This research proposed a design direction for the ambulance interior storage space based on the placement and access to the equipment to facilitate an emergency medical practice taking into account the safety and efficiency by the emergency medical technician ergonomic factors. Therefore, through a field survey for the current derivation of the storage space problem 'placement', 'enable', 'management' like these three items resulting clarity, accessibility, simplicity and functionality of the four functional elements by targeting ambulances in operation in this country. First, there is a need to improve standardized of cabinet sizes fit to loaded meet emergency equipment standards. Currently, the equipment designed to use a simple storage cabinet has had problems in the usability. Second, it must be located in the continuous exposure in progress to the user's traffic line. Third, the problem was the insufficient function of the cabinet to ensure the safety of patients by paramedics from the emergency rescue equipment and due to the leaning of the ambulance driving. Besides, it was pointed out that in addition to the proposed alternatives, including the agenda, states that safety belt replacement equipment, emergency personnel and patients with the handle of a guardian for the efficient use storage space within the 119 ambulance. However, in the present study suggest that there is a state proceeds mainly limited usability in the field, having been installed.
Recently, due to urban development and expansion, construction plans have been increasing adjacent to existing tunnel structures such as subways, roads, and large pipelines. Structural plans adjacent to existing tunnels have different effects on tunnel stability depending on the construction method, degree of proximity, and location of new structures. In particular, the pressure water tunnel shows a very large difference from other road tunnels and railway tunnels in geotechnical characteristics and operation characteristics. Therefore, it is necessary to review the safety zone due to adjacent construction in consideration of the geotechnical characteristics of the water tunnel and the new sturure construction method. In this study, the existing tunnel safety zone standards were investigated. A stability evaluation performed numerical analysis considering the deterioration of concrete lining in operation and the characteristics of water tunnel. In addition, the impact of vibration caused by pile construction and blasting excavation of new structures was reviewed. Based on this, a pressure water tunnel safety zone was proposed in consideration of adjacent construction.
This study fabricated a low-voltage 10 circuit distribution board based on the KEMC (Korea Electrical Manufacturers Cooperative) 2102-610 standard and performed a characteristics assessment of the developed 10 circuit distribution board to secure product stability. The developed 10 circuit distribution board is designed to have the characteristics of insulation materials, as well as resistance to corrosion ultraviolet radiation and mechanical impact. The developed distribution board is fabricated to have an appropriate protection class of enclosure, electric shock prevention and protection circuits, switchgear and its components, internal electrical circuits and connectors, external conduct terminal, insulation characteristics, temperature rise test, heat resistance, etc. The developed 10 circuit distribution board consists of a single phase circuit and 3-phase circuits. It is possible to measure in real time the leakage current generated from the load distribution line by installing a sensor module at the load side of each of the branched switchgears. In addition, it is possible to increase a circuit according to the use and purpose of the load and to also manage and check the load in real time. Temperature rise tests were performed on the developed 10 circuit distribution board at 18 places including the inlet connection, main circuit and distribution circuit bus bars and bus bar supports, etc. The highest temperature of $65.3^{\circ}C$ was measured at the R-Phase of the connection of the MCCB power supply for the branch circuit bus bar and a temperature rise of $61.6^{\circ}C$ was measured at the T-Phase of the load side. When applying thermal stress to an MCCB for 6 hours at $180^{\circ}C$ using a heat resistant experimental device, it was found that the actuator lever was transformed and moved in the tripped state.

The ventilation system of the engine room of a ship is generally installed to supply the combustion air necessary for the internal combustion engine and to remove the heat source generated in the engine room, and it must satisfy the international standard (ISO 8861) for the design conditions and calculation standards for the ventilation of the ship engine room. The response delay of the ventilation system including the fire detector is affected by the airflow formed inside the area and the location of the fire detector. In this study, to improve the initial fire detection response speed of a fire detector installed on a fishing vessel and to maintain the sensitivity of the installed detector, the smoke behavior was simulated using the air flow field inside the engine room, the amount of combustion air in the internal combustion engine, and the internal pressure of the engine room as variables. Analysis of the simulation results showed that reducing the flow rate in the air flow field and increasing the vortex by reducing the internal pressure of the engine room and installing a smoke curtain would accelerate the rise of the ceiling of the smoke component and improve the smoke detector response speed and ventilation system.

