Pressure Control of a Pneumatic Conrol system with a long Transmission Line (긴 전달관로를 갖는 공압제어계의 압력 제어)

  • In this study, a robust controller to control pressure in a pneumatic pressure vessel with a long transmission line is proposed. Frequency response of transmission line using compressible fluid is changed by the flowing state of the fluid. So, it a fixed gain controller designed based on a model supposed the flowing state to a specific state, the performance of the control system could be degraded because of the modelling error. The controller designed in this study is composed of two parts. One is a feedback controller to improve a feedback characteristics and to compensate the influence of the variation of transfer characteristics of a transmission line owing to the change of flowing state and the other is a feedforward controller to regulate command fallowing performance. The experimental results with the designed controller show that the robustness of the control system is achieved regardless of the change of the model or the transmission line. Therefore, the designed controller can be utilized for the Performance improvement of a Pressure control system with a long transmission line using compressible fluid.

  • 전동기는 산업 전 분야에 걸쳐 다양하게 사용되는 회전기기로서, 소형화, 경량화, 고속화하는 추세에 있다. 이는 전동기 프레임의 구조강성을 약화시키고, 축계 위험속도를 낮춤으로써 진동에 취약한 구조를 가지게 된다. 회전체 진동 관련 규정 중 API 684 에서는 베어링 지지강성이 베어링 강성에 비해 3.5 배 이하인 경우 베어링 지지강성이 위험 속도 해석 모델에 포함되어야 함을 명시하고 있다. 산업 현장에서는 베어링 지지강성을 정확하게 산출하기 어려워 이를 고려하지 않고 회전체를 설계하는 경우가 많아 실제 조건에서 예측하지 못한 진동 문제가 발생할 가능성이 있다. 본 논문에서는 전동기 베어링 하우징 및 프레임에 대한 가진 시험을 통해 얻은 주파수 응답함수의 실수부를 분석하여 베어링 지지강성을 추출하는 방법을 제시하였다. 이를 바탕으로 유한요소 해석모델을 이용하여 베어링 지지강성을 해석적으로 예측하는 기법을 정립하였다. 추출된 베어링 지지강성을 축계 해석 모델에 포함하여 베어링 지지강성 포함 유무에 따른 축계 위험속도 및 안정성을 비교하였다. 그 결과 베어링 지지강성을 포함한 경우, 보다 정확한 위험속도 및 진동응답 수준을 예측할 수 있음을 확인하였다.

  • This technology is applicable to Electrical vehicle that using Energy from Hydrogen Fueled Cell. Electricity & water is got from chemical reaction between H2 & O2 in stack. This technology is used when fault diagnosis of Fuel cell is needed. It is General method that measure each cell's voltage of stack for fault diagnosis. but, this technology is method of measuring entire voltage of stack. For this reason, fault diagnosis system is simplified and cost of system is lower than previous one. In normal stack condition, characteristic graph of voltage-current has linearity. In fault stack condition, it has non-linearity. we use this characteristic to diagnosis of stack fault. In this technology, Specific frequency current is injected into stack & Stack voltage is measured in response. After that, stack voltage difference is analyzed to diagnosis of stack fault. Presently, Development of current injection module & basic program of THDA is finished. in future we will develop the technology of precise measurement technology about entire stack voltage.

  • During operation of generator, the excitation force with 120Hz always exist irrespective of No. of poles. Therefore the vibration is generated in the stator end windings and the micro-crack is grown up inside the bars. After all, coolant water is leaked outside the bars or the stator is moved and is worn out. What is more, one bar is touched with another bar so a short circuit may frequently happen in operation. In order to prevent it from occurring, the evaluation of mechanical integrity for generator stator windings is carried out periodically during overhaul period. This help troublesome end windings to complement with insulation material and to change vibration characteristics. In this paper, the evaluation of mechanical integrity for generator stator windings is described and the change of vibration characteristics is analysed.

  • In this study, the performance of a digital pile rebounding and penetration monitoring system (DPRMS) is evaluated and the measurement precision of the DPRMS is improved. The DPRMS is a high speed line-scanning camera system to measure the rebound and penetration of a pile in a construction work. A main problem in the DPRMS is a measurement error, which is caused by a shock or vibration due to a hammer impact. The measurement error is investigated by analyzing vibration signals of the DPRMS during the impact. Moreover, the frequency response functions of the DPRMS are also analyzed. As a result, it is found that the tripod height has an influence on the DPRMS performance and a shorter tripod is better. One more founding in this study is that the DPRMS should be placed with a appropriate distance from a pile for improving the measurement precision.

