  • Copy machines have been used in the 3 dimensional shape machining like the non-sphere surface. This study is intended to show the possibility of manufacturing of a non-sphere shape without a exclusive CAM(Computer Aided Manufacturing) software in the process of metallic mold. It has been examined under the two types of working conditions. One is a cutting by manual programming and the other is a cutting by a general-purpose CAM software. Two kinds of output data were compared and analyzed, and data by a manual program were discovered more accurate than those of a general-purpose CAM software. In this study, I came to a conclusion it is possible to manufacture a 3 dimensional shape without a exclusive CAM software.

  • We have developed the exclusive CAD/CAM system for the machining of impeller blades. This study is about the mod-eling method for the effective machining of impeller blades farmed by ruled surface. As the impeller is consisted of boss part and blade part, the boss is modeled by rotational surface of hub curve on z-axis and the blade is described by ruled- surfaces between hub curve and shroud curve. This modeling process can be carried out on the software developed in this study. And, the developed software can describe the impeller as a solid model through interface with Solid-Works soul- ware. The developed software containing the interface method proposed in this study was very effective fur impeller modeling.

  • In this paper, a new representations of extended threshold Boolean filter(ETBF), called SA filter, is introduced. The structure of this representations is a one of multistage filters. The first stage is subfilters of nonlinear filters such as maximum, minimum, or exclusive-OR operators. The second stage is linear combination of Int stage outputs. Although the structure of this representations is very similar to SAM filters, SA filters encampass all ETBF not subset of ETBF.

  • Recent time, there appear many cases of remodeling construction concluding enlargement of exclusive using area in Apartment. These constructions show several phases according to the size of apartment and use of the each room. In small size apartment the cause of enlargement construction is usually the desire for having enough dwelling space. But in large size apartment that is usually the desire for having usuful and effective dwelling space. In these remodeling constructions owner or designer change the interior design of each rooms and the Intoner materials. These changes show several tendencies by the sizes of apartments and use of the each room.

  • In commercial vehicle, sub-frame which equipped in main frame supporting dump deck and oil tanker. This is the main structure for all equipment which including joint function. Sub-frame is made by welding process, this susceptible to deform and crack by its longitudinal size. Also various kind of sub-frame make it difficult to standardization in manufacturing process and exclusive jig is not adapted yet. Frame size is over 6~8m and weight is more than 300kg this make re-work more difficult. If manufacturing company made precise sub-frame, this is not only convenient for customers but also save the company money by reducing the working time. In this study manufacture the sub-frame be suitable for its main function and develop exclusive welding jig for obtain checking fixture function as well.

Image Steganography to Hide Unlimited Secret Text Size

  • This paper shows the hiding process of unlimited secret text size in an image using three methods: the first method is the traditional method in steganography that based on the concealing the binary value of the text using the least significant bits method, the second method is a new method to hide the data in an image based on Exclusive OR process and the third one is a new method for hiding the binary data of the text into an image (that may be grayscale or RGB images) using Exclusive and Huffman Coding. The new methods shows the hiding process of unlimited text size (data) in an image. Peak Signal to Noise Ratio (PSNR) is applied in the research to simulate the results.

  • Crohn's disease (CD) is a chronic, incurable and relapsing disease involving any part of the gastrointestinal tract and exclusive enteral nutrition (EEN) is first-line therapy. Few studies have examined the patient experience of EEN. The aim of this study was to assess the child's experiences of EEN, to identify problematic themes and understand the child's mindset. Children with CD who previously completed EEN were recruited to complete a survey. All data were analyzed using Microsoft Excel and reported as N (%). Forty-four children (mean age 11.3 years) consented to participate. Sixty-eight percent of children reported limited formula flavors as the most challenging aspect and 68% of children identified 'support' to be important. This study highlights the psychological impact of chronic disease and its therapies on children. Providing adequate support is essential to insure EEN is successful. Further studies are required to determine psychological support strategies for children taking EEN.

Implementation of a High Performance XOR-XNOR Circuit

  • The parity function can be implemented with XOR (exclusive-OR) and XNOR (exclusive NOR) circuit. In this paper we propose a high performance XOR-XNOR circuit. The proposed circuitreduced the internal load capacitance on critical path and implemented with 8 transistors. The circuit produces a perfect output signals for all input combinations. Compared with the previous circuits, the proposed circuit presents the improved characteristics in average propagation delay time, power dissipation, power-delay product (PDP), and energy-delay-product (EDP). The proposed circuits are implemented with standard CMOS 0.18um technology. Computer simulations using SPICE show that the proposed circuit realizes the expected logic functions and achieves a reasonable performance.

  • Recently, most corporations in Korea need to construct new management system for overcoming economic crisis. Firstly, this paper suggests “Value Creation system”. Secondly, this paper suggests CALS as strategic substitute to achieve market efficiency, capital efficiency, personal efficiency, and operation efficiency, which are four critical factors of “Value Creation system”. Korean corporations should build new business model founded on cooperation by completing CALS system and reconstruct competitive management system by using knowledge and know-how accumulated in that process. Because most corporations keep exclusive corporate culture and little experience of cooperative relationship among businesses, strategic approaches are essential for construction of CALS. These are vertical integration, organization of CALS construction teams, concurrent development of product/process, CEO's iron will, Precise vision and strategies, and education/training of participant.

  • Recently, the definition of work space contains so many meanings. Basically, this means space where handling various information and developing numerous creative activities. Moreover, the work space is important not only for individual itself but also organizational development. This research is studied for suggesting revitalization of advanced work efficiency, deriving motivation as well as creative operation support for harmonious communication. In order to make the better creative work places, "concentration and motivating interests between members of organization", "Necessity of environment for development and operational progress of work", "improvement and creativity of work and importance of the physical environment" and "harmonious communication and development of advanced community" should be considered. This research arranged based on ALCEMIS model and used actual examples on each step for better understanding of creative work spaces. Especially creative jobs need this kind of spaces for better communication and cooperation.
