중국역사영화 '영웅'의 건물배경에 대한 감성분석 (Emotional Analysis on the Building Background of Chinese History Film 'Hero')

  • 본 연구는 중국역사영화 '영웅'의 소재로 활용된 건물배경에 대한 관객의 감성 고찰을 목적으로 한다. 본 연구는 감성과 관련된 선행 연구를 통해 건물배경에 적합한 감성어휘를 도출하고 이를 설문형태로 감성을 분석하였다. 연구결과 영화의 건물 배경이 관객에게 감성적인 영향을 줄 수 있으며 중국 전통양식과 문화를 이해하는데 도움을 줄 것이다.

개심수술후(Open-Heart Surgery) 환자의 교육 요구에 관한 간호원과 환자와의 비교연구 (A Comparison Study of Educational Needs Following Open-Heart Surgery Assessed by Nurses and Patients Themselves)

  • The purpose of this study was to compare educational needs following open heart surgery assessed by nurses & patients themselves, Data were collected from Nov. 1983 to Jan. 1984 through administration of Questionnaire developed for this study by the researcher. The subjects were 45 patients who experienced open heart surgery and 29 nurses who taking care of these patients in chest surgery ward at Seoul National University Hospital. The Data were analyzed by T-test and One Way ANOVA according to dependent variables. The result were as follows 1. There are significant difference between educational needs, assessed by nurses and patients themselves. (p<0.05) The nurses reported higher score of educational needs than patients. 2. In comparison of content area of educational needs, there was significant difference according to respiratory care, fain, chest tube care and operation including heart function between two groups. But, there was no significant difference in diet, activity, complication, emotional care and medication between two groups. 3. The priorities in content area of educational needs rated by nurses and patients were similar.

"한국형 결혼만족도척도" 개발 연구 (A Study of Development of the korean-Marital Satisfaction Scale)

  • This article presents the development of a self-report measure of Korean Marital Satisfaction Scale. Based on 'Family Process Model'and interviews with 183 married couple, 3 domain structures with 74 items were identified, which included interactional process, emotional process, and intellectual process. It was administerd to 289 couples to test reliability and validity. Overall reliability coefficients were high for each of the individual domains($\alpha$=.62 to $\alpha$=.93). Face validity, content validity, content validity and concurrent validity respectively were demonstrated good. Additionally, divergent validity with scales of self-esteem and depression was observed. These results support the reliability and psychometric validity of the Korean Marital Satisfaction Scale in the assessment of key dimensions of marital process of Korean couples.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 매직영화인 '해리 포터'를 대상으로 영화 속 건물과 배경에 대한 관객의 감성을 탐색적으로 접근하였다. 이를 위해 영화 속 건물배경에 적합한 감성어휘를 도출하였다. 영화의 건물 배경이 관객에게 감성적인 영향을 줄 수 있을 것으로 예상하며 서양 고전적 고딕 양식과 문화를 감성적인 측면으로 이해하는데 도움을 줄 것으로 기대한다.

Modeling Topic Extraction-based Sentiment Analysis Based on User Reviews

  • In this paper, we proposed a multi-subject-level sentiment analysis model for user reviews using the Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA) method targeting user-generated content (UGC). Data were collected from users' online reviews of hotels in major tourist cities in the world, and 30 hotel-related topics were extracted using the entire user reviews through the LDA technique. Six major hotel-related themes (Cleanliness, Location, Rooms, Service, Sleep Quality, and Value) were selected from the extracted themes, and emotions were evaluated for sentences corresponding to six themes in each user review in the proposed sentiment analysis model. Sentiment was analyzed using a dictionary. In addition, the performance of the proposed sentiment analysis model was evaluated by comparing the emotional values for each subject in the user reviews and the detailed scores evaluated by the user directly for each hotel attribute. As a result of analyzing the values of accuracy and recall of the proposed sentiment analysis model, it was analyzed that the efficiency was high.

Perception of University Instructors for Designing Online Interactions: Findings from Importance-Performance Analysis

  • The aim of the current study was to suggest priorities needed to be considered by university instructors when designing online learning. Based on three types of interactions (learner-content, learner-instructor, and learner-learner interactions) for effective online learning (Moore, 1989), draft questionnaires representing each type of interaction were written. After examining content validity by two Ph.D. experts, the survey was constructed with an Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) form. Data of 133 university instructors were collected online. Results showed that support for designing learner-learner interaction was the priority for improving online learning. In terms of learner-instructor interaction, instructors needed to provide social-emotional support to learners so that learners could have a sense of belonging. For learner-instructor interaction, supporting instructors to monitor the level of understanding was the most highly demanding strategy for online learning. Limitations and suggestions for further studies were discussed.

