표준전동차 제동장치에 대한 내구도 평가(I) (Durability evaluation for Korea type EMU's braking system)

  • This paper describes the result of endurance test of the brake system of the Korean EMU on the Sangju test track. The purpose of the test is to prove the endurance of brake system. Test conditions are more severe than actual operation on the commercial line. As of October, test result is good without severe problems. 100,000km of test operation will be continued by the end of this year to check the endurance of the brake system.

군용차량의 주행모드에 따른 상대 노면 가혹도 분석 (Relative Road Damage Analysis with Driving Modes of a Military Vehicle)

  • A military vehicle is driven at different usage modes with the army application and servicing conditions. For practical durability validation, DT(Development Test) on a new military vehicle should be run up to the durability target kilometers on test courses in the specified proving ground. Driving velocities with test courses at the endurance mode of DT are established definitely. However, OT(Operational Test) and initial endurance test of production car can't be performed only in the DT courses due to the development period limit. Therefore, this paper focuses on the method to analyze the relative road damages between the endurance test in DT and other endurance test. Road load acquisition tests on KLTV(Korean Light Tactical Vehicle) were implemented at 15 driving modes in off-road and cross-country courses of two tests. Wheel accelerations were processed through band-pass filter, and then the main frequency and maximum power of the signals were computed by PSD analysis. Finally, using the proving ground optimization based on RDS(Relative Damage Spectrum) characterization, the damage factors between off-roads of test courses were determined.

근전의수의 내구성 시험방법에 대한 연구 (Study on a test method for the endurance of myoelectric hand prosthesis)

  • 본 논문은 사함의 근육에서 발생하는 근전위 신호에 의해서 제어되는 근전의수의 성능에 대한 시험방법을 제안한 것이다. 근전의수는 기계적인 의수, 근전위 신호를 측정하는 표면 근전위 센서, 제어시스템, 그리고 충전용 배터리로 구성되어 있다. 상용화 된 근전의수를 가지고 파지 내구성을 시험한 결과 소음과 파지력은 큰 차이가 없었다. 제안된 시험방법은 내구성 시험을 통하여 근전의수의 신뢰성을 검증하였다.

  • 현재까지 국내에서 운행되고 있는 고속철도차량용 창문은 전량 해외 제품의 수입에 의존하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 고속철도차량의 주행도중에 발생되는 공기 압력 변동 값을 반복적으로 생성시킬 수 있고 국제적으로 통용되는 규격에 부합하는 압력 내구성 시험을 수행할 수 있는 시험기의 개발에 대한 연구를 수행하였다. 따라서 향후 고속철도차량용 창문유리에 대한 압력 내구성시험기의 연구개발을 통하여 창유리의 국산화에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

파킨슨병 환자의 e-운동프로그램이 균형과 보행 그리고 지구력에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of e-Exercise Program on Balance, Gait, and Endurance in Patients with Parkinson's Disease)

  • Purpose : Patients with Parkionson's disease have a temporal and spatial restriction for their's exercise treatment. The aim of this study is to verify the effectiveness of e-exercise program on balance, gait, and endurance ability in people with Parkinson's disease. Methods : Eighteen participants, with Parkinson's disease that ranged from stage to on the Hoehn & Yahr scale, were assigned to two group. Two group were divided into on-line group that exercised in home by computer video, and off-line group that exercised in clinical center. Exercise program that included 3 sections (warm-up, main exercise, cool down)-5 parts(stretch, strength, balance, gait, stretch) was used to train for participants. We used the functional reach test for balance ability, timed up and go test for gait ability, 6 minute walking test for endurance ability. Wilkoxon sign lank tests were used to assess the difference of balance, gait, and endurance ability in pre-and post test each groups. Mann-whitney tests were used to assess the difference of balance, gait, and endurance ability between groups. Results : Wilkoxon sign lank tests revealed that both group were improved the balance, gait and endurance agility by e-exercise program intervention. Mann-whitney tests showed that there were no differences between groups in the variation of balance, gait, endurance ability. Conclusion : We believe that exercise program with on-line(e-exercise program) is an effective intervention for people with Parkinson's disease and is no different than off-line exercise group in the variation of balance, gait, endurance ability.

