히스테리시스 앞먹임과 신경회로망을 이용한 압전 구동기의 정밀 위치제어 (Precision Position Control of Piezoelectric Actuator Using Feedforward Hysteresis Compensation and Neural Network)

  • This work proposes a new method for describing the hysteresis non-linearity of a piezoelectric actuator. The hysteresis behaviour of piezoelectric actuators, including the minor loop trajectory, are modeled by geometrical relationship between a reference major loop and its minor loops. This hysteresis model is transformed into inverse hysteresis model in order to output compensated voltage with regard to the given input displacement. A feedforward neural network, which is trained by a feedback PID control module, is incorporated to the inverse hysteresis model to compensate unknown dynamics of the piezoelectric system. To show the feasibility of the proposed feedforward-feedback controller, some experiments have been carried out and the tracking performance was compared to that of simple PTD controller.

  • This paper concerns on a non-rotating axis-active magnetic bearing (AMB) system subject to base motion. In such a system, it is desirable to retain the axis within the predetermined air-gap. Motivated from this, an optimal acceleration feedforward control is proposed to reduce the base motion response without deteriorating other feedback control performances. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed feedforward control reduces the air-gap deviation to 29% that by feedback control alone.

  • A particle filter is one of the most famous filters. The reason why the particle filter is widely used is that particle deals with the state estimation problem for not only linear models with Gaussian noise but also the non-linear models with non-Gaussian noise and it receives great attention from many engineering fields. In the point of view state estimator, particle filter is feedforward observer. According to the characteristic of dynamic system, the feedforward observer can estimate real state. However, the speed of convergence of feedforward observer between the actual state and the estimated state cannot be satisfied. Since the particle filter is a sort of feedforward observer, the convergence speed of particle filter is slow, and the particle filter cannot estimate actual state like particle collapse problem. In order to overcome the limitation of particle filter as a kind of feedfoward estimator, we propose a new particle filter which has feedback term, called particle filter with feedback. Our proposed method is analyzed theoretically and studied by computer simulation. Comparisons are made with other filtering mehod.

선체운동 예측을 이용한 Dynamic Positioning System의 피드포워드 제어 알고리즘에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Feedforward Control Algorithm for Dynamic Positioning System Using Ship Motion Prediction)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 가까운 미래의 선박운동정보를 이용하는 피드포워드 제어알고리즘과 FPSO 운동 수치 시뮬레이션 모델을 개발하고 시뮬레이션을 통하여 제어알고리즘의 성능을 검증하는 것이다. 본 논문에서는 조류, 바람, 파력 등의 환경하중에 의하여 발생한 선체운동의 미래 예측치를 활용한 피드포워드 제어력을 추가적으로 가지는 Dynamic Positioning System에 대하여 연구한다. 먼저, 조류력, 풍력 및 파력에 대한 수학모델을 선정하여 환경하중에서의 선체운동을 계산하고, 현재의 선체운동 값과 Brown 지수평활 예측모형을 활용하여 미래 선체운동 값을 예측하였다. 또한 위치 유지와 Heading angle 제어를 위한 제어력을 PID(Proportional-Integral-Derivative)이론을 이용하여 결정한 피드백 제어기와 미래 선체운동 값을 이용하여 결정한 피드포워드 제어기로 구성하였다. 그리고 각 Thruster에 요구되는 추력은 라그랑지승수법을 활용하여 분배하였다. 마지막으로 FPSO(Floating Production Storage and Offloading)의 운동과 Dynamic Positioning System에 대한 시뮬레이션 모델을 구축하여 선박의 위치 및 Heading angle 제어에 관한 시뮬레이션을 수행하여 제안하는 피드백 제어기와 피드포워드 제어기를 동시에 가지는 제어시스템의 성능을 평가하였다. 본 연구의 결과, 피드백 및 피드 포워드 제어기가 적용된 DPS 제어시스템이 기존의 피드백 제어기보다 위치유지 및 헤딩각 유지 능력에서 개선되었고 각 Thruster에 요구되는 평균 제어력 및 최대 제어력의 크기도 감소함을 보였다. 이에 따라 DPS에 요구되는 동력 감축과 Azimuth Thruster 용량의 감소로 인하여 비용 절감의 효과를 기대할 수 있다.

