This paper presents a numerical study on the rotordynamic analysis of a dual-spool turbofan engine in the context of blade defect events. The blades of an axial-type aeroengine are typically well aligned during the compressor and turbine stages. However, they are sometimes exposed to damage, partially or entirely, for several operational reasons, such as cracks due to foreign objects, burns from the combustion gas, and corrosion due to oxygen in the air. Herein, we designed a dual-spool rotor using the commercial 3D modeling software CATIA to simulate blade defects in the turbofan engine. We utilized the rotordynamic parameters to create two finite element Euler-Bernoulli beam models connected by means of an inter-rotor bearing. We then applied the unbalanced forces induced by the mass eccentricities of the blades to the following selected scenarios: 1) fully balanced, 2) crack in the low-pressure compressor (LPC) and high pressure compressor (HPC), 3) burn on the high-pressure turbine (HPT) and low pressure compressor, 4) corrosion of the LPC, and 5) corrosion of the HPC. Additionally, we obtained the transient and steady-state responses of the overall rotor nodes using the Runge-Kutta numerical integration method, and employed model reduction techniques such as component mode synthesis to enhance the computational efficiency of the process. The simulation results indicate that the high-vibration status of the rotor commences beyond 10,000 rpm, which is identified as the first critical speed of the lower speed rotor. Moreover, we monitored the unbalanced stages near the inter-rotor bearing, which prominently influences the overall rotordynamic status, and the corrosion of the HPC to prevent further instability. The high-speed range operation (>13,000 rpm) coupled with HPC/HPT blade defects possibly presents a rotor-case contact problem that can lead to catastrophic failure.

According to statistics from National Industrial Security Center of National Intelligence Service, a major cause of technology leakage is not only by external things about hacking and malignant code, but internal leakage of former and current employees account for about 80%. And technology leakage due to temptation of money and personal interests followed by technology leakage of subcontractor is steadily increased. Most studies in the field of security have tended to focus on measuring security capability of company in order to prevent leakage core assets or developing measurement Indicators for management rather than security activities of the company members that is most important. Therefore, this study analyzes the effect of most underlying security education in security activities on security capabilities of enterprise. As a result, it indicates that security education have a positive(+) correlation with security capabilities.

Focusing on the role of the science museum as an institution to improve the scientific literacy of the public, this study investigated public perception and behavior about science museum to know how much science museums affect the public by using social media big data analysis. For this purpose, we extracted texts containing 'science museum' in Naver blogs and Twitter, analyzed them by using network, frequency, co-ocurrence, and semantics analysis and compared them with the results in English speaking countries. As a result, blogs were mainly concerned with science museum among parents who have young children, while in Twitter posts from many students who visited as a group appeared. Therefore, the Korean public used science museum mainly as a space for children's experience, and in this case, programs and exhibitions of science museums are perceived positively. On the other hand, students who visited as a group showed some negative emotions. The result of comparison with the cases of foreign countries in terms of the function of the third generation science museum such as communications with the science museum and the public and the participation of the public in science, the Korean public hardly mentioned the scientific contents, words related to communications such as 'argue', and curators or staff after visiting the science museum. In contrast to many verbs related to meaningful activities such as 'learn', 'participate', 'listen', 'read', 'ask', 'think' appeared in English, only a small number of verbs include 'ask' and 'thin' appeared in Korean. Therefore, science museum need to improve impression, communicating with public, and involving activity with impact and variety after visit.
