  • Accounting is one of the fields greatly affected by the Industrial Revolution 4.0 in general and the digital transformation trend in particular. However, the digital transformation process will also be a weakness if domestic accounting and auditing training activities do not adapt promptly and keep up with the practical requirements of social needs. Job opportunities in the accounting industry will shrink due to increased labor productivity and increasing support technologies, leading to a decrease in the need for traditional accountants. This paper focuses on clarifying the shortcomings and difficulties in accounting training activities by surveying 120 accounting lecturers teaching at domestic universities. Research results show that there are six existing factors and difficulties in accounting training activities due to the digital transformation process, including: facilities, lecturer capacity, training programs, teaching methods. teaching, assessment methods and practice and practice activities. Based on the survey results, we propose recommendations for training activities due to the impact of digital transformation at universities in Vietnam.

In addition, it is convenient for the government because it takes effect only by the administrative agency's unilateral imposition order compared to the trial process, which takes a long time and huge cost to prove the illegality. However, it is questionable whether procedural legitimacy is well established in Korea's aviation monetary penalties. Compared to foreign legislation, Korea's aviation monetary penalties system need to be improved. Therefore there are many difficult things of management of construction-information because variable occurrences are happened to manpower and material resources. For this reason, various management systems are suggested, but the application of these systems are difficult because only construction company manages these systems and sub-contractor's participation, understanding and financial ability are insufficient. In addition to that, there are other problems such as lost information when it is carried, perversion and distrust of information by hand and lots of time and labor are necessary for collection, analysis, and management of information which are offered for daily report. so the purpose of this study is for improvement of reporting process with making an analysis of productivity effects and an analysis of function and problem of daily report. I intend to suggest the direction of improved daily report system for better productivity of construction work through input information and management of cooperation enterprises.

  • Recent academic studies have investigated book-tax differences as an indicator of earnings management. Tax accounting texts claim that the differences between pre-tax financial reporting earnings and taxable income can provide information about current earnings, and the large differences between book and taxable incomes are an indicator of low-quality financial reporting earnings. This study investigates the effect of internal control system over book and tax difference using the KOSPI and KOSDAQ firms from 2006 to 2008. The empirical findings are consistent with a weakness of internal control system being associated with higher book-tax difference. That means a firm which has material weakness in the internal control system allows for more malpractice. In addition to this, If the managers tries to the efficient tax decrease strategy, book-tax difference can be large. Which in turn leads us to observe a positive relation between the weakness of internal control system and intensity of book-tax difference. Overall, we interpret this evidence as indicating that the failure of the internal control system can effect not only investors and creditors but also tax authorities. And It emphasizes that a more effective internal control system linked with sound corporate governance.

  • Due to the structure of advanced installment sales of houses which is a construction industrial structure unique to Korea and the Project Financing (PF) project structure that includes construction companies' debt guarantee agreements, the changes in accounting methods resulting from the introduction of K-IFRSs are expected to act in a direction to deteriorate construction businesses' financial statements. Therefore, K-IFRSs are an important issue that can seriously affect the entire domestic construction industry and construction businesses are conceiving strategies to respond to the introduction of K-IFRSs. From this viewpoint, this study was intended to empirically analyze the effect of the introduction of K-IFRSs on construction businesses utilizing financial data applied with the K-IFRSs recently announced. In the analysis, the EDFs were calculated by business using the existing accounting standards GAAP and using K-IFRSs and the results were compared with each other. The results of the analysis indicated that most construction businesses were adversely affected by the introduction of K-IFRSs. It is also considered that businesses with relatively good financial statements under the existing accounting standards GAAP would be affected more by the introduction of K-IFRSs than other businesses. In addition, the introduction of K-IFRSs is expected to have larger effects on large construction businesses that have been providing debt guarantees for PF projects than on small or medium sized construction businesses.

  • Despite the fact that corporate real estate ratio accounts for a considerable proportion of the assets, such researches and studies are lacking and there is not enough such policies to utilize real estate more effectively in Korea. In particular, after IFRS adoption, the owner and manager needs to utilize corporate real estate assets as the assets are revalued. In this study, we analyzed the relationship between corporate governance, corporate real estate holding policies and firm value based on financial data from 2010 to 2016. As a result of regression analysis, this study showed that more Dictatorship Portfolio, the higher proportion of corporate real estate holdings. Next, the higher proportion of corporate real estate holdings, the lower the firm value. This study suggests that corporate real estate is recognized an important factor and should have proper holding ratio. I will continue my research to show that the corporate holding policies are an important asset impact by verifying the mediating effect between corporate governance and firm value in the future.
