안경광학과 학생들의 현장(임상)실습 만족도에 따른 취업 성향 분석 (Analysis of Employment Tendencies According to the Satisfaction of Field (Clinical) Practice among Students of the Department of Optics)

  • Purpose. This research study is to understand the effects of field (clinical) Practice on employment choice and decision. Method. The research study conducts a questionnaire survey of trainees who received field (clinical) Training during the period of 2016 summer vacation to analyze the data, utilizing Likert 5 rating scales and conduct a statistical analysis with the tool of SPSS 18.0. Results.. As for the satisfaction of the participation of Practice, girl students account for the high rate (75.1%) compared with boy students (61.7%). Regarding the satisfaction of each Practice spot, ophthalmic clinic reaches the high rate (77.8%) compared with optical shop (65.7%). Practice about practice courses (53.2%) of regular subjects have somewhat close correlations compared with theory courses (46.8%). 75.2% of respondents in the group that shows the high satisfaction of the participation of Practice replied that they would decide employment as an academic major after Practice. And the figure is proved to assume a high ratio. Conclusion. The analytic research outcome indicates that those trainees who received Practice in an ophthalmic clinic have higher satisfaction than those who received Practice in an optical shop. There is the high accomplishment of employment in relation to academic major area instead of other area, after Practice.

일부 응급구조 전문대학생의 자아개념과 현장실습 만족도에 관한 연구 (A Study on Self-Concept and Satisfaction on Field Practice of E.M.T. College Students)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze and confirm the correlation between self-concept and the degree of satisfaction on field practice of EMT students. Data were collected from 66 junior college EMT students by quertionaire from August 12 to 13, 1997. The data were analyzed by percentage, mean, t-test, F-test, and Person correlation using SAS program. The results of this study were as follows : 1. Self-concept level revealed to be high as 3.784 of a total score 5.0. 2. Satisfaction level revealed to be low as 2.970 of a total score 5.0. Satisfaction level of teaching revealed to be high and environments revealed to be low. 3. Subject satisfaction, practice time were significant in satisfaction level on field practice. 4. Self-concept was not influenced to the degree of satisfaction on field practice.

A Study on the Student Perception Survey to Improve the Quality of Field Practice

  • The purpose of this study was to propose ways to improve the library field practice of Department of Library and Information Science to improve the field environment and educational content, enhance students' field practice, increase efficiency, and increase students' satisfaction. To this end, a survey and interview survey were conducted on students who were going to do field training, and the results are as follows. First, students were well aware of what preparations should be made at school before going to field training. Second, students showed high awareness of their rights guarantees and requests for action in the event of problems at field training institutions. Third, students showed a high demand that field training should guarantee the minimum hourly wage. What is an issue in this regard is that policies that can satisfy both the burden of universities for continuous student guidance and evaluation, the burden of training institutions to conduct education while paying practical expenses, and the rights of students to be protected. This study was aimed at students, but it seems that realistic field practice policies should be presented from various angles as research on government ministries or university authorities is added.

  • 본 연구에서는 해외현장실습 및 해외취업 프로그램 현황을 진단하기 위해 관련 문헌 연구를 실시하였고 CIPP모형에 맞추어 설문을 구성하고 분석하여 향후 효과적인 해외진출 프로그램을 추진하기 위한 정책적 제안을 제시하였다. 주요결과로는 참여자들의 만족수준을 높이기 위해서는 본인의 참여의지가 강해야 하고 해외취업 프로그램의 목표를 명확히 설정해야 할 필요가 있다고 조사되었다. 또한, 해외취업 성사 후에도 담당자의 현지출장 및 업체와의 관계유지 등 지속적인 지원을 보장해 줄 수 있는 시스템이 구축되어야 할 것으로 분석되었다. 본 연구는 현행되고 있는 해외진출 프로그램들이 가지고 있는 긍정적인 효과와 문제점들을 확인함으로써 국가, 대학, 지자체의 해외현장실습 및 해외취업 관련 사업 정책 수립시 도움될 만한 시사점들을 제시하고 있다.

