  • In this paper, we propose new algorithms for solving equilibrium and multivalued variational inequality problems in a real Hilbert space. The first algorithm for equilibrium problems uses only one approximate projection at each iteration to generate an iteration sequence converging strongly to a solution of the problem underlining the bifunction is pseudomonotone. On the basis of the proposed algorithm for the equilibrium problems, we introduce a new algorithm for solving multivalued variational inequality problems. Some fundamental experiments are given to illustrate our algorithms as well as to compare them with other algorithms.

  • In this paper, we consider the Robin-Dirichlet problem for a nonlinear wave equation of Kirchhoff-Carrier type with a viscoelastic term. Using the Faedo-Galerkin method and the linearization method for nonlinear terms, the existence and uniqueness of a weak solution are proved. An asymptotic expansion of high order in a small parameter of a weak solution is also discussed.

  • In this paper, we investigate the free vibration of axially loaded non-uniform Rayleigh cantilever beams. The Rayleigh beams account for the rotary inertia effect which is ignored in Euler-Bernoulli beam theory. Using an inverse problem approach we show, that for certain polynomial variations of the mass per unit length and the flexural stiffness, there exists a fundamental closed form solution to the fourth order governing differential equation for Rayleigh beams. The derived property variation can serve as test functions for numerical methods. For the rotating beam case, the results have been compared with those derived using the Euler-Bernoulli beam theory.

  • If the concrete is exposed below freezing point of the outer temperature before hardened, the quality of the concrete will be lowered after hardened. Anti-freezing agent which doesn't corrode the steel bar and doesn't generate the alkali-aggregate reaction by noncholride recently developed in Japan and Northern Europe. But the effects of these agents are rarely known. Therefore, this study is desigend for analyzing the freezing properties at the condition of solution of solution and cement paste. And this study aims to present the reference data for practical use of the concrete works using anti-freezing agent.

  • This study is to obtain basic data concerned with properties of foam for foamed concrete and foaming method. Main factors of this study are types of foaming agents, temperature of solution with foaming agents, and types of foam generator. Testing items are size distribution of foam, foaming ratio to solution, and stability of foam. The results of this study were shown as follow. It is optimum condition of foam generator that length/diameter of foaming tube is 2.0, bead size within foaming tube is $4\~6mm$, and nozzle size of foaming tube is 10mm. AES and AOS are good results to produce high quality foam, and stability of foam is good in foaming temperature of $20^{\circ}C$.

  • Applications of Brazing in the studying fields such as High-Speed Machining are very increasing in various industry fields. Therefore, Applying to the fracture mechanics by numerical analysis method is very important to analyse the crack problem Dissimilar Materials in Brazed Interface. In this study, Stress intensity Factor (S.I.F) is analysed to investigate crack behavior on the crack tip of dissimilar materials in brazed interface such as a Hardmetal and a HSS by two dimensional(2-D) Boundary Element Method (BEM). Kelvin's solution was used as a fundamental solution in BEM analysis and stress extrapolation method was used to determine Stress Intensity Factor.

  • The terminal layout problem is fundamental in may centralized computer networks, which is generated formulated as the capaciated minimum spanning tree problem (CMSTP). We present an implementation of the dual-based procedure to solve the CMSTP. Dual ascent procedure generates a good feasible solutions to the dual of the linear programming relaxation of CMSTP. A feasible primal solution to CMSTP can then be constructed based on this dual solution. This procedure can be used either as a stand-alone heuristic or, else, it can be incorporated into a branch and bound algorithm. A numerical result is given with quite favorable results.

  • Electrospinning is emerging as a simple means of producing fibers with diameters ranging from 0.02 $\mu\textrm{m}$ to many microns. Electrospinning, however, relies on the force generated by an electric field on the surface of a polymer solution to either enhance instabilities in a thinning jet or to rapidly elongate a jet of polymer solution form a nozzle. In this article the fundamental physics and fluid dynamics on the subject matter are described, and tome of the relevant parameters in electrodynamic instabilities at polymer interfaces are discussed in some detail.

  • This study was conducted to present the fundamental data on physicochemical properties of chicken foot collagen by the comparison with those from pork skin, which is present used in the factories as evaluate the usability of chicken foot in the industries of collagen production. Moisture content of chicken foot skin (CFS) was higher than that of pork skin (PS), and crude protein content was higher in PS. Content of other compositions was not different in both samples. At the evaluation of the soaking processing, effective time lapsed for soaking the skin in acid solution (acetic acid of 0.1 M) was about 12 hr for efficient extract ion of collagen, when tested by the changes of pH of the soaking solution and the increase of the weight of skins. L-Hydroxyproline of PS was slightly higher than that of CFS. Collagens were loaded in a SDS-PAGE and compared. Separated pattern of collagen of CFS was very similar to that of PS. Major collagen of CFS might be clarified as type I collagen.