The aim of this study was to verify the suitability or unsuitability of Korean body types by measuring the opening force criteria of an air pressurized access door to a smoke control zone. The opening force criteria were verified by comparing the NFSC 501A, NFPA 92A and BS-EN 12101-6 based on the body standards information from the Korean Agency for Technology and Standards. When measuring the opening forces, the posture of the body should be standing upright and pushing an access door with the right hand, which is a criterion for designing doors. As a result of analyzing the actual measurement results, the pushing force of men and women in their 30's was the maximum value and the forces in those in their 60's was the minimum value. In addition, the deviations in the pushing forces varied considerably. As a result of comparing the NFSC 501A, the men showed lower values than the criteria in every gender and age variable except for the 20's, 30's and 50's variable. A comparison of the criteria of NFPA 92A showed that the mean of the measured values from every gender and age was also lower than the criteria. In addition, when comparing the criteria of BS-EN 12101-6, it was found that the men in every age variable were higher than the criteria. On the other hand, the women in every age variable were lower than the criteria. Therefore, considering the Korean body type against the Western body type, it was decided that the opening force of an access door to a smoke control area to make a downward adjustment should be 110 N in the local criteria. Furthermore, the criteria should consider the characteristics of buildings and users because an optional application of the international standard is not necessarily suitable for local situations.
Uniform laws and regulations and reasonable design is necessary for the prevention of possible fire in super high-rise building. To this end, this study focused on super high-rise and massive building-related architectural review performance-based design (PBD) evaluation disaster impact assessment (DIA), and provided fire engineering measures for improving fire prevention on the basis of performance-based design by analyzing the buildings subject to these systems and problems in terms of contents. Above all, in the aspect of law and standard improvement, first, with regard to dual parts of two statutes though significant portion of them has the same contents in performance-based design (PBD) evaluation and disaster impact assessment (DIA), it is necessary to operate the systems after making them conform with each other and consolidating or abolishing them. Second, if it is impossible to consolidate or abolish performance-based design (PBD) evaluation and disaster impact assessment (DIA), the areas of contents of performance-based design (PBD) evaluation and disaster impact assessment (DIA) should be precisely classified and established. Next, engineering improvement measures against fire hazard in super high-rise building are as follows. First, it is necessary to revise the provisions of straight-run stairs in special escape stairs. And in case of installing a mechanical smoke exhaust system instead of smoke vent, sandwich pressurization used in the United Stated should be permitted. Second, with regard to smoke control system for special escape stairs, it was shown that there was necessity for revising the standards in order to enable air to be supplied according to section in case of fire, carrying out performance-based design, and the like from the early design stages to the completion stages. In the future, it is expected that an epoch-making contribution will be made to a decrease in casualties and property damage due to fire in case of super high-rise building where the results can be reflected after carrying out a study on maintenance and carrying out an additional study on other considerations of super high-rise building together with reflecting the improvement measures provided in the above-mentioned study.

Electric power which is the energy source of economy and industries requires long distance transportation due to regional difference between its production and consumption, and it is supplied through the multi-loop transmission and distribution system. Prior to its actual use, electric power flows through several transformations by voltage transformers in substations depending on the characteristics of each usage, and a transformer has the structure consisting of the main body, winding wire, insulating oil and bushings. A transformer fire that breaks out in substations entails the primary damage that interrupts the power supply to houses and commercial facilities and causes various safety accidents as well as the secondary economic losses. It is considered that causes of such fire include the leak of insulating oil resulting from the destruction of bottom part of bushings, and the chain reaction of fire due to insulating oil that reaches its ignition point within 1 second. The smoke detector and automatic fire extinguishing system are established in order to minimize fire damage, but a difficulty in securing golden time for extinguishing fire due to delay in the operation of detector and release of gas from the extinguishing system has become a problem. Accordingly, this study was carried out according to needs of active mechanism to prevent the spread of fire and block the leak of insulating oil, in accordance with the importance of securing golden time in extinguishing a fire in its early stage. A bushings fireproof structure was developed by applying the high temperature shape retention materials, which are expanded by flame, and mechanical flame cutoff devices. The bushings fireproof structure was installed on the transformer model produced by applying the actual standards of bushings and flange, and the full scale fire test was carried out. It was confirmed that the bushings fireproof structure operated at accurate position and height within 3 seconds from the flame initiation. It is considered that it could block the spread of flame effectively in the event of actual transformer fire.