화장의 사회.심리적 기대효과에 따른 화장이미지와 자의식에 관한 연구 (A Study on Makeup Image and Self-Consciousness According to the Level of Expected Socio-Psychological Effect of Makeup)

  • This study was made to investigate the differences in Korean woman's perceived makeup image and self-consciousness according to their expectation level in socio-psychological effect of makeup, and to gather information needed for the better understanding of cosmetics consumers and more effective marketing activities of cosmetics industries. Normative-descriptive survey method using questionnaire was employed for the present study. The survey was conducted in August 2001 and the sample consisted of 942 women between the ages of 18 and 50 residing in Seoul and Kyungi province. Data were analyzed by SPSS package. Factor analysis, ANOVA, and MANOVA were employed for the analysis of the data. The results are as follows : (1) Six factors emerged from the data related to the category of expected socio-psychological effect of makeup. Those factors were named as "increasing positiveness", "refreshment", "covering weakness", "self-expression", "consideration for others", and "the tool for self-change". Four factors were found in the category of makeup image, and the factors were named as "refinement", "nobility", "favorable impression ", and "personality ". (2) There was a tendency that those who highly expect the socio-psychological effect of makeup have more positive self-image. Considering this differences in self-image according to the level of expected socio-psychological effect of makeup. service activities for the consumers' positive opinion and attitude to the effect of makeup are needed, and it seems that those service activities will have a good influence on the consumers' emotional health. (3) Subjects with higher level of social anxiety showed higher expectations in refreshment, covering weakness and self-expression. Considering this trend, marketers have to make an constant effort for the variety of cosmetics and makeup manner by which consumers satisfy their expectation in makeup. It seems that the satisfaction of their expectation on the help of makeup effect will contribute to lessen social anxiety, and to get emotional stability. (4) Subjects with higher personal self-anxiety showed higher expectations of the effect. "increase of positiveness". Delayed Presentation of Self-discovered Breast Cancer Symptoms in Iranian Women: A Qualitative Study

  • Background: Delayed presentation of symptomatic breast cancer is a public health issue in Iran, making a major contribution to low survival. Despite the importance of this problem, current knowledge is insufficient to inform interventions to shorten patient delay. The aim of this study was to explore factors influencing patient delay in Iranian women with self-discovered breast cancer symptom. Materials and Methods: This qualitative study was conducted during 2012-2013. Purposeful sampling was used to recruit 20 Iranian women with self-discovered symptoms of breast cancer who attended the Cancer Institute of Tehran University of Medical Sciences, Tehran, Iran. Data were collected through semi-structured in-depth audiotaped interviews, which were transcribed and analyzed using conventional content analysis with MAXqda software version 10. Findings: Content analysis of the data revealed four main themes related to the delay in seeking medical help including: 1) attributing symptoms to the benign conditions; 2) conditional health behavior; 3) inhibiting emotional expression; and 4) barriers to access to health care systems. Conclusions: These results suggest that patient delay is influenced by complex and multiple factors. Effective intervention to reduce patient delay for breast cancer should be developed by focusing on improvement of women's medical knowledge, managing patients' emotional expression and reform of the referral system.

감정노동자가 경험하는 직무스트레스에 관한 현상학적 연구: 콜센터 상담사를 중심으로 (A Phenomenological Study on the Job Stress experienced by Emotional Labors: Focusing on the Call Center Consultant)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 감정노동자가 경험하는 직무스트레스의 내용이 무엇인지에 대해서 탐색하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 D시 소재 컨택센터협회에 소속되어 있는 100여개의 콜센터 중에서 콜센터 상담사 11명을 일대일로 면담하여 이들이 경험하는 직무와 관련된 스트레스의 내용이 무엇인지 Giorgi의 현상학적 분석 절차에 따라 질적 분석을 하였다. 분석결과 직무특성과 개인특성으로 구분하여 총 8개의 범주와 24개의 하위범주를 도출하였다. 직무특성에는 "업무수행의 한계", "업무의 부담", "경직된 업무방식", "통제가 안 되는 고객", "통제된 요구"로 구분하였다. 그리고 개인특성에는 "심리적 불안정", "성격적 취약성", "빈약한 대처자원"으로 구분되었다. 직무특성과 개인특성의 범주는 각각 한계 수준과 통제수준으로 구분되었으며 직무스트레스와 개인특성 간에 빈약한 대처자원이 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 이 결과를 토대로 기존의 조직차원에서의 대응뿐만 아니라 개인의 불안정한 심리상태 파악 후 심리적 스트레스를 완화시키는 융복합적 중재에 대해 논의를 하였다.

한국판 청소년용 음식중독도구의 타당도와 신뢰도 (Validity and Reliability of a Korean Version of Yale Food Addiction Scale for Children (YFAS-C))

  • Purpose: This study evaluated the psychometric properties of the Korean version of Yale Food Addiction Scale for Children (YFAS-C). Methods: Participants were 419 young adolescent students (11~15 years old). The content validity of the expert group was calculated as the content validity index (CVI) after the translation and reverse translation process of the 25 items of the YFAS-C. The multitrait-multimethod matrix (MTMM) method was used to verify the construct validity; the generalized linear model (GLM) was used to evaluate the concurrent and incremental validity. Reliability was calculated as Kuder-Richardson-20 (KR-20) and Spearman-Brown coefficients. Results: The CVI of the 25 items was greater than the item-level CVI .80 and the scale-level CVI .90. The Korean version of YFAS-C had verified convergent validity in emotional eating and external eating and discriminant validity in restrained eating. In addition, it had verified concurrent validity in emotional eating and external eating. Finally the incremental validity of the Korean version of YFAS-C was statistically significant on BMI. Reliability was KR-20 ${\alpha}=.69$ and the Spearman-Brown coefficient was .64. Conclusion: The Korean version of YFAS-C is a valid and reliable scale for measuring the severity of food addiction; it can be a useful scale for preventing obesity by predicting food addiction early.