  • 1. Library practice education in Korea is in the form of field experience, that is, Practicum, which is one type of field experience. 2. The practicum is a short-term work experience guided by the academic institutions. (2 to 6 weeks of full time employment in a library, or one to two semesters of approximately 10 to 12 hours weekly) 3. Field work is largely accepted as a required subject. 4. Field work is usually carried out during the first semester of senior year. (or of sophomore year in junior college) 5. Libraries in other universities (or in other institutions) can beused for a student's field work. But the current tendency is to use his or her own university's library. 6. Most universities give one credit for 2 weeks' field work. 7. The method of evaluation is strict: A or 'excellent' (above 90), B or 'good' (above 80), C or 'fair' (above 70), D or 'bad' (above 60). 8. The expense of field work is usually included in the tuition fees. However, some think that an additional fees should be collected in the case of special practice. 9. Respondents to my survey say that the field experience is necessary so that professional librarians can connect theory and practice. 10. They also indicate that there are some problems in library practice education: administrative difficulties in the department chairman's office, the burden on professors in the library being used, and the limited number of libraries in which the field work is practicable. 11. The Department of Library Science is responsible primarily for providing faculty supervision over the students, and secondarily for the preparation of evaluation cards and field work reports. 12. Most of the faculty respondents use evaluation cards for the field work, some of which serve as grade sheets, some as field work diaries, and some as field work reports.

산업체 담당자의 요구 분석에 터한 공업계 고등학교 현장실습 개선 방안 (How to Improve Field Practices for Technical Highschools -By Analyzing the Requests by People-in-charge of Industries-)

  • This study analyzes the requests by the people-in-charge in industries and presents methods to improve field practice systems for technical highschools. Requests from 43 industries in Korea were analyzed. The results about improvement methods for field practices are as follows: First of all, the study suggests the same educational curriculums and number of courses for the 10th grade (National Manditory and Basic Curriculum) and the 11th grade (Elective Program) both in general technical highschools and in "2+1 system" technical highschools. The school offers a dual program: completion and continuation curriculums. In the 12th grade, students choose their careers. Students can participate in field practice as a completion education. In other words, the same curriculums are operated in 10th and 11th grades for students who want to go to college and to get jobs. The different curriculum is arranged for the 12th grade. This system can allow flexibility in curriculum operation for students who want to change their careers or who drop in the middle of filed practice. Students who come back to schools in the middle of field practice are asked to complete technical courses and evaluated like in general technical highschools.

첫 현장실습을 앞둔 치위생과 재학생의 불안에 관한 연구 (The Study on the Anxiety of Dental Hygiene students on the First field Practice)

  • 본 연구는 일부 치위생과 재학생을 대상으로 불안의 정도를 파악하고 학과 만족도 및 실습기대감과의 연관성을 확인해 봄으로써 첫 현장실습을 앞 둔 학생들의 심리적 관리 방향에 대한 기초를 제공하기 위해 수행하였다. 이를 위해 첫 현장실습을 앞둔 치위생과 재학생을 대상으로 설문조사를 시행하였다. 최종분석대상자는 135명이며 일반적 특성, 상태불안, 학과 만족도, 현장실습 기대감, 사전교육 만족도를 조사하였고 평균과 표준편차, 일원배치 분산분석, 다중선형 회귀분석방법을 통해 통계분석을 시행하였다. 그 결과 직전학기 성적 하위 군에서 불안수준이 높았고, 불안수준이 낮은 군에서 학과만족도와 사전교육 만족도가 높았다. 상관분석 결과 학과만족도, 현장실습기대감, 사전교육 만족도와 상태불안과는 음의 상관관계를 나타냈으며, 실습기대감이 높을수록 상태불안이 낮아지며 실습기대감이 낮을수록 상태불안이 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 현장실습 전 상태불안 수준을 낮추고 임상실습 기대감을 높일 수 있는 방안이 마련되어야 할 필요가 있다.

