전자식 선박디젤엔진의 엔진제어기 개발/연구 (A Development Study on an Engine Control Module of an Electronic Marine Diesel Engine)

  • A control program of an engine control module (ECM) was developed, and its control performance was verified on a 750Ps marine diesel engine. The control method was designed for an engine rotational speed control system. For ECM hardware, the commercial rapid control prototype (RCP) ECM was used. The programming tool for control algorithm development was the MatLab/Simulink. The main control algorithm assembled many control models as engine cranking, run, and stall. Each model has sub-models to input/output control signals. The target engine speed was input signal from a speed control lever, and control output signal of the ECM was sent to the unit-injectors for fuel injection. The engine test was performed under various conditions of engine rotational speeds and dynamometer loads. The test results show that the control function of the ECM is suitable for electrical marine diesel engines.

능동 장력 장치를 이용한 권취기의 연사 장력제어 (Yarn Tension Control of Winding Machine Using Active Tensioner)

  • This paper is devoted to yarn tension control problem in winding machines. The passive take-up unit is replaced by active one with ADRC(Active Disturbance Rejection Control) and it was compared with the method using conventional PD(Proportional-Derivative) controller. The main part of ADRC is ESO(Extended State Observer) which continuously estimates nonlinearities of the system, such as intrinsic nonlinearity, external disturbance and sensor noise. Then the estimated nonlinearity is used to compensate the real one, thus making controlled system linear. A number of experiments have been conducted in order to verify the performance of the original winding system to the modified one. Experiments have shown improved efficiency of the system with adopting active yarn tension control. Experimental results show that the ADRC achieves a better tension response than PD controller and is robust to parameters variation.

  • In this paper, an electronic control unit is developed using 16bit microcomputer for automobile engine. This system incorporate AFS(Air Flow Sensor) of Hot Wire type, DIS(Direct Ignition System), ISC(Idle Speed Control) system, CAS(Cranke Angle Sensor) and other peripheral device. This system includes hardware and software to facilitate precision control of both fuel injection and ignition timing. Especially, this controller consists of position signal(180 teeth) and 4 REF signals. Present system has maximum $720^{\circ}CA$ delay. But this system has maximum $180^{\circ}CA$. Thus, this system is able to precision control both fuel injection and ignition timing.

  • This paper presents an investigation of a vehicle-to-vehicle distance control using a Hardware-in-the-Loop Simulation(HiLS) system. Since vehicle tests are costly and time consuming, how to establish a efficient and low cost development tool is an important issue. The HiLS system consists of a stepper motor, an electronic vacuum booster, a controller unit and two computers which are used to form real time simulation and to save vehicle parameters and signals of actuator through a CAN(Controller Area Network). Adoption of a CAN for communication is a trend in the automotive industry. Since this environment is the same as that of a real vehicle, a distance control logic verified in laboratory can be easily transfered to a test vehicle.

  • 지금까지 자동차에서의 기술 개발이 엔진 성능과 같은 기계 중점적으로 이루어졌다면 최근에는 전자제어장치(ECU, Electronic Control Unit)를 활용하여 안전, 편의성, 비용 등을 개선하는 전자적 측면의 기술 개발이 활발하게 진행이 되고 있다. 또한, 자동차에 대한 소비자들의 선호가 빠른 속도로 변함에 따라 모델수가 다양해지고 첨단 서비스 개발로 인해 요구되는 소프트웨어의 복잡도가 크게 증가되었다. 이 같은 변화로 자동차 제조비용에서 소프트웨어 개발비용이 상당한 비중을 차지하게 되었고 자동차 업계는 이를 대응하기 위하여 응용 소프트웨어를 모듈별로 재사용할 수 있고 다른 제어장치에도 쉽게 이식할 수 있도록 자동차용 임베디드 시스템의 표준인 OSEK/VDX를 제정하였다.[8] 본고에서는 위의에서 언급한 급변하는 환경을 대응하기 위한 대안으로 제시된 OSEK/VDX표준을 살펴보고, 실제 OSEK/VDX를 이용한 실시간 OS구조에 대하여 알아보자 한다.

  • In this paper, we design and implement the DC characteristic measurement system for semiconductor devices. The proposed system is composed of 4 SMU(Source and Measure Unit) channels. Various efforts in hardware and software have been made to reduce the measurement errors. Internal and external sources of errors in measurement system especially in pA range measurement have been identified and removed. Also, various digital signal processing techniques are developed. Calibration is executed under the control of microprocessor periodically. Experimental results show that the implemented system can measure the DC characteristic of semiconductor devices with less than 0.2% error in various voltage and current source/measurement range.

  • 심해저 자원의 확보를 위해서는 먼저 해양환경을 탐사하고 관측해야하며 이를 위해서 계측장비를 해저에 위치시키고 탐사가 끝난 후 회수하는 방법을 사용하는데 이 경우 계절변화에 따른 염분의 농도 및 온도 변화로 다양한 형태의 외란성 노이즈가 발생하여 제어 안정성과 수중통신에 대한 신뢰성이 떨어지고 있다. 그래서 기존의 제어방법은 수신된 제어정보를 하드웨어적인 방법으로 식별하고 기준 정보와 비교하며 이 과정을 수차례 반복하여 획득한 데이터를 제어정보로 활용하고 있다. 이는 제어의 신뢰성이 중요시 되는 시스템에서는 제어안정성 및 효율성이 떨어지고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 해양환경 변화에 대한 제어안정성 및 동작신뢰성을 향상시킨 수중 탐측장비 회수용 원격 이탈제어 시스템을 제안하고자 한다. 그리고 제어알고리즘 및 원격 이탈제어 시스템의 적합성을 실험을 통하여 확인하였다.
