Park et al. (2011) introduced the concept of generalized intuitionistic fuzzy soft sets, which can be seen as an effective mathematical tool to deal with uncertainties. In this paper, the concept of generalized intuitionistic fuzzy soft equality is introduced and some related properties are derived. It is proved that generalized intuitionistic fuzzy soft equality is congruence relation with respect to some operations and the generalized intuitionistic fuzzy soft quotient algebra is established.

An inference network is proposed as a tool for bidirectional approximate reasoning. The inference network can be designed directly from the given fuzzy data(knowledge). If a fuzzy input is given for the inference netwok, then the network renders a reasonable fuzzy output after performing approximate reasoning based on an equality measure. Conversely, due to the bidirectional structure, the network can yield its corresponding reasonable fuzzy input for a given fuzzy output. This property makes it possible to perform forward and backward reasoning in the knowledge base system.

The fuzzy pattern matching technique has been developed in the framework of fuzzy set and possibility theory in order to take into account the imprecision and the uncertainty pervading values which have to be compared to requirements (which may be fuzzy) in a pattern matching process. This paper restates the basic principles and extends them to situations where (sub)patterns are only required to be satisfied up to a given tolerance (which may be fuzzy), or where the different subparts of a compound pattern may have various levels of importance. Both cases correspond to a weakening of elementary patterns. which can be expressed by a fuzzy relations modelling an approximate equality or an uncertain strict equality respectively. We also study the more sophisticated case where some elementary patterns have not to be satisfied with the highest priority provided that weaker requirements remain satisfied. The fuzzy pattern matching technique applies in a variety of problems including the evaluation of soft queries with respect to a fuzzy database, the evaluation of the fuzzy condition parts of rules in approximate reasoning, or the evaluation of the belonging of an ill-known object to a flexible class in classification problems.

퍼지 선형계획법은 불확실성하에서의 문제들을 해결하는데 유용한 의사결정 모형이다. 본 연구에서는 목적함수 값이 퍼지수이고 우변 상수도 퍼지수인 융합 등식 제약식을 갖는 퍼지 선형계획법 문제를 다룬다. 연구의 목적은 퍼지 해를 정의하고 그것을 구하는 절차를 모색하는 것이다. 목적함수 값에 대한 소속 함수로 부분 선형함수를, 제약식의 소속 함수로는 사다리꼴 함수를 도입한다. 사다리꼴 함수는 구간별 선형 함수 들로 나누어 나타낼 수 있다. 따라서 모든 소속 함수들을 선형식 들로 대체함으로써 퍼지 선형계획 모형을 Zimmermann의 대칭 선형 모형으로 바꿀 수 있다. 여기에 최대-최소 기준을 적용하여 일반 선형계획법 문제를 도출해 내고, 이 문제의 최적해로부터 원 문제의 퍼지 해를 얻게 된다. 본 논문에서는 사다리꼴 소속 함수에 대해 살펴보았는데 앞으로는 오목 부분 선형함수와 같은 좀 더 일반화된 소속 함수에 대한 연구가 필요하다.

Up to now, in the area of fuzzy topology, almost all the researchers have investigated fuzzy continuities by using ordinary mappings. However, in this paper, we study continuities by using fuzzy mappings introduced by Demirci [2].

Equivalence relations and mappings for crisp sets are very well known. This paper attempts an investigation of equivalence relations and mappings for fuzzy sets. We list some concepts and results related to fuzzy relations. We give some examples corresponding to the concept of fuzzy equality and fuzzy mapping introduced by Demirci [1]. In addition, we introduce the notion of preimage and quotient of fuzzy equivalence relations. Finally, we investigate relations between a fuzzy equivalence relation and a fuzzy mapping.

This paper presents a design method of a static output feedback controller for continuous T-S fuzzy systems via parallel distributed compensation (PDC). The existence condition of a set of static output feedback gains is represented in terms of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs). The sufficient condition presented here does not need any transformation matrices and equality constraints and is less conservative than the previous results seen in [20].

This paper presents a design method of non-parallel distributed compensation (non-PDC) static output feedback controller for continuous- and discrete-time T-S fuzzy systems. The existence condition of static output feedback control law is represented in terms of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs). The proposed sufficient stabilizing condition does not need any transformation matrices and equality constraints and is less conservative than the previous result of [21].

We investigate the concept of lacunary statistical convergence and lacunary strongly convergence for sequence of sets in intuitionistic fuzzy metric space (IFMS) and examine their characterization. We obtain some inclusion relation relating to these concepts. Further some necessary and sufficient conditions for equality of the sets of statistical convergence and lacunary statistical convergence for sequence of sets in IFMS have been established. The concept of strong Cesàro summability in IFMS has been defined and some results are established.