Synthetic bone graft materials have been used for the regeneration of periodontal tissue lost due to periodontal disease, but the limitations of these materials had prompted the use of composite grafts. Among those, a composite graft of calcium carbonate(CC) and calcium sulfate(CS) is one of those materials that has not been studied extensively. CC, which is extracted from a natural coral, is known to possess osteoconductive property. SC can play an adjunctive role in the regeneration of bone tissue, and has shown good resorbability and biocompatibility. This study was conducted in order to investigate the effects of CC and CS composite graft to the regeneration of bone in the intrabony defects of dogs. 3-wall intrabony defects ub size of $4mm{\times}4mm{\times}4mm$ were created in the alveolar bone in the premolar areas. Then those defects that were treated with root planning only were designated as control, while the experimental group 1 and 2 each received the CC and CS composite grafts in the ratio of 8 : 2 and 5 : 5 the animals were sacrificed after 8weeks and the specimens were histologically analyzed. The results were as follows ; 1. No inflammation or foreign body reaction were observed in all subjects. CS has not been seen due to complete resorption, and resorption pattern of CC was observed. 2. Significant differences(p<0.05) in new cementum formation were observed between control($1.42{\pm}0.64mm$) and experimental groups(group 1 ; $2.53{\pm}0.94mm$, group 2 ; $2.23{\pm}0.96mm$) but the difference between the two experimental groups was not significant. 3. Significant differences(p<0.01) in new bone formation were observed between control($0.59{\pm}0.55mm$) and experimental groups(group 1 ; $2.27{\pm}0.61mm$, group 2 ; $2.05{\pm}0.56mm$) but the difference between the two experimental groups was not significant. 4. The extent of apical epithelial migration has shown no significant difference between control($1.18{\pm}1.24mm$) and experimental groups(group 1 ; $0.51{\pm}0.54mm$, group 2 ; $0.73{\pm}0.70mm$). 5. The extent of bone formation was generally limited to the extent of cementum formation for all groups, and significant correlation was found in the amount of bone formation and cementum formation in experimental group 1.(Co.=0.86, p<0.01) These results suggest that the composite graft of CC and CS is biocomplatible and effective in the new bone and new cementum formations. In the case of 3-wall intrabony defects of dogs, the composite ratio of 8 : 2 and 5 : 5 had shown no significant differences in the healing.
In order to resolve a dispute over a medical accident, the court is in the process of appraising the medical records for medical professionals to report their medical expertise or judgments using that knowledge. The consequences of expert opinion about a medical accident are only one of the methods of evidence as a reference. Therefore, in principle, the court should not be bound to the results, but the court, which is not a medical expert, can not completely rule out medical expert opinion as to whether there is medical malpractice and causality. Therefore, it can not be denied that the proportion of expert opinion of medical records in the dispute about medical accidents is high and it has an important influence on the judgement of the court. In this paper, we examine the significance and function of expert opinion of the medical accident, examine the appraising procedure of the medical records in the court and the appraising procedure of the medical accidents of the Korean medical dispute mediation arbitrator do. In addition, I would like to examine what kind of attitude is being taken in response to expert opinion of medical records in Korea to court, to examine the implications of the case of Japan as a foreign system, and to suggest improvement points in the expert opinion procedure of medical record filing in Korea. In particular, I would like to suggest improvements on issues such as the fairness of the expert opinion of medical records and the delays in litigation due to delays in the process of expert opinion.
Much of the data used in the analysis of environmental ecological data is being obtained over time. If the number of time points is small, the data will not be given enough information, so repeated measurements or multiple survey points data should be used to perform a comprehensive analysis. The method used for that case is longitudinal data analysis or mixed model analysis. However, if the amount of information is sufficient due to the large number of time points, repetitive data are not needed and these data are analyzed using time series analysis technique. In particular, with a large number of data points in the current situation, when we want to predict how each variable affects each other, or what trends will be expected in the future, we should analyze the data using time series analysis techniques. In this study, we introduce univariate time series analysis, intervention time series model, transfer function model, and multivariate time series model and review research papers studied in Korea. We also introduce an error correction model, which can be used to analyze environmental ecological data.