  • By improving body composition, such as fat, lean body mass and total body weight, an exercise program can be an effective treatment of obesity. The effects of exercise on obesity have been confirmed via various approaches such as type, intensity, duration, frequency, and combination with diet. Combined exercise and diet is the most efficient strategy for weight loss, and exercise alone could improve metabolism irrespective of weight loss. In addition, physical activity, including exercise, is emphasized to avoid a 'yo-yo' phenomenon. Exercise increases lipolysis stimulated by such factors as catecholamine, growth hormone (GH), and hormone sensitive lipase (HSL). Moreover, changes in insulin and cortisol through exercise affect adipose tissue, which is known as not only an energy storage locale, but also as an endocrine organ. Adipocytokines secreted by adipose tissue respond to signals that modulate metabolism and inflammation. Exercise has generally shown positive effects on adipocytokines, and these effects increase in conjunction with a hypocaloric diet. However, a long duration and a high intensity of exercise could induce an inflammatory response. This review summarizes the effects of exercise on obesity treatment, which contributes to the exercise and nutritional fields, particularly of community nutritionists. Wine Gustative Assessment Gap Analysis of College Student Wine Consumers and Wine Experts (대학생 와인소비자와 와인전문가의 와인 미각 평가 차이 분석)

  • This study was to evaluate the taste of the wine assessment gap analysis to compare the taste of the wine intended for college student wine consumers and wine experts. Research analysis was carried out frequency analysis to the strength of the wine taste a difference in the intensity of the consistency review and wine for the wine flavor between the two groups. According to result, red wine, bitter and salty taste was perceived higher. For white wines are perceived sweetness of wine was sour and higher consumer groups. Body was found that wine experts perceive higher. The Second difficulty is when college student wine consumers selected wine got another show to the lack of information, lack of expertise, price, taste, the combination of food. Another wine on difficult points during the wine expert wine recommendations wine selection, price, prejudices then guest it showed a preference and communication, considering that the customer's budget, customer preferences, taste and aroma, the combination of the food and the customer response was configured. Although the criteria have different tastes for wine through college student wine consumers if future studies presented by symbolic reference to the wine tasting, can be self-objectification of subjective criteria subjective wine experts are wine consumers to take advantage of these data.

Time-Delay Estimation in the Multi-Path Channel based on Maximum Likelihood Criterion

  • To locate an object accurately in the wireless sensor networks, the distance measure based on time-delay plays an important role. In this paper, we propose a maximum likelihood (ML) time-delay estimation algorithm in multi-path wireless propagation channel. We get the joint probability density function after sampling the frequency domain response of the multi-path channel, which could be obtained by the vector network analyzer. Based on the ML criterion, the time-delay values of different paths are estimated. Considering the ML function is non-linear with respect to the multi-path time-delays, we first obtain the coarse values of different paths using the subspace fitting algorithm, then take them as an initial point, and finally get the ML time-delay estimation values with the pattern searching optimization method. The simulation results show that although the ML estimation variance could not reach the Cramer-Rao lower bounds (CRLB), its performance is superior to that of subspace fitting algorithm, and could be seen as a fine algorithm.

  • In this paper, an analytical model is developed to describe the dynamic characteristics of a roller bearing. In order to obtain accurate dynamic response of roller bearing, each roller is modeled as a rigid body, which has radial and axial movement and rotational constraints. Beam element between outer race segments is used to consider flexibility of outer race. Beam deflection is calculated from beam forces and used for contact between roller and outer race. The efficient contact search kinematics and algorithms in the context of the compliance contact model are implemented to detect the interactions between roller and race for the sake of speedy and robust solutions. The numerical results are validated with another analysis results which are calculated using waviness condition. Increasing rollers, dynamic responses are compared with each other. In order to confirm dynamic behavior and nonlinear characteristic of roller bearing, Poincare map is used.

Evaluation of Crashworthiness and NVH Performances of Side Structure with Finite Element Analysis considering Stamping Effects (성형효과를 고려한 해석을 통한 차체 측면구조의 충돌 및 진동 성능평가)

  • In this paper, the influence of the stamping effect is investigated in the performance analysis of a side structure. The analysis covers the performance evaluation such as the crashworthiness and NVH. Stamping analyses are carried out for the center pillar and the side sill made of high strength steels. Then, numerical simulations are carried out in order to identify the stamping effect on the crashworthiness, the natural frequency and the normal mode. The result shows that the analysis of the side structure considering the forming history leads to a different result from that without considering the forming effect. The variation of the system response fully reveals effects of thinning and hardening of members on the performance prediction of vehicle parts. The analysis results demonstrate that the design of auto-body members should be carried out considering the stamping history for accurate assessment of various performances.