전문교과 교원이 인식한 양성단계에서의 산업체 현장실습 경험 및 필요성 분석 (The Analysis of Experience and Requirement of Field Practice in Pre-service Education Perceived by Vocational Teachers)

  • 이 연구는 전문교과 교원 양성단계에서 산업체 현장실습 참여여부 및 필요성을 파악하고, 산업체 현장실습 참여경험이 있는 전문교과 교원의 참여경험 및 만족도를 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 연구목적 달성을 위해 서울대학교 농업생명과학대학 교육연수원 및 충남대학교 교육연수원에서 직무 및 자격연수를 받고 있었던 전문교과 교원을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 총 689부를 회수하였으며 부정확하게 표기한 4부를 제외하고, 최종적으로 685부의 설문지를 사용하였다. 분석 결과, 교원양성 단계에서 '4주 이상 산업체 현장실습을 참여하였다'고 응답한 전문교과 교원은 112명(16.5%)에 불과하였다. 그런데 양성단계에서 현장실습이 필요한지에 대해 전문교과 교원은 대체로 필요하다고 인식(평균 4.07)하는 것으로 나타났다. 산업체 현장실습의 참여 여부에 대해 '4주 이상 산업체 현장실습을 충실하게 참여하였다'와 '산업체 현장실습 관련 서류는 제출했으나, (4주 미만) 며칠만 참여하였다'고 응답한 143명을 대상으로 참여 경험을 조사한 결과, 참여기관으로는 중소기업, 거주지는 자택 또는 친척집, 이동수단은 버스 또는 지하철이라고 응답한 교원이 많았다. 산업체 현장실습에 참여한 교원의 34.8%가 금전적 보상을 받았으며, 80.3%가 학점을 인정받았던 것으로 나타났다. 전문교과 교원의 산업체 현장실습 만족도에 대한 인식은 보통수준(평균 3.51)으로 나타났다.

성인대학생의 평생교육 현장실습 경험 탐구 (Exploring the Lifelong Education Field Experience of Adult College Students)

  • 본 연구는 성인대학생의 평생교육 현장실습 경험을 탐색하였다. 이를 위해 성인대학생 5명을 대상으로 2020년 11월 17일부터 2021년 05월 14일까지 실습일지 및 과제물 분석과 심층면담을 통해 질적 사례연구를 수행하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 평생교육 현장실습 경험은 '넘어야 할 산! 평생교육 현장실습', '평생교육에 대한 인식의 확장', '자신감을 유발하는 현장실습', '백문불여일견의 살아있는 현장경험'으로 나타났다. 둘째, 평생교육 현장실습 경험의 의미는 '동료들과 팀워크로 학습공동체 형성', '평생교육의 핵심은 사람이라는 깨달음', '평생교육사의 직업적 정체성에 변화', '도전하고 싶은 평생학습 실천가의 삶'으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 평생교육 현장실습 참여자의 질적 성장을 견인하고, 직업적 전문성 확보 및 양질의 현장실습 제공을 위한 기초자료로 활용할 수 있을 것이다. 추후 타 대학의 성인대학생을 대상으로 후속연구를 제안하였다.

제3종 시설물 지정 업무 담당자의 지식과 태도가 업무 실천에 미치는 영향 (Influence of Knowledge and Attitude of Class-III Facility Designator on Work Practice)

  • The relationship between the knowledge, attitude, and practice of the person in charge of designating a Class III facility was analyzed to improve its practice. As a field of knowledge, system knowledge and technical knowledge were considered, and attitudes were divided into cognitive, affective, and behavioral attitudes. A knowledge, attitude, and practice (KAP) survey was conducted, and the relationship among them was analyzed through correlation and regression analyses. The factors affecting the level of practice in designating the Class III facility were technical knowledge in the field of knowledge and cognitive and behavioral attitudes in the field of attitudes. Cognitive and behavioral attitudes were the two factors that most influenced the practice of designating a Class III facility. It is thought that the higher the level of cognitive and behavioral attitudes, the greater the ability to practice designating the Class III facility. The general characteristics of respondents influencing cognitive and behavioral attitudes were analyzed by safety inspection.