  • This paper concerns on a non-rotating single-DOF beam-active magnetic bearing(AMB) system subject to arbitrary shaped base motion. In such a system, it is desirable to retain the beam within the predetermined air-gap under foundation excitation. Motivated form this, an adaptive acceleration feedforward control is proposed to reduce the base motion response without deteriorating other feedback control performances. Experimental results demonstrate the effectiveness of the acceleration feedforward control.

  • 본(本) 논문(論文)에서는 북한강(北漢江) 수계(水系)의 소양강(昭陽江)댐 및 화천(華川)댐의 실시간(實時間) 홍수조절(洪水調節) 모형(模型)을 개발(開發)하였다. 그 방법으로는 feedforward-feedback control에 의한 Simulation기법은 사용하였다. 즉, 예측 유입량을 이용한 단일댐 운영방안에 의하여 구간 각 댐의 방류량으로부터 두 댐의 합류점(合流點)에서의 유량을 구한 후 Feedback control에 의하여 합류점(合流點)의 첨두 유량을 경감하도록 상류댐 방류량을 재조정하도록 하였다. 또한 개발(開發)된 모형(模型)에 관한 민감도(敏感度) 분석(分析)을 행하였다.

  • In this paper, DFE with feedforward section(FDFE) is used to mitigate ISI and improve BER generated in the course of storage and retrieval of high-density 2-dimensional data in digital holographic memory system. From the result of experiment, BER performance of DFE with feedforward section is improved about 37% than binary-decision course by direct thresholding.

The Power Analysis and Its Control of Two-phase Orthogonal Power Supply for the Continuous Casting

  • In order to improve the quality of the billet continuous casting, a two-phase orthogonal power supply (TPOPS) for electromagnetic stirrer is researched, which is composed of three-phase PWM rectifier and three-leg inverter. According to the power analysis of system, the ripple of dc-link voltage is analyzed and its analytical expression is derived. In order to improve the performance of electromagnetic stirring, an integrated control method with feedforward control is proposed for PWM rectifier to suppress the fluctuations of dc-link voltage and provide a stable dc source for inverter. According to the simplified equivalent model, a composite current control method is proposed for inverter. This proposed method can combine the merits of feedforward control with feedback control to effectively improve the dynamic output performance of TPOPS. Finally, a 300kVA prototype of TPOPS is developed, and the results have verified the analysis and control method.

신경회로망의 쟈쿄비안을 이용한 feedforward/feedback 병합제어기 설계 (The combined feedforward/fedback controller design using jacobians of neural network)

  • This paper proposes a combined feedforward/feedback controller which uses jacobians of neural network. The jacobians are calculated form the neural network that identifies the nonlinear plant, which are used for designing a jacobian controller and for training a neural network controller. Normally, it takes much time to train the neural network controller. Combining the neural and the jacobian controller, it can be a stable controller from the beginning of training phase of neural network, and it can be implemented as a learning-while-functioning controller. Simulated resutls for the proposed controller show its effectiveness and better performances.

비선형 보상기와 피드포워드 제어에 의한 로봇의 위치/힘 제어 (Position/Force Control of a Robot by a Nonlinear Compensator and Feedforward Control)

  • This paper deals with a hybrid position/force control of a robot which is moving on the constrained object with constant force. The proposed controller is composed of a position and force controller. The position controller has a nonlinear compensator which is based on the dynamic robot model and the force controller is attached by feedforward element. A direct drive robot with hard nonlinearity which is controlled by the proposed algorithm has moved on the constrained object with a high stiffness and low stiffness. The results show that the proposed controller has more vibration suppression effects which is occurred to the constrained object with a high stiffness, than a existing feedback controller, and accurate force control can be obtained by comparatively a small feedback gain.