Purpose: The purpose of this study is to determine the dangers of biodiesel and general diesel mixtures currently used as alternative fuels by equipment (tag method and penski Marten method) and to determine the difference between flash point and combustion point (closed, open) according to test methods. It is intended to be used as a reference material for identification and evaluation of firecausing substances by confirming the risk of mixtures by comparative analysis and measurement, and establishing a risk assessment method for chemical substances. Method: Flash point test method and result treatment were tested based on ASTM and KS M mode, which are tag sealing and pen schematense test methods used as flash point and combustion point test methods for crude oil and petroleum products. The manufacturer of the equipment used in this experiment was a test equipment that satisfies the test standards of KS M 2010 with equipment produced by TANAKA of Japan. The flash point and combustion point were measured, and the flash point according to the test method of biodiesel and general diesel mixture ( Closed, open), and the ignition point of a mixture of biodiesel and general diesel was compared and analyzed for ignition risk compared with conventional diesel. Results: Looking at the experimental results, first, as an analysis of the risk of flammability of the mixture, the flash point of a substance containing 70% biodiesel was found to be about 92℃ based on general diesel with a flash point of 64.5℃, and gasoline and biodiesel or When the biodiesel mixture was synthesized, it was confirmed that the flash point tends to decrease. In addition, the difference between the flash point and the combustion point was analyzed as about 20 ~ 30℃, and when a small amount of gasoline or methanol was mixed, the flash point was lowered, but it was confirmed that the combustion point was similar to that of the existing mixture. Conclusion: In this study, in order to secure the effectiveness of the details of the criteria for judging dangerous materials in the existing Dangerous Materials Safety Management Act, and to secure the reliability and reproducibility of the judgment of dangerous materials, we confirm the criteria for judging the risk of the mixture through an experimental study on flammable mixtures. It will be able to provide reference data for experimental criteria for flammable liquids that are regulated in the field. In addition, if this study accumulates know-how on experiment by test method, it is expected that it can be used as a basis for research on risk assessment and research on dangerous goods.
In modern society, the paradigm of terrorism is shifting to the form of soft targets focusing on an unspecified number of people, which is different from previous terrorist tendencies, and frequent attacks using chemicals. Therefore, this study analyzed the evacuation environment and characteristics, manual analysis of a terror response manual, and the domestic chemical management status of multi-use facilities, and proposed the following management measures for chemical terror prevention in multi-use facilities. First, a multi-use facility guideline for prompt onsite response is proposed. Second, an improvement plan is suggested through the analysis of the manual for counter terrorism. Third, integrated management is proposed through the selection of chemicals available for terrorism. Through this, it is expected that an additional improvement plan will be prepared for countermeasures against chemical terrorism in multi-use facilities. In the future, it will be necessary to analyze the problems through cases of foreign countries and take customized countermeasures.
In Korea, hydrogen stations are being promoted and commercialized. However, the risk assessment for the hydrogen station is not clear. In particular, it is not clear how to calculate the risk and acceptable criteria for a hydrogen station. Therefore, in this study, three hydrogen stations being installed were selected and general risks were calculated and the social risk of each hydrogen station was calculated. In general, the method of risk assessment is individual/social risk. This is an individual's death rate considering the frequency of accidents, And the likelihood of death according to the number of nearby residents. These can be used to calculate the level of risk for a hydrogen station. However, this method of calculate risks is the criteria for judging whether it is acceptable are unclear. For this reason, this study investigated the allowable standards for foreign risks and considered that they were acceptable by applying the risks of selected domestic hydrogen stations.