Bulk Emulsion blasts using mechanized charging system, which is generally used in foreign countries, have recently introduced and gradually increased in Korea. The Bulk Emulsion are safe and able to increase the charging density for improvement of fragmentation and advancement especially in tunneling, and minimizing environmental problem. Because of less toxic gas generation, the explosives are called, namely ech-friendly products. There are two kinds of Bulk Emulsion; one is for open cut and the other is for tunneling. According to features of blast sites and its purpose, the compositions are different, but the principle is the same. In this study, trial blasts using Bulk Emulsion for tunneling had executed at 10 sites in Korea. The major result of the major job-sites is the following. First of all, compared with cartridge explosive, Bulk Emulsion was able to increase its charging density up to $35{\sim}60%$, to decrease the blast holes to approximately $10{\sim}30%$ down, and the advancement was improved up to $8{\sim}20%$ and also 30% up in its fragmentation. Toxic gas production after cartridge blasting showed 34.44ppm of its CO. Bulk Emulsion, however, showed 20.13ppm, which was 58.45% production of the cartridge explosive, and NOx was below 2ppm. The mechanized charging system of Bulk Emulsion should be applied to large sized tunnel blasting, long advanced tunnel which can secure the advancement of over $4{\sim}5m$, and the sites required finishing rapidly.
With the growth of economy, the esthetic values of bridges become significant points in the decision process of a type of new bridges. So, it is common that a long-span bridge or a multi-purpose bridge are selected as the type of new bridges. Also, the economic growth derives increase in traffic and then the increased traffic derives multi purpose bridges from the decision process of bridge types. In the multi-purpose bridges with private fund, the construction cost is simply alloted to several organizations according to the percentage of participation and usage. But the allotment of the maintenance cost is not simple. Because the loads and safety factors in design are different between the criterion of design of highway bridges and that of railway bridges. In this study, we verify the possible problems in case of allotment method of maintenance cost in foreign examples as well as domestic example. As one of the method of determination of allotment ratio in maintenance cost, the method based on the stress of structural analysis is presented and it can be an example in the similar problem later.

Even though accidents occurred inside urban railway stations demage not only one person, but also surrounding people, it can be prevented by cautious actions. This research aims at infants and children, which can maximize the educational impacts, to develop a safety textbook which can educate safety rules and behavioral know-how to reduce the accidents occurred in urban railway stations, and at parents and teachers to gather opinions through surveys on the research's future direction. This research conducts a case study and comparison analysis on domestic and foreign safety manuals, which is organized in a book form of fairy tales educating safety rules for readers to utilize the urban railway by steps from boarding to taking off. Through a survey we conducted for parents and teachers as providing the safety textbook developed through this research, we could get the positive evaluations and gather opinions on the future research direction. The safety textbook developed in a form of fairy tale book through this research is for infants and children to use the urban railway in a safe manner, which is expected to evoke the interests and curiosity and create the educational impacts on users.
This study intended on analyzing the error patterns of mathematic problem posing sentences by the 100 elementary pre-teachers and discussing about the solutions. The results showed that the problem posing sentences have five error patterns: phonological error patterns, word error patterns, sentence error patterns, meaning error patterns, and notation error patterns. Divided into fourteen specific error patterns, they are as in the following. 1) Phonological error patterns are consisted of the 'ㄹ' addition error pattern and the abbreviated word error pattern. 2) Words error patterns are divided with the inappropriate usage of word error pattern and the inadequate abbreviation error pattern, which are formulized four subgroups such as the case maker, ending of the word, inappropriate usage of word, and inadequate abbreviation of article or word error pattern in detail. 3) Sentence error patterns are assumed four kinds of forms: the reference, ellipsis of sentence component, word order, and incomplete sentence error pattern. 4) Meaning error patterns are composed the logical contradiction and the ambiguous meaning. 5) Notation error patterns are formed four patterns as the spacing, punctuation, orthography of Hangul, and spelling rules of foreign words in Korean. Furthermore, the solutions for these error patterns were discussed: First, it has to be perceived the differences between spoken and written language. Second, it has to be rejected the spoken expressions in written contexts. Third, it should be focused on the learning of the basic sentence patterns during the class. Forth, it is suggested that the word meaning should have the logical development perception based on what it means. Finally, it is proposed that the system of spelling of Korean has to be learned. In addition to these suggestions, a new understanding is necessary regarding writing education for college students.
