  • In this paper, blows-up and global solutions for a class of nonlinear divergence form parabolic equations with the abstract form of $({\varrho}(u))_t$ and time dependent coefficients are considered. The conditions are established for the existence of a solution globally and also the conditions are established for the blow up of the solution at some finite time. Moreover, the lower bound and upper bound of the blow-up time are derived if blow-up occurs.

  • This paper considers a parabolic-hyperbolic-hyperbolic type chemotaxis system in ℝd, d ≥ 3, describing tumor-induced angiogenesis. The global existence result and temporal decay estimate for a unique mild solution are established under the assumption that some Sobolev norms of initial data are sufficiently small.

  • We prove convergence properties of the global solutions to the cooperative cross-diffusion system with the intra-specific cooperative pressures dominated by the inter-specific competition pressures and the inter-specific cooperative pressures dominated by intra-specific competition pressures. Under these conditions the $W^1_2-bound$ and the time global existence of the solution for the cooperative cross-diffusion system have been obtained in [10]. In the present paper the convergence of the global solution is established for the cooperative cross-diffusion system with large diffusion coefficients.

  • In this paper, we consider a doubly nonlinear parabolic equation related to the Leray-Lions operator with Dirichlet boundary condition and initial data given. By exploiting a suitable implicit time-discretization technique, we obtain the existence of global strong solution.

  • This paper devotes to the study of a diffusive model for unstirred membrane reactors with maintenance energy subject to a homogeneous Neumann boundary condition. It shows that the unique constant steady state is globally asymptotically stable when it exists. This result further implies the non-existence of the non-uniform steady state solution.

  • This paper deals the global existence and blow-up properties of the following non-Newton polytropic filtration system, $${u_t}-{\triangle}_{m,p}u=u^{{\alpha}_1}\;{\int}_{\Omega}\;{\upsilon}^{{\beta}_1}\;(x,\;t)dx,\;{\upsilon}_t-{\triangle}_{n,p}{\upsilon}={\upsilon}^{{\alpha}_2}\;{\int}_{\Omega}\;u^{{\beta}_2}\;(x,{\;}t)dx,$$ with homogeneous Dirichlet boundary condition. Under appropriate hypotheses, we prove that the solution either exists globally or blows up in finite time depends on the initial data and the relations of the parameters in the system.

  • In this paper, we consider two-species periodic Gilpin-Ayala competition system with delay and impulsive effect. By using some analysis methods, sufficient conditions for the permanence of the system are derived. Further, we give the conditions of the existence and global asymptotic stable of positive periodic solution.
