  • The purpose of this study was to investigate relations among the non-verbal communication, coach trust, and continuous participating intention of scuba diving participants. For this purpose, the investigator applied convenience sampling to users at three scuba diving resorts in Gangwon Province and those at two scuba diving pools in Gyeonggi Province and selected total 267 valid questionnaires. Collected data was put to simple and multiple regression analysis with the SPSS 18.0 program. The findings were as follows: first, body language and paralanguage of non-verbal communication had significant effects on coach trust, but spatial acts and physical appearance had no such effects on it; secondly, coach trust had significant impacts on continuous participating intention; and finally, body language of non-verbal communication had significant influences on continuous participating intention, but spatial acts, paralanguage, and physical appearance had no significant influences on it.

A non-probabilistic sampling method was used as a convenience sampling method with 257 questionnaires being analyzed by frequency, factor analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis using the SPSS 21.0 version statistical program for Windows. The results of this study are as follows. First, cognitive flow showed a negative relationship with negative self-esteem, a positive relationship with positive self-esteem, and a positive relationship with tendency and possibility in interrelation. Behavioral flow showed a positive relationship with tendency, possibility, and reinforcement. Second, positive and negative self-esteem showed positive relationships with behavioral flow and did not show any relation. Third, reinforcement showed a positive relationship and tendency and possibility did not affect behavioral flow. It is possible to enhance self-esteem and improve physical fitness through continuous physical activities and to live a lively school life by understanding the immersion experiences of the adolescents' participation in sports clubs and by providing more appropriate physical activity information to adolescents.

However, in order to prevent various abuses which may occur when the principle of freedom of testament is carried out unlimited, secured portion system is stipulated. So, absolute freedom of property disposed by the deceased is limited. Likewise, the secured portion system is introduced as the system to resolve the contradiction that exists between principle of freedom of testament and legal inheritance. Since Supreme Court Decision 2010DA50809 delivered on May 24, 2012 includes major legal issues such as how to exercise of claim of return for secured portions, transfer of the secured proportion or the claim of return for secured portions, and exercise of claim of return for secured portions against a third party. So, it has a very important meaning. In this paper, legal issues regarding the exercise of claim of return for secured portions have been reviewed with this decision.

  • The purpose of this study is to identify factors related to the intent of quit smoking in adult hypertension and normal group. Data are based on the National Health and Nutrition Survey from 2010 to 2018. The survey was performed on 1,981 male adults(Hypertension group 407, Normal group 1,574). In the hypertension group, single was 0.226 times lower in the will to intention to quit smoking than the group spouses. Also, high school graduation was 2.102 times higher than middle school graduation, and the worse the subjective health status was, the higher the intention was to quit smoking. It was also 5.427 times higher than when people did not walk if the day they walked for more than 10 minutes a day was one day of the week. The characteristics of hypertensive patients should be understood. In quit smoking education, it is necessary to recommend health exercises and proper exercise to patients. It should be used as the basis data for a quit smoking policy for efficient personalized management of hypertensive patients.

  • This study sought to examine the effects of job inconsistency of cooks in the food service businesses on job performance, and the effects of such causation on intention of changing jobs. For job inconsistency, cooks produce limited menu products due to the segmentation of jobs in the same industry, and can hardly exercise their skills obtained through education. Thus, 275 samples of job inconsistency were made to undergo frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlational analysis, and multiple regression analysis, using the SPSS 17.0 program. Hypothesis 1 was established as cooks' job inconsistency having a positive effect on job performance; thus, with regard to job performance factors, skill inconsistency (${\beta}$=-.432), and wage inconsistency (${\beta}$=-.250) had a negative effect on job performance, but education inconsistency (${\beta}$=-.048) did not have an effect. Hypothesis 2 was established as cooks' job performance having a significant effect on intention of changing jobs; thus, intention of changing jobs had a significant negative effect on job performance (${\beta}$=-.238). So if job performance was improved, the intention of changing jobs would be reduced. This study implies that: cooks who were engaging in the food service businesses experienced job inconsistency, and led themselves to having an intention to change jobs; in this process, individual cooks' job level inconsistency and their wage levels have an important effect on intention of changing jobs.

  • The present study investigated fashion Instagram marketing, applying the concept of gamification. It set out to examine the following specific issues: 1) perceptions of flow, pleasures, dimensions of game dynamics (challenge, competition, achievement, reward, relationships among participants, and relationships between brands and consumers), and consumer responses based on frequency and involvement in exercise; 2) the effects of game dynamics dimensions on flow and pleasure; and 3) the effects of flow and pleasure on consumer responses. An online survey was used to gather data and the study analyzed a total of 200 responses. The results of the study were as follows. Perception differences were found only in relation to exercise involvement. Competition, relationships among participants, and relationships between brands and customers positively predicted flow. Among the dimensions of game dynamics, challenge, competition, reward, relationships among participants, and relationships between brands and consumers positively influenced pleasure. In addition, the study also found that pleasure and flow had positive effects on intention to participate and brand loyalty. Meanwhile, only pleasure predicted word-of-mouth. These findings suggest that fashion brands implementing Instagram as a marketing channel should seek to stimulate pleasure and fun to provoke positive consumer responses. Furthermore, the findings of the study provide practical and useful insights for fashion brands implementing Instagram marketing.

  • Purpose-Meat plays an important role in the Chinese daily diet, however, due to the spread of COVID-19, food supply and safety have become a major concern. The safety and health features of chilled fresh meat have attracted the attention of consumers. To study consumers' purchasing behavior and willingness to pay for chilled meat under the influence of the epidemic. Research methodology- The data were obtained by questionnaire survey, major issues include consumers' meat consumption habits in the wake of the COVID-19 and their awareness of meat product quality labels. In addition, the gender, age, family income, and other basic personal information of the interviewees were also counted. Based on the binary Logit regression method, we study consumers' purchasing behavior and willingness to pay for chilled meat under different demographic characteristics. Results-The results showed that brand and quality certification are important factors influencing purchases. In addition, the presence of children under the age of 12 in the household and the level of income and education also influence consumers' purchase intention of the chilled fresh meat. However, mart promotions and city ratings can significantly lower consumers' propensity to buy the chilled fresh meat. Apart from this, such factors as gender, age, and living conditions have no significant influence on consumers' purchase of chilled fresh meat.

  • The aim of this study is to design and develop the gait rehabilitation equipment that judge patient's movement of his/her center of gravity using pressure sensors, and to aid hemiplegic patients to balance themselves using an automatic stepper that changes the patient's center of gravity. It is hard to bear the weight on the affected side for hemiplegic patients. The gait rehabilitation equipment detects the footing phase of hemiplegic patient during training and moves the unaffected footing side of the stepper up and moves the affected footing side down simultaneously so that the patient's center of gravity can shift from unaffected side to affected side. The gait rehabilitation system was developed and applied for hemiplegic patients during exercise. Eight hemiplegic patients and one normal adult were studied. The developed gait rehabilitation system could judge not only the normal adult's intention but also the patient's intention to move his/her center of gravity. Even though the most of hemiplegic patients exercised in automatic mode and a few hemiplegic patients exercised in manual mode, the developed gait rehabilitation system can aid the hemiplegic patients to train more easily.
