer in many cases of low level. The proofs rely on a detailed description of the zero dimensional cusps for the subgroup of integral elements in each paramodular group.

General workers who assist various technicians in different fields with their work across the whole construction sites without having a particular skill are at risk of the highest accident rate and their accident form becomes varied. Accordingly, this study was conducted to identify the relationship between form of safety accident and influence factor in general workers and analyze accident severity by influence factor. The followings are the results from this study. First, as a result of analyzing major form of accident and influence factors in general workers with network analysis methodology, nine forms of accident and seventeen influence factors were drawn. Second, it was found that in accident severity among general workers, collapsing, among various forms of accident, appeared the highest, followed by fall, electric shock, fire, hit by an object, bumped against, trip, scission getting cut chopped in order. Third, main points of special, concentrated, and permanent management were presented in order to reduce the safety accident in general workers effectively.

In this paper, I review the historical background of "the principle of the permanence of equivalent forms" and sum- marize properties of "the principle of the permanence of equivalent forms" as a kind of heuristic. 1 think that "the principle of the permanence of equivalent forms" can be used effectively for student's discovery of the algebraic structure. There are three ways of using "the principle of the permanence of equivalent forms" in extending number system - an extension on the base of set theory(SMSC), the formal or axiomatic extrapolation and the inductive-extrapolatory method. All those three methods are mixed up and being used potentially at various levels in current Korean text books. "The principle of the permanence of equivalent forms" is used most effectively in the subject of the exponent. 1 try to present a situation that makes the students find more general definition and cultivate their desirable attitudes for the mathematics in the process of extending the exponent through summarizing the debate between Goel & Robillard(1997) and Tirosh S, Even(1997).

It has been little known when an Artinian point quotient has the strong Lefschetz property. In this paper, we find the Artinian point star configuration quotient having the strong Lefschetz property. We prove that if ${\mathbb{X}}$ is a star configuration in ${\mathbb{P}}^2$ of type s defined by forms (a-quadratic forms and (s - a)-linear forms) and ${\mathbb{Y}}$ is a star configuration in ${\mathbb{P}}^2$ of type t defined by forms (b-quadratic forms and (t - b)-linear forms) for $b=deg({\mathbb{X}})$ or $deg({\mathbb{X}})-1$, then the Artinian ring $R/(I{\mathbb_{X}}+I{\mathbb_{Y}})$ has the strong Lefschetz property. We also show that if ${\mathbb{X}}$ is a set of (n+ 1)-general points in ${\mathbb{P}}^n$, then the Artinian quotient A of a coordinate ring of ${\mathbb{X}}$ has the strong Lefschetz property.

Duke and Imamo$\bar{g}$lu express the Eichler integrals associated to modular forms of weight 3 in terms of generalized hypergeometric functions. We extend this result to most general modular forms of weight 3.

The Alaway's theorem on orthogonality preserving maps [1] is revisited and we provide a new proof of this result, through an original separation property involving regular forms. In fact, we show a light more general result concerning weakly orthogonal sequences(see section 3).