진동환경에 따른 전기설비의 내구성 향상에 관한 연구 (A Study on Endurance Improvement of Electrical Equipment according to Vibration Environment)

  • The equipment in ships and railway vehicles are continuously exposed to vibration, and its durability is very important. Therefore, consumers require the verification of the performance of equipment via standardized tests under the given environments to improve and stabilize the performance. In this study, a durability improvement and stabilization plan was proposed, which included the exploratory vibration test, variable frequency test and endurance test for the electrical equipment according to the vibration environment. It is expected that this study results will improve the technological competitive power of the ship and railway-related manufacturers and contribute to the equipment development and export.

  • The CFT(Cornering Fatigue test) and RFT(Radial Fatigue Test) are tests for evaluating the endurance of the disc and rim region of the wheel. In recent, automobile wheel safety standards have been revised and the applied load and target life criteria are different from existing conditions. The verification evaluation of all wheels requires a lot of time and cost. In this study, the endurance severity of each test was compared through strain-life approach by selecting 4 steel and 8 aluminum wheels.

다이나믹 테이핑과 키네시오 테이핑 적용에 따른 발바닥 굽힘근의 지구력과 피로도에 미치는 효과 비교 (Comparison of the effects of dynamic taping and kinesio taping on endurance and fatigue of plantar flexor)

  • Background: The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of plantar flexor on muscle fatigue and endurance when two different sport tapes are applied. Design: Cross-sectional design. Methods: Fifty-one healthy adults were randomly assigned to dynamic taping group (n=17), kinesio taping group (n=17), and control group (n=17). The dynamic taping group used the dynamic tape. The kinesio tape group used the kinesio tape, and the control group doesn't used tape. Every group performed heel rise test and sEMG for every during pre-test and post-test. To evaluate plantar flexor endurance, the number of times was measured during the heel rise test. Results: The number of heel rises increased significantly in the post-test in dynamic taping group compared to the pre-test, and In comparison between groups, the number of heel rises significantly increased in dynamic taping group compared to kinesio taping group and control group. PEF value was significantly increased in the post-test compared to the pre-test in dynamic taping group, and there was a significant difference between the three groups according to the taping application. Conclusion: The results of this study confirmed that dynamic taping was effective in musclular fatigue and endurance on plantar flexor in healthy adults. Based on these results, it is suggested that the application of dynamic tape can be suggested as one of the intervention methods for muscle endurance and muscle fatigue.

Low Cost Endurance Test-pattern Generation for Multi-level Cell Flash Memory

  • A new endurance test-pattern generation on NAND-flash memory is proposed to improve test cost. We mainly focus on the correlation between the data-pattern and the device error-rate during endurance testing. The novelty is the development of testing method using quasi-random pattern based on device architectures in order to increase the test efficiency during time-consuming endurance testing. It has been proven by the experiments using the commercial 32 nm NAND flash-memory. Using the proposed method, the error-rate increases up to 18.6% compared to that of the conventional method which uses pseudo-random pattern. Endurance testing time using the proposed quasi-random pattern is faster than that of using the conventional pseudo-random pattern since it is possible to reach the target error rate quickly using the proposed one. Accordingly, the proposed method provides more low-cost testing solutions compared to the previous pseudo-random testing patterns.

  • 유럽의 경우 항공기 엔진 개발 시 유럽항공안전청(EASA)에서 제시한 형식증명 기준을 통과해야 한다. 그 중에서 엔진의 운전한계조건에서의 엔진 구조 안정성을 입증하기 위하여 150시간 내구시험을 수행해야 한다. 150시간 내구 시험의 만족기준은 유럽항공안전청의 형식증명 기준인 JAR-E에 명시되어 있다. 현재 국외 엔진 원제작사와 협업을 통하여 Arriel 2L2 엔진을 개발 중에 있으며, 형식 증명을 위하여 150시간 내구 시험을 수행하였다. 본 연구에서는 개발대상 엔진인 Arriel 2L2 엔진의 설계 및 운용 특성을 고려한 150시간 내구시험 수행 및 절차를 정립하였다.
