Currently, the Ministry of Employment and Labor is strengthening monitor programs in regards to occupational industrial safety and health act compliance in business operations. However, industrial accidents occur persistently. Therefore, the study strives to diagnose and understand the issues in its educational stature, targeting managing supervisors in large scale shipbuilding industry whose completed the regular safety and health act sessions. This research considered a total of 3,252 employees whose completed theory-based cluster sessions for three months since February, 2016. The group is divided into two categories; 551 participants whose completed 8 hours of training and 2,701 participants whose completed 4 hours of training. Technical statistics were used to measure the knowledge of safety and health, educational environment, curriculum and educational effects on managing supervisors. A t-test was used to analyze the difference between the training hours. The result indicated that the target participants' knowledge on safety and health before the session was 50.24 points average (100 point scale), showing low standards in general. In depth analysis indicated that both 8 hours and 4 hours groups scored lowest in educational methods and communications between the lecturer and participants factors within the educational curriculum category. Meanwhile, transition in knowledge acquirement, work attitude, and work behaviors scored the highest in the analysis, showing a high satisfaction factors in educational effects. Therefore, the improvement in educational time and period can increase the efficacy of the educational programs. Also, theory-based cluster programs based on lectures suggests positive influence in knowledge acquirement and behavioral transitions.

To improve the educational system of Korea Maritime Police Agency(KMPA), the authors investigate and evaluate the present course and curricula in details comparing with the systems of USCG and JCG. As a result, it is suggested that KMPA find the diverse route to recruit good-quality officers, develop the future-oriented system, coordinate the course and curricula to meet the role and mission of KMPA. Besides, KMPA build the own training facility and train special instructors.

As recruitment environment of hospitals has changed, employment opportunity for graduates of the hospital management majors has been reduced in larger hospitals. So, it is necessary to reestablish the status of an academic discipline to foster the professional managers of healthcare organizations. For this, curriculum contents and teaching methods might be improved. Although we need individual efforts of the society members for educational improvement, there is a need for organization and leadership of the society.

The majority of school accidents occur due to negligence caused by the student. And there are many accidents caused by inadequate facilities and poor. In order to improve the facilities, a lot of improvement in student life facilities will be preceded conscious about the sense of safety, than the budget. If schools member have a risk recognition through safety training and ongoing attention of all experience-oriented, the occurrence of accidents is significantly reduced. it is needed continuous attentions and careful efforts to improve school facilities. The results were as follows. First, check for accident prevention and the improvement of the school facilities should be made immediately. Second, we need to redefine the standards facilities for school safety accident prevention. Third, the management program is needed to prevented school accident. Fourth, the Hazard identification and risk assessment training is needed.

Educational Facility has a specialty that similar design is repeatedly taken place so the importance of POE(Post Occupancy Evaluation) is increased for the improvement of problem appeared at the former projects. The POE could provides help to the design of next project and the direction when the need of remodeling is faced. Through the process of POE, the repeat of design mistakes could be prevented and the good information related with building efficiency and other problems could be applied to the design of next school project . In this study, the POE of Manbalro(barefoot) toilet of D Elementary school in rural area of H county is performed. The toilet is renovated as an educational environment improvement project of H county educational office in Chungcheong Namdo Province. The study is focused on the user's behavior at Manbalro toilet for carrying out indicative POE by the subjective response of user's. From the research, several being reformed items is proposed however the toilet is evaluated as a successful project that design purpose of initial stage is applied well.

This study was conducted to understand how to derive educational methods to efficiently improve class satisfaction for 130 college students who experienced non-face-to-face classes during the last Covid-19. The appropriateness of class time, improvement of learning effect, continuity of non-face-to-face classes, and use of educational media were set as items corresponding to class satisfaction. Research was attempted to derive an educational method for efficient class satisfaction improvement by grasping the difference and relationship between variables.

As the era of the 4th industrial revolution began and the importance of software emerged, education also reflected this. Software education has already been provided in several countries, and Korea also started software education in the regular curriculum in 2019, when the 2015 revised curriculum was applied. This study attempted to present an improvement plan for revitalizing software education based on the feelings and difficulties of teachers who conducted software education for the first time in the practical education curriculum in elementary school. For the study, a survey was conducted on 96 teachers in charge of software education in elementary schools in 2019 with 36 questions related to personal competency, class operation method, textbooks and educational materials, class operation content, and educational environment. And three of them were interviewed. As a result improvements are needed, such as improving educational facilities and environment, revitalizing the development and dissemination of high-quality instructional materials, and expanding support for participatory training for teachers and teacher clubs.

To improve the educational system of Korea Maritime Police Agency(KMPA), the authors investigate and evaluate the present course and curricula in details comparing with the systems of US Coast Guard and Japanese Coast Guard As a result, it is suggested that KMPA try to recruit good-quality officers through the diverse route, develop the future-oriented educational, system, adjust the course and curricula to meet KMPA's role and mission for 21st century. Besides, it requires that KMPA establishes its own institute to carry out the recruit training and re-freshening courses for both the officers and enlisted person.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the contents of the sound environment among the various environmental factors that directly or indirectly affect the quality of education through the remodeling of the small hall of the College of Humanities at W University. Before remodeling into a lecture room, the small hall of the College of Humanities at W University, which is the subject of this study, was designed to create an indoor sound environment suitable for a lecture room by recognizing differences in acoustic performance between the performance halls that require adequate sound quality and the lecture rooms where the clarity of voice is important. Therefore, this study aimed to present examples of improved acoustic performance in lecture rooms by remodeling through the stages of measuring acoustic performance before remodeling, presentation of a change in finishing materials through sound simulation, and measurement of sound performance after remodeling. It is expected that this process can be used as an example of securing indoor acoustic performance suitable for educational space, such as lecture rooms, by changing the finishing materials.
